Florida Solar East has been a luxury to have in my family's life. They have gone above and beyond to help me, a disabled veteran, and saved me a ton on my electric bill so I can put that value into my home instead of giving it to FPL! Thank you guys so much!

The contractors were friendly, courteous, professional- top notch. We added solar as part of a home renovation and these guys were seriously the nicest crew we worked with. 10/10 would use them again.

I would not recommend them at all. I paid a lot of money for solar panels o mute roof that have never worked. I called the company and they told me they do not warranty their product and told me I had to call someone else. I had another company come out the box on the side of the house was installed backwards. Now the roof company is telling me that the roof leak o have is due to the solar panels being placed and then moved when they were installed so there is a hole on my roof which I am going to have to pay someone to fix. Out a lot of money for nothing with this company.

Their team was professional from the first phone call. Their services and follow up were amazing. They were able to design, arrange financing and install the solar system and battery backup in addition to handling all of the paperwork with the various city agencies including inspections. If you're seriously considering Solar you should call them today!

The price was way more reasonable in comparison to the the other 4 quotes i got. Very punctual and professional. I even referred them to a family member. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I purchased solar panels from Florida Solar East many years ago and the quality of the panels & the service needed was always great. As the years went by, the panels decided they have had enough, so it was time for us to buy new ones in order to have our pool heated throughout the year.

When I contacted Florida Solar East, they were fast to respond, they offered me a competitive price (I searched around to make sure), and I had the new panels on my roof within a week from when I ordered them. The service is always great from this company, and the quality of their products are second to none. They offer quality products with warranties that work for the customer.

The price for the system was excellent and the installation was done on time. The installation team was extremely professional, arriving on time and completing the work in a neat and orderly manner. So far, the energy production is better than expected.

I purchased a solar panel for my house in Viera about 5 yrs ago. The owner Ron Brewer tried to immediately raise the price on me based on the fact that I lived in Viera. He was a real fast talker and EXTREMELY pushy like a used car salesman. I decided to go ahead with the solar panels after being harassed. The installers didnt know what they were doing and kept having to correct it. Since we've had the system we have needed FSE to come out many times to fix it because the pool was not getting warm enough. And the solar panels have caused numerous leaks in the roof!

Big thanks to Florida Solar East had a issue with our pool solar panels. I called Monday and they came out did a temp fix, today they came back and put additional straps and buckles. Recommend the company!

FSE, LLC showed up on time, fixed the problem (s), thoroughly checked the system, and found (and repaired) some roof issues that were noted during the inspection. Good quality, responsive, arrived on time, very professional and a reasonably good value for services performed.

I was having a problem with the solar electric panels another company installed WITHOUT A PERMIT that was producing zero energy that I could use. Fl Solar did an inspection, quickly found the problem, got a permit to install all the right equipment between them and the electrician and now my power bill went down 90 bucks a month. The way the system was set up before the repair it could have started a fire. All I can say is that I am thankful and NOW pleased with my solar install and performance. Fl solar showed me how to watch the system performance from my phone and they will also get an email if there is a problem. Very professional, got straight to the point, got repairs done fast. I highly recommend Florida Solar East. Now i have peace of mind.

I called about a faulty pool solar temp sensor being faulty, the team from Florida Solar East got me scheduled and fixed in 2 days! The Communication was outstanding! They performed a complete tune up on my Pool Solar heater system.

Had issues right from the start but hung in there. Was advised of a 10 year warranty but within the first 12 months when one of the panels slipped down the roof line, they tried to charge me to come work on it. It’s happened not once but twice more. Each time they try to charge. They neglected to advise that somebody else handles the warranty work. Checking on that now.

Additionally, when they first plumbed for the system, they drew the water directly from the pool and not from the filter. When we called them on it, they came out and added another check valve but did not change where the water was pulling from so unfiltered water was going directly up on the roof which can easily clog the panels. We paid $500 for our pool folks to come redo all of the plumbing. We were very concerned that FLORIDA Solar East did not know what they were doing when they installed our system and since our panels keep sliding off the roof, that has reinforced our initial opinions. I would definitely not recommend having a solar system installed by this company.

Had solar panels installed and had problems with them coming loose they came out 3 times and fixed and now one of the clamps came off with a hurricane coming and they tell me they no longer do warranty work so I called warranty company 3 weeks ago left message didn't get back with me. Now they want $138 service fee just to come out + additional for any extras. I have no choice with storm coming but I can't recommend them.
Update Ronnie (the Owner) came out 1 day before Hurricane and repaired for me no charge blamed problem on service tech

I would love to be able to share an experience if either I or my tenant could get a return call to the numerous messages left. I hope their lack of interest isn't due to health issues. My tenant tells me they didn't show up for a scheduled appointment nor have they returned his (at least) 6 phone messages left.

We were looking to install a pool heater in 2015. A deposit was given and we were told to call to schedule the work. I found that they had greatly inflated the cost of the unit verses what I could buy it for myself. I contacted them and told them that they could adjust the quote to my purchase price for the unit or they could refund the money. This was as per their contract fine print. I was contacted and told that something would be worked out and that the salesman was going to set up a meeting. No call back at all. A letter was written asking for a refund of my deposit. After all, they have done NOTHING to earn my business or in this case my 2K plus deposit. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER! Wrote another letter on June 11th, 2019. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER! These guys are scam artist. I am turning this over to my attorney as apparently they have no problem with taking money for a job and not doing any work or refunding the money. Read the reviews, this company is all but failed.

If I could give this company a "O" I would. They installed a solar which didn't work, so after lots of phone calls and lots of lies from the company they send their repair man twice, still couldn't fix the problem. Finally we hired another company, they found a rag in the pipe, that is why there was no pressure in the pool. They told us they would reimburse us of what was paid to the company we hired. We received a check from Florida Solar East, cashed it and it bounced. We got charged fees from the bank. Their excuse was that they were changing banks and they don't know what happened. Do not use them for anything, they will keep lying about everything and keep promising you anything you want to hear. They are dishonest people. With all these bad reviews, it wouldn't surprise me if they change the name of the company.

Non- responsive to phone calls. Couldn't get a timely quote after a hail damage inspection by their service manager. After waiting for 3 days, have called another company who was very glad to get my call. I cannot recommend this company.

Our roof panels are all leaking and defective. We've had technicians out twice and they just turned off the water to the panels and told us to sue the manufacturer.
We're under warrantee, but it's not being honored. I've never seen anything like this shameful customer service.
They've damaged our roof and porch and we are left with broken, useless equipment.
We should all organize and take action.
