They canceled my helicopter flight without giving me a reason and they never answered me again, if customer service and a tower of garbage are the same thing

Amazing experience. They have one of the best equipment in the area, and we looked pretty hard to find the best yacht and rates that will suit our party. We used their biggest boat for our private event and the service was outstanding. High quality experience and the organization was on top. Highly recommend.

We walked in on a busy Sunday without any reservations and had paddle boards out on the water in no time. Staff was super chill and had great tips on how to get the most out of our paddle

3rd time visiting Miami so I’m not a tourist Decided to check out this jet ski spot! BE AWARE! I CALLED Before going & was giving 1 price over the phone. When I got there was giving a higher price plus $300 deposit. Rude customer service & inconsiderate of people time. Asked what about the price I was quoted before coming in - & owner said it is not valid between Monday- Thursday. But today is Thursday & I was quoted on exact date
