The people are unprofessional customers service and the worst company. The place my solar system in October 2022 until November 2023 my connection was completed. I have asked for a refund for the whole year I have pay for the service. Also the technician services worst the schedule and then call you the technician is sick. You scheduled again the technician had a emergency. They don’t keep the appointment and the worst company ever. Look for better people the are just going to give you head. They don’t know how to treat there customers.

Terrible company and very bad customer service. At first they make everything nice, then when you sign the contract everything is a disaster. I DO NOT recommend this bad company for the installation of solar panels.

If there was an option to evaluate with less than 10 stars, I would do it without hesitation, my experience with the seller JONATHAN SULTAN was terrible, if someone is trying to make a contract with Meraki Solar it would be very good if they read this before, review each closing of the contract that offer and do not be so easily persuaded, this unprofessional Mr. Jonathan Sultan works hiding information which makes me wonder what kind of professional does not know the parts of a contract that he himself offers. He makes clients look stupid, indicating that the contract cannot be reversed because it was signed in front of a notary, without giving any other explanation, in the end I canceled through all the legal channels allowed according to the contract that he presented and that I read from the beginning finally. I hope you feel ashamed for what has been done and I inform you, Mr. Sultan, words in a business do not go with the wind and omitting information to try to achieve a purpose for money is penalized. I trust not to have anything to do with this center or with this person in the future, not at all recommendable and is unprofessional. To you, Mr. JONATHAN SULTÁN, I INFORM YOU THAT YOUR 1 year and 11 months that you have been as Sales representative Meraki Solar have not served you for ethical growth and I hope I am the only one whose peace of mind has been damaged for a few days.

I want to record here that I contracted a solar panel system for my home with the Meraki Company through sales representative Mr. Edwin Lozada. On the day of agreement signed Mr Lozada offered for me the Water system filter purchase and he included this system value in the solar system contract. It has been 10 months and the water system has not been installed. I would like to warn future buyers of this company though sales representative Edwin Lozada not accept anything that is not in accordance with the agreement terms. I am very disappointed with the post sales service of this representative who has been dragging his feet and does not deliver what was promised.

Worst thing we ever done, 3 1/2 months and our system does not work at all. This company I would not recommend to my enemies.

I had solar panels installed in August. They are not working and not producing the promised energy. I am now paying a full power bill as well as a solar panel note when I was promised 6 month off payments if I sent in a referral that commuted, which I did. Payments started immediately. When I did talk to someone they were totally confused why the sales person told me that. I can’t get a reply from the company via email and when I call they promise I will be called back and no call. Then I call back and the phone just rings. I had a worker fall thru my ceiling and the whole has been patched and not fixed leaving my whole ceiling with a massive unmatched area. I can’t get any response since they got their money. I do not recommend them at all.

The best experience MariaRosa and her husband are the best sellers, always on top of everything very helpful.

My sales person was Neptali Merino, he was very pleasant BUT he was not honest with how the system works. I was told when the system is installed I will not have any electricity bill and that the system will pay for itself. I even put an extra panel so that I didn’t go under the production of 100%. I’ve got the system for almost 6 months and I’m still getting a bill along with my payments for the system. When I try to contact him he doesn’t respond to his calls or text. When I call the office, I was told that it take’s around three months for the system to generate enough production to get a zero bill and my system is at 80% (this is with an extra panel). Few weeks ago I called again because my electricity bill was high and I keep getting bills after the 3 months. The lady I spoke with told me that I’ll never get a zero bill because the system doesn’t work at nights and very little during cloudy weather. I am very disappointed with the sales person and the Meraki staff for not being truthful. I would not recommend anyone to them. I’m now stuck with monthly electric bills plus a $31,000.00 25 years loan for 14 panels.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and your sending your representative out to knock on doors in my case your representative came to my door not wearing a mask and uninvited, so unless you are contacted by a potential customer to come don't send them out.

I’ll review again after installation but I came to leave a review about my sales experience with Aaron E. I reached out to Meraki after seeing an advertisement on Facebook & good reviews here. A salesman came to my home the very same week as per our appointment. This employee went over and above to make sure that my husband and I understood everything and had all details. He answered questions we hadn’t even thought of yet. I could notice an immediate difference in the sales tactics of this company compared to the other company I had a sales encounter with. This salesman made sure that I had realistic expectations before signing on with Meraki. This is what consumers want! We don’t need all the pros shoved in our faces and then to be surprised with reality when we’re ‘on the hook. ’ It was a major plus that the Merkari salesman came armed with visually appealing graphs and charts to help visualize things.

Horrible business practices.
The rep. Continued to push this Aeroseal AC duct spray, even after I told him I had my ducts replaced 9 months ago.
After 2 attempts the Aeroseal application failed because Meraki didn't even know how to apply it. However they did clog up my AC air handler and blew a relay which left my AC system broken for 3 days.
I had to get my AC system fixed and cleaned myself in order for it to be operational.
So obviously I cancelled with Meraki.
If you leave me with a broken AC system for 3 days how long would I have to Wait on a broken solar system? Good thing permits take time.do your homework
After informing them for several days of the situation, excuse after excuse.
They finally are try to bill me almost 6000.00 for their Debacle.
Do not sign with this company. Even if you sign with them call the finance company because they are aware of Meraki's complaints.
Con games.
The rely on gimmicks and gadgets like lightbulbs, sealants and thermostats to save energy.
That's old news. If you're a solar company Sell Solar Panels.

We are so happy with our solar system, everything came out magnificent! Brandon was super friendly, super kind, knowledgeable of his work I really loved his help, till this day he keeps in contact with us to check and see if everything is working out well. I am a new Meraki customer, but not a new solar customer. I have solar installed by another company on my rental home. I thought that company was awesome. Meraki Solar and their District Manager Ted Plenge are nothing short of AMAZING!

I contacted Meraki to get solar on our new home. Within minutes I was contacted. Ted texted me and has been in contact throughout the initial process. He accomplished in ONE DAY, what the other company took WEEKS to do.

Within ONE DAY Ted got my husband and I approved for financing - with ZERO money down- ordered a survey team to show up that same day, and had a Zoom conference with the bank. Have to say the rep from Sunlight was sweet, patient, professional and thorough.

Ted is DEFINITELY tops at what ye does. He is VERY communicative and responsive. He is definitely invested in what he does, and although he talks REALLY FAST- he knows his stuff! I am OVERJOYED that I selected Meraki, and I truly value their attentive customer service.

Now if you have ANY hesitation about solar- don’t! Living in Florida it is a NO BRAINER! My existing system has been amazing! When others suffer power outages due to weather- solar gives you consistency of power. I love my fixed bill, and it is simple to maintain! If you have any reservations- don’t! Go with Solar- and DEFINITELY go with Meraki Solar! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Ted Plenge and your AMAZING team!

I am very disappointed they seemed professional crew specially with Aaron Lopez and his partner but once you sign everything goes down hill. I still haven’t gotten my thermostat installed been contacting them for past months. The worst customer service! A big scam!

Great service! I had half the solar panels and now thanks to Juan and Reicel I have a full set and ready to save money! Awesome people to work with!
