Fun in the Sun Solar

I was very impressed with the entire experience. Everything from the salesman actually showing up, yes many do not, to the final installation of the equipment which I am thrilled with. The only thing I was a bit upset about was the pool pump did not shut off that first night and in my frustration could not get it in my head how to shut it off, so because it was after hours I sent a text to the salesman. I then got it shut off, sent him a second text telling him so but asking that someone contact me during their business hours. The next morning it came on as scheduled, so I called the office to let them know it seemed to be ok, only to learn they were closed for our storm. I was a bit disappointed. I felt like I could have received a phone call check up to make sure all was well. This particular situation left me feeling like maybe once the sale was made to heck with the customer. For this particular reason I did not give a 5 star and would be somewhat hesitant to recommend Fun to my friends. Sarah
