Great, we rented a kayak and paddle board and Camilo was super friendly and made everything very easy for us. I recommend it 100%!

I had an amazing time, service was absolutely amazing! As we checked in he gave us waterproof cases for our phones and as soon as we finished our kayaking experience he gave us cold bottles of water, really sweet! Everything was self explanatory he explained how to maneuver the kayak and the trail to follow as well.the kayak itself was durable like a hard structure unlike the other inflatable ones we saw from other companies, which made us feel safe to explore more.it was our very first time kayaking so we expected to flip the boat and get drenched and we didn’t, only experienced very minimal wetness from the splash back of the fins, or like ur butt gets wet cos you’re sitting in a kayak that can take on water which is also up to you and your expertise.but you can anticipate to stay dry as needed.will only go for a swim if you want!

Excellent attention! They took the board to the dock so we didn't have to carry it ourselves. The place has drawers so you can leave your bags etc.and not carry them on the board. Prices are very affordable. I highly recommend it!

It a scam company. I booked 9/2 sunset tour and they cancelled my tour since there were not enough people to make a tour and they don't have any tours in 9/3 or incoming weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS COMPANY

Very disappointed! Book with them over 2 weeks ago. The day of. I texted to confirm that the waver were in, the guy (who never gave his name) told me we were all good to go. Few hours later got there and no one was there, I call no answer, I texted he didn’t know whatI was talking about. I was furious! He ended up saying that my reservation was supposed to be canceled with no other explanation. There is a paddle place right next to this one. You may want to go to this one instead. This guy was very nice willing to help!

My fiancée and I booked paddleboard rentals from Miami Beach Paddleboard while we were in the area one afternoon. We did not have reservations prior to arriving but they were able to accommodate the two of us.

One of the owners, Ray, was there on-site and was super helpful at getting us caught up to speed with all of the equipment. He also provided us with clear directions on where to go and took down our numbers in case he needed to contact us if the weather turned poor. We felt very safe the entire time and had a blast paddling through the nearby canals. They also provided a waterproof phone case, a waterproof bag for our belongings, a Bluetooth speaker, and some drinking water. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a fun, cheap activity to do outside.

Would recommend making a reservation via their website, or even calling them as they will help you on the spot.

LOVED it! If you're in Miami, you MUST try. The tour guide was AMAZING as well. He took LOTS of GREAT photos for us!

Had a confirmed reservation for a paddleboard experience through Viator. Paid for an Uber to the business, and was informed my reservation had been cancelled. Apparently I was never contacted because my reservation never made it into their internal booking system. I was given a bottle of water and had to Uber back to my hotel.

Probably a great tour, but I guess you need to call and confirm your plans if you book through a third party.

Decent experience, ultimately did the job. Staff not very friendly, didn't seem that interested. Kayak missing a clip (only found out mid session), didn't affect safety though.

Cam was amazing, taking all our photos, showing us how to paddle board correct and efficiently, and going above and beyond, making it a great experience!

Cam was great! Very informative and made the experience one to remember. We did the sunset tour and he made sure to get plenty of pictures of everyone and even sent the photos for free. We went well over our estimated time but he didn’t make us feel rushed in the slightest.

Although we couldn’t use the groupon to be issues on the day, we were offered to cancel it and use same price for on the day experience.
You get to paddle in fairly quiet area (in April) next to multimillion dollar mansions and boats. We definitely recommend to do 2 hours and it felt like just enough to explore the circle. Lovely experience but keep in mind you have to walk with paddle boards from the shop to the shore which is roughly 2-3 minutes. We were fine with that but people with less strength or mobility might struggle.

This was my first time paddleboarding. After a poor experience with a Groupon for another company, Miami Beach Paddleboard was a breath of fresh air. The staff were friendly and easygoing, and we had a great time! Highly recommended.

Fantástic experience thanks to Guillermo & Alberto! We rented boards and I brought my own inflatable one and they were super helpful and generous. Offered to inflate and deflate my board, clean it and offered water at the end. I would absolutely recommend these guys any day. Very different from your typical Miami business who is only in for the money. These guys are the real deal. Gracias chicos!

Roberto and Guillermo were super helpful and sweet. The process was easy and we had so much fun! Definitely the go to place if you need to rent a paddle board or kayak!

Had a bunch of my friends come by and just kayak through the day, amazing experience. Guillermo and Alberto are probably the most friendly and funny guys and its very quick and easy!

Guillermo and Alberto were really nice to us. They showed us the routes we can take and taught us kayaking safety.

Excellent spot to try paddleboarding. Water is calm and very little boat traffic in the area. Great views of the surrounding areas too.
