My husband declined the extra “insurance” they offer. He was charged an extra $211 (on top of what he already paid when booking through a travel agency package that included the insurance). He called to ask about this charge they said it was a deposit fee that he was going to get back within 2 weeks. Three months passed by and did not get anything back.

Anyone that wants to get a car rental don’t get it here they are the biggest scammers will charge u fees other then what u paid they will look for fees so u can pay they are 200% racists they cater to the Caucasian people if u are African American they will try to scam u they lie and and scam like crazy when u call they screen your calls and know it’s u and hang up it’s hard for u to get your money back very hard when u book there is a third party involved it’s in London they are the worse car company in fortlauderdale they will be reported to consumer affairs no one is pushing this issue enough with these guys they been scamming people for a long time and getting away with it they work together I saw it in there faces that they was scammers god don’t like ugly they keep taking from hard working people I got there to pick up a car and they started charging a bunch of fees I said absolutely not they said they going to cancel and never did to keep the money crooks just beware don’t get a car rental from them carwiz car company when u see that name

When my husband had his truck damaged unexpectedly, Lee at Carwiz helped us after all the other places I called were out of cars. He was kind and sympathetic, and it was a painless experience (at a good price too!). Will definitely use again if the chance arises.

The manager was very nice and helpful in getting our van, the price wasn't too extortionate for on the spot van hire. The manager gave us free drinks and offered a great shuttle service. The shuttle service was free and took us directly to where we needed to be, great service.

The car itself was very clean and was in very nice condition.

Excellent company for airport parking. I’ve used 2 other companies where they made me wait almost 1 hour just to pick me up and take me to get my car. This place literally took like 5 mins … Excellent customer service, no rude staff like other places. Will definitely use again when traveling and needing to park my vehicle. Highly recommend

This was my first time using an offsite parking service for the Orlando Airport, and I'm very happy I went with FLEX. Everything about the experience was perfect. Very fast and easy check-in/check-out process, the shuttle service was quick and efficient, the customer service was excellent, and they even had my truck pulled up and ready to go when I got back! On top of everything, my weekly rate was half that of what I've paid in the past for onsite long-term parking at MCO. I will be using you guys from now on - Thank you so much!

Please avoid at all costs. Ive rented several cars in the past and this was hands down the WORST experience. First, we waited for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport for 45 mins. After one did not arrive, I called and they informed they were on the way.

We got to the location and was told that we needed to purchase a toll pass which was $12/day. This was only the price for the pass and didnt include the actual charge of passing through the toll each time. The representative kept insisting that we purchase and informed that if we didnt purchase and decided to go through a toll we would be charged $50. Told us it was hard to avoid tolls in Orlando (which is a lie.we found ways to navigate around tolls).

They also had hidden fees (i.e, rental car insurance) and when asked where this was in their policy and terms and conditions they showed some generic language which could be interpreted differently. Terrible service! The rep didnt cooperate and didnt work to address my questions. Instead he told me, “well you can cancel. ” Which I did!

Before cancelling, I declined their car insurance. They asked for full coverage and proof. So I spent about 15-20 mins calling my insurance to get proof in order to verify insurance and show it to them.

If that was not enough, after I received the paperwork and was asked to sign, I read through it and saw a $15/day charge listed as a “transfer fee. ” The man stated the charge was a fee to transfer insurance from my company to them. RIDICULOUS. Never heard of this. When asked about it all he said was “Things are different in Orlando and our company operates differently. ”

So a 3-day rental was supposed to be $72 ended up being $162 with all the hidden fees. I cancelled the whole thing w/o thinking twice.

Also, since we had an early flight and the shuttle wasnt available, we would have had to drop off car early in the morn and take Uber.

Please save your time, energy and money! GO SOMEWHERE else. I would not recommend. Firm 0/5 for me!

Eddie and Maria were exceptionally. We were able to hire a car with no stress. Eddie was fantastic at explaining all the fees and Maria gave us information on where to go in Florida.

So unbelievably helpful when we ended up stranded. Amazing service from Lee, genuinely so thankful we found these guys to help us out, they even used their own shuttle bus to pick us up and take us to there location to pay for and grab the car. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again when we come back.

Friendly costumer service and good car. But we were very confused because we were charged extra. The email says $214.73 and pay at pick up $61.49 so the the total should have been 275.82. But we paid $294.98 at pick up. There was a deposit $300 they said they will charge, but we never got charged for that. We paid to add the insurance online but we had to pay for extra insurance at the counter too. It was just very confusing.

Lee and Manny were very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle service was great and prompt! Even though there was a computer issue initially, Lee was able to resolve the issue with the reservation quickly and efficiently. Great customer service!

I rented a car but I set the pick up time wrong, AM instead PM, and when we landed in the PM, we have lost the reservation! That was fair, but they were very responsiveness even after closing time, and they provided me with a car the next day using my reservation money for paying it, so they were great doing that.they also have a good transportation service to airport.
