Poor customer service and no cars. Due to no cars, I politely said hello to a National representative and I was ignored 4 times. The person then walked away without helping me. I had to go inside to get help. I asked for management to call me and called the National hotline and got no response. Very poor customer service. My level is executive and nearing executive elite.

Great selection of vehicles and good staff. One thing to note, the Airport pick up (infrequent) and exit gate (only one open) were significantly slower in the evening than I had experienced at other locations. Not enough to knock a star off though. The car drop off and airport shuttle were excellent and prompt as usual.

I always book National when I travel. Had a slight issue with a booking and National went above and beyond to make it right. Shout out to Stuart for helping us.

National is great! I just confirm my reservation, initial a document in a few places and walk out to a waiting rep who directs me to a group of cars and says, pick one! It does not get better than this! Highly recommend renting a vehicle from National.

National /enterprise at pbi Airport provides the best car rental experience.i rent vehicles every week and it's like I'm pretty much family there now. I can't name everyone but the name I'll never forget is JAI. She goes above and beyond and is actually happy to be at work. I'll never go anywhere else

Ganz einfache Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs. Man fährt hin und packt seine Sachen aus, dann kommt jemand und checkt den Kilometerstand und man übergibt den Schlüssel. Alles total einfach. Dann 30m weiter steht schon der Bus bereit und bringt einen direkt zum richtigen Terminal.

I needed a car in a hurry. Seif took care of me immediately and got me in a nice car. I had to stop by and ask questions about The car, And Jessica was extremely helpful. Chris and Sami were great with check in and out process. Everyone was professional and my Chevy Malibu was fun to drive.

Don’t waste your time at this dump. Had a reservation at WPB airport 10/6/22 (Emerald Club) and arrived to find ZERO cars anywhere and about 70 people standing around waiting for cars to appear after having had someone write their name on a clipboard. I had a meeting to get to so I walked to the street and got in a Lyft (actual dependable company to get you from A to B). POOR POOR POOR service. I rent often and will likely be looking elsewhere from now on. Unacceptable.

My experience at National was amazing. I was first greeted by Sydney the second I came off the shuttle. Her knowledge and helpfulness really made my decision a lot easier and I’m glad she connected us with exotics. Both Sydney & Mark went above and beyond and I’ll definitely be looking for their service at National in the near future!

So I forgot my apple AirPods in the car. The girl keep talking to me and asked me 6 times if I was going to give a 5 star rating.

Well when i GPS searched my AirPods they show up at a home in west palm with a name attached and when i searched the name its the national rental car employee.

So needless to say.no I do Not give you fice stars

My husband and I rent from here 2-3 times a month.

They have no number to get this location directly and the customer service line has no clue how to help. But the employee is a thief.

This National deserves 0 stars. What a mess.
First thing first: if you want a car out of the emerald aisle forget it. They had two full size trucks with open beds. That is it. Nothing else at all in the whole place. If it was raining, you can forget it if you have luggage (which you would probably have at an airport).
Second: Our return flight was 5: 15am. No problem with after hours drop off right? Nope! You are going to sit there until they open at 4: 30am. No way to leave your car after hours. They block the entire entrance. The shuttle also won’t run until 4: 30am. We were about 2 minutes from missing our flight because of National.
Lastly: Customer service is a joke. They asked one question. How was your experience. I responded politely that they need to open earlier. Surprise, surprise, I saw a sudden change of attitude with the person responding that they open at 4: 30 and the flight time doesn’t matter.

I fly all over the US regularly and this was a terrible experience. National needs to get their act together and be open 24 hours for people to catch their flights.

So first off I have to say my experience at National and exotics was excellent. Sydney came out right away as we got off the shuttle and greeted us, she was so helpful and I’m so happy she connected us with exotics. She’s definitely an asset to your team!

Book a car for my trip home, gave the reservationist my flight info (arriving at 0130 am). He assured me that someone would be onsite until 2am. I an 1.5 hours away from home and no car. Absolutely unacceptable.

Poor customer service, had a malfunctioning vehicle with 50,000 miles rented in the emerald executive aisle to me, poor selection, management at this site was unhelpful. They frequently ask “how was your service today? !? !? ! ”, but when you tell them it was bad, they do nothing. Here is your 1 star review guys, enjoy!

I have been renting from this company for years. Now all of a sudden, there is an issue with the services. From national stating my license was suspended, spent 4 hours out of my work life at the DMV for them to say my license was not. The same manager Chris did not even attempt to allow to check the accuracy in the system.

Fast forwarding to today, reserved the rental through my app, get there to check in took forever not sure if the girl was new, never had an issue using my credit cards, now all of a sudden, there is an issue with my cards. Chris of course was no help. I have a company card, he refused to use it because my name was not personally on the card, but the name of my business is. I found that to be concerning, because I'm sure dozens of clients use there business credit card, and probably does not get seconded guessed. Maybe because I have a little more melanin in my skin than most of the customers that do. With these times, I wouldn't put it past the ignorance. My company has a contract with national and if this is how you treat your clients, I am appalled! I have used all my credit cards there prior and have never had an issue until now. I would not wish anyone to feel the humiliation and anger I experienced from renting at this location!

I use this location regularly for work and personal as we have a home in the area that we split our time at and do not own a car. I usually love this location, but I have had the most alarming and disappointing experience during my last rental, I do not think I can use National for my frequent work travel any more.

I had a weekly rental with the same location pickup /drop off and was using the car for business to Tampa. I was traveling with a peer and upon checking out, we asked to add her as an additional driver. As it turns out, we learned they switched the whole reservation to her name. We learned this two hours into our drive and called National and were told they could only send a message to the PBI location via a computer with a request for them to call us back to make the change. There is no way for anyone to get a hold of them directly as we tried calling several times. We explained we needed to fix the error same day as the my peer needed to pick up her own rental the following day in Tampa for business and could not do so with an active agreement. Not to mention the lability associated with this as I was not listed as a driver and my corporate card was on file. They promised us PBI would call us back the following day to fix it and asked for our patience.

The following day no one from PBI called us back come 1: 30pm. We tried rebooking a reservation for myself in the evening before from Tampa with a PBI drop off and were unsuccessful as there were no cars. As a result, my peer could not take her rental car and had to cancel her work meetings. We talked to Mariah in the “Escalation Department” who told us, “It is 2022 and the only way to communicate is via computer. Please wait for PBI to call us back” and then we were hung up on. With no word back and our hands tied, we tried calling National’s main line again, reached out on Twitter, reached out on Instagram as we realized the next issue we faced was getting the correct name on the current agreement not just for liability reasons, but to ensure my name was on the receipt so I could submit the receipt to my company. We were told the only way to fix this would be to 1) Go to Tampa airport with both us to have it switched and incur a fee 2) have both of us do the 3+ hour drive back to PBI. My peer was flying home from Tampa and this was not an option.

It is a shame all of the liability we assumed, the headaches, missed business meetings, and disrespect we were treated with as a result of National’s error. It is alarming to think how an employee’s lack of attention resulted in an oversight with such severe and rippling effects for two Executive Elite members, It is incredibly alarming to think of a scenario more sever where we need to get a hold of the PBI office and the only way for ANY party to do so would be via a computer “because it is 2022”. Again, the PBI office is clearly not checking emails as we have now called the national line 4 times and they have confirmed that they show the email sent and unopened. Another frightening example of how an oversight from National has created a dangerous and uncomfortable scenario for loyal customers.

National has proven unreliable and negligent in this experience and I can no longer count on them as a reliable business partner on the go forward. What a shame that an error on National’s end has had such a significant impact and resulted lost revenue that historically came in on regular basis from tow Executive Elite members.

This location is always packed with a great selection of clean, and usually new cars! The cars don’t have any smell of smoke and continue to be in excellent shape.

The staff are helpful, and checkout is smooth.

My friends and I rent here every few months (flights and car rentals are cheap) and have never had a bad experience. We will continue to come here to rent cars whenever in the Palm Beach area.

I was deeply saddened when a business associate of mine (member 919715005) called me to tell me of his experience at this location after renting from them for quite sometime.
He was placed on a do not rent to list because a manager felt the credit and perks given to him were fraudulent.
As an Executive Elite member doesn't that have it's own benefits and does one get placed on a do not rent to list, not just at one location, but all because of the decision of one managers issue with something a member could not give to themselves?
As a person in the film and music industry I understand my associates need to be able to rent cars a the drop of a hat and have them for extended periods, as he is always traveling.

Is this about perks and credits to go this extreme or is this about the color of skin!

Flight was running late. Called the main line to confirm that we'd still be able to pick up the car at 1am. Was told by 2 different representatives after 2 different calls that the location was required to wait for us until 2am. Arrived at 1: 30am and the guy at the location was leaving. He said that the close at 1am and the people at the National main line didn't know what they were talking about. Hertz rental company close by helped us get a car even though it was after hours for them as well.

On the phone they were very nice and made the reservation- but once we got there, they did not honor anything.
Went down the street to Enterprise and had an SUV in 30 minutes!

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment I’ve received today. My employer booked a rental for over 50 people for 3 weeks. A co worker I traveled in with unbeknownst to me was on the Do not rent list and because we came in together they decided to cancel her reservation along with mine. NO ONE on site nor through customer care has been able to assist me nor can give me a solid reason as to why. The customer service has been EXTREMELY poor. I’m extremely disappointed! I will escalate this to my employer and pray they change future reservations to a better company that offers better customer service.

I went 5/25/2021 to pick up my rental I give Jenny my credit card. She toll me you card is not good. I had to call my credit card she never slide my card I had to ged I Uber to go back to the rental to pick up my rental. Unacceptable should not happen to anyone.
