My husband and I have used Enterprise car rental for about 7 years now and have always had great service from reservations to picking up to returning have never had any problems in state or out of state. Great company to rent from!

You show up and they have given your vehicle away. Told that you are late by an hour so they can give it away. Website says they hold it for up to 2-3 hours and will call. Manager said written policy on Enterprise website is not how he was trained.

They are supposed to call before assigning the vehicle. Lied about calling. When we asked what time they called or who called, the response was they are not answering that question.

They don’t care. Despite giving away, no effort made to call other locations to locate vehicle. Three employees sitting around and not busy.

To the managers credit, he handles himself well and does not engage the frustration. They lie about all of their policies when shown them. He must be used to pulling this on customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 10656 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32817 location treated my family w/ total disrespect. When we arrived to pick up our rental van they had given it away because they had overbooked reservations. Therefore we had to wait 3 hours for an available rental. The manager, Johnathan See, did not try to resolve THEIR error and did not give good customer service. He was arrogant and dismissive. A poor reflection for Enterprise.

I have been a satisfied customer since 2019. I rented cars at least once a month for the past 4 years, sometimes for just a day, other times for a weekend. Never had a problem. The reps knew me by name and always had a great car available for me.

I recently moved to a new town in the same state. Within a week, I wanted to get a new driver’s license. I reserved online with my discount 2 days in advance and arrived at Enterprise at my appointed time, gave my driver’s license and was told that their third party company could not verify my identity. Therefore, I could not rent a car unless I provided a paid utility bill with my name on it and another piece of id, like a piece of mail that had been delivered to me. Wait a minute. I’ve only been here1 week. How the hell do I have a utility bill? But, I do have my closing statement for the purchase of my house with my name and new address. Unacceptable. But, I’ve been renting from Enterprise exclusively for four years. They could not look at records from another part of the State. It may be corporate policy, but, it sucks.

This specific rental was for a meeting that I had in Miami. The staff at the Enterprise office on Colonial Drive were amazing. They were able to get me a great upgrade and the transaction was pretty quick and painless. I would recommend this location and I have another event in Miami on December 14th and I can say without a doubt I will use this Enterprise office again!

The team was very helpful and friendly, even though they were so busy with all of the other customers whose cars were also damaged during the hurricane. Every time I called, the person was so friendly and so helpful. It was really appreciated.

Okay, so the vehicle I rented in WV turned out to have a leak in the floor and the panel protecting the engine compartment partly fell off. After a long time on the phone after arriving in Orlando at my Dad’s home, I got the okay to switch to another vehicle. Upon arriving at the business, I was told a claim would be made to my insurance. I explained that I had done nothing to cause the problem, and upon further research by an Enterprise employee, it was agreed that the Martinsburg Enterprise had not done a thorough inspection of the vehicle, a Kia Sportage. So, I was given a Nissan Sentra to replace the Kia. The Enterprise employee did not complete a thorough walk around of the vehicle. I and my Dad drove back to his home two miles away, with a stop at an optical shop and another at Winn Dixie. The car was parked until we left to drive home on 11/19. I returned it after hours to the Martinsburg Enterprise on 11/20.
Today I got a call that a claim was being made to my insurance for rocker panel damage at the front of the passenger door. I did nothing to damage the vehicle and immediately went to the local Enterprise and provided pictures I took of the vehicle in my Dad’s driveway which showed the damaged rocker panel. Enterprise, you need to tighten up and thoroughly check the vehicles you are renting. How many people don’t fight back when an unjustified claim is made against them? I may never rent a car from you again, ever!

Had to get a rental after losing 3 vehicles due to flooding. Since Enterprise was within a few miles of our temporary housing, we decided they would be a good choice. Although there were some minor issues with my initial rental car, the staff at this location took care of my concerns and did everything they could to help me. Can't thank them enough for helping me and my family during a very stressful period.

Kwami and Titus was awesome, they really go.out of their way to make sure your comfortable in a vehicle.
The vehicle I got had several issues but when I returned it Titus was very understanding and took care of me.

I was renting an SUV for my upcoming birthday trip to the Georgia mountains and Stephanie helped me with my rental reservation. She made sure that everything went smooth during the rental process. She even helped me make sure that the vehicle was equipped with everything I needed for my trip. I spoke to her on the phone a day prior and she followed through on everything we discussed over the phone! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I would definitely recommend her to take care of any car rental needs! I am a satisfied customer!

BRANCH MANAGER MATTHEW SHECK & HIS TEAM ARE THE BEE'S KNEES!

Due to Hurricane Ian, my car was totaled out. During the process of inspection, Matthew Sheck helped me stay on the road. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Without a shadow of doubt I can say this was my BEST car rental experience! I will be back! I definitely recommend this establishment to fit your car rental needs!

The agent I worked with was nice and helpful, so I can't complain there. However, the car selection at this location is bare bones and there was garbage all over the lot, as if noone cleans or cares. The few vehicles they do have smell dirty like old cigarette smoke and Marijuana. I can't stand driving the rental car because it makes me feel nauseous. I think I may return it and do business with another company.

So, after I did all the arrangements to rent a car for a day, I drove to the location since it wasn’t offered to me to have the car delivered in my home. As I started the process to filled the paper work the agent told me that I couldn’t park my car in their parking lot until I come back, but offered me to leave my car parked cross the street.
I wish I have this information during my phone call, most of the people that rent a car, does own a car. How do I supposed to drive both cars back home?
Wasted hours of my day because of their service. Never will look for this company again.

Today my daughter's rental got a flat tire and the roadside assistance number was down. David, the branch manager, sent her a new car (an upgrade) and swapped them within 30 minutes of being contacted. EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you!

So I picked up a rental car less than a week ago and the gentleman dropped off the car and made sure to tell me that there was no smoking allowed in the vehicle I even noticed a non-smokers looked like doorhanger sitting in the cupholder. But evidently this gentleman did not clean the car nor did his office clean the car because not only was there old french fries and food in between the seats, But the stench of cigarette smoke was so sour I couldn’t even bring my children in the car. As a nutrition professional I take my job very seriously and I would only hope that the next person would as well. I believe his name was Desmond, according to the branch manager. This was at the location of East colonial and Union Park, in Orlando Florida. Shame on you enterprise Rent-A-Car this is not the way to do business especially when your commercial as you’re waiting on hold says taking care of the customer.

Car was good, service was polite.
No complaints here.

Car was clean, had gas, and the wheels moved. It was exactly what you expect.

The location is small and due to covid, we aren’t allowed inside (per my experience) but it was fine. They have a tent for shade and request 6ft social distancing.

Need a car? This place does that. 5 stars!

A little time consuming at the pick up but overall positive experience. More the customers than the employees. I give them credit for putting up with all the angry self centered people they deal with.

I usually always go to this location to rent a car. Everything was great, car great but the last time I rented a car in November I returned it and left my E-Pass in the car on the dash. They closed about an hour after I dropped it off so I called the following morning. They said they did not find it and had already turned the car over. They reached out to the customer and they said they didn't have it. They never called me back to update me. I know it was in there because I saw it while I was pulling up to drop the car off. I ended up forgetting it while making sure nothing else was left in the car. Pretty annoyed by this. The E-Pass didn't just up and disappear. Whoever cleaned it had to of seen it and if they didn't that means the cars aren't getting cleaned well. Seriously upset by this.

Well overall the rental was great. The thing that I'm upset about is I dropped the car off on a Monday and realized on Tuesday I had left some things in the back of the truck underneath the floorboard of the truck. So I call and he says nobody found anything but the truck is already gone and will call you when it comes back in period never got a call. I called back again and he's like oh there was nothing left whenever the car comes back I'll give you a call. I have yet to get a call back about my belongings. I understand it's my responsibility to make sure that my belongings are out my car but if they clean the car properly like they claim they did they would have saw my belongings underneath there period so if that's the case then where are my belongings? I'm just upset because if the cleaning was done they would have saw them and hopefully they would have put them to the side and not steal somebody's stuff period because obviously the person is going to remember hey wait a minute I'm missing something.so if they didn't clean the car properly then the other person who rented the car has my stuff.

The only reason is why I give them a one star and I shouldn't is because I never got back my 50.00 dollar deposit that I was told I would get back into my card and I only had the car for two days drove it home parked in driveway went to work next day parked it went home parked it went back to work and then after work took back to dealership were I first got the car not good for business I think I will be contacting BBB

I would give you a 4, I have always had very good experiences with Enterprise. This time however, the car that I had would NOT give the code to hook up my Bluetooth. Music is life and my company when driving far, so in this case I could not listen to the music of my choice. Very disappointing

This is the worst Enterprise ever. I have never received a vehicle from this location that is clean and decent. I have received a mini van that reeked of dirty gym shorts and slim Jim’s. I last received a truck that reeked of smoke/cigarettes and the rental advisor said he didn’t smell it. He must be a smoker because that stench was everywhere in the car, and I could barely breath in the car. One of the seats even had a cigarette bud burn. I was not given an option for a gas friendly vehicle. I’m always given huge vehicles, mini vans and trucks. I drive a small car and it would be nice to be given a smaller vehicle. Too bad the dealership I do business with only uses this enterprise location. They also charged me an extra day and claimed I returned my car a day late, which I did not. They claimed they will refund, but I still haven’t seen the refund yet. I will keep an eye out.

Very bad experience. Employees of enterprise had me waiting outside for 15 min just to speak with someone. Then they gave me a Dodge Durango rental car that clearly wasn’t cleaned smelled terrible car was given to me with no gas also. Overall very poor customer service will definitely not recommend. Also they are very pushy on the damage and insurance waiver.

Over the many times that i have rented vehicles for traveling, Enterprise have really been great with their services. A very welcoming experience every time. Vehicles are always clean and the process is very quick.

On August 1st of this year, I went to pick up a car that I reserved. OPEN your eyes, these people are making you reserve a car and when you get there, they tell you the only thing they have is a super, tiny car and they tell you if you want a car, you need to upgrade and pay more. They never give you a receipt and they are doing this to so many other people. They are super mean, arrogant, and have a bad attitude! It seems they changed owners, BE SUPER CAREFUL. They did the same thing to my sister. They need to be reported to the BBB as soon as possible! BE CAREFUL!

This location lacks professionalism, adequate training and a very poor management team. I have never experienced such unprofessional manager with such lack for customer care and acquisition. Staff is very combative and highly unprofessional.

Unfortunately they have to many kids working with poor management. I highly recommend that you use another location.

Had a terrible experience renting at the Orlando airport enterprise location. Spent $35 on a Uber to get to the airport to pick up a car that I already placed a reservation for hours prior to pick up as well as $33.00 for the insurance I already paid for online just to get there wait 15 mins in line and be told that they have 0 cars available to be rented. Upon exiting the line already frustrated I see people after me leaving the desk with car keys and only certain people being turned down. I wasted my time and money to rent through enterprise and received the worst customer service ever.

I would give ZERO STARS. Go to ANY other location. They took over an hour to deliver the car mind you I was across the street from the location. They make you wait for over an hour to receive your car and employees are even worse. The attitude from the employees comes from the manager who has an even nastier attitude. Will be reporting this store to the corporate office because this is the second time i had issues with this store

Enterprise Rent A Car was very professional and efficient. Picking up the rental was a breeze and I loved the cleanliness of the vehicle. I received a GM Acadia a and it was very spacious and easy to drive. Dropping off was also painless and enjoyed the unlimited mileage.

Came here after my accident. Too scared to drive much afterwards so I wanted to be in a smaller car like mine. When I told the representative that he said he only had a big Dodge soccer mom car. Very disappointed as I called yesterday to make sure of it.

Posting on behalf of my in-laws who received absolutely terrible service. Waited for over 2.5 hours for a car, even after making a reservation, and ended up leaving without a car. On top of the long wait time and inability to provide a car, the customer service couldn’t have been worse. One of the workers was yelling and displayed a total lack of understanding, care, or compassion with her extremely rude attitude. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place! Total waste of time and total lack of respect displayed by the employees to customers.

I really enjoying using Enterprise as my car rental options. I typically need to travel outside of town for business purposes and Enterprise has inexpensive prices.

Representative that helped me today (5/29/2020) was a woman at around 1: 30pm. She did not send my rental agreement after dispatch. I do not have access to drop off location and times. It seems as though her device was not working correctly. Gas was not verified. Damages were not assessed as she did not complete a walk through with me. I presented her with a college id to waive the young renters fee of $20. The fee was not waived and I could not confirm it as I was never shown the charges.

Racist woman quotes a $200 deposit? I’m 40 and never paid a deposit with Enterprise. You’re a temporary employee; do not take power into your own hands when I have the ability to contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and report fraud on the state and local levels during this virus outbreak! And make your site look bad on top of that. You lost out my friend.
