Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental process was easy enough, however, there are a couple of areas for improvement:

1. When our flight was delayed, the website wouldn’t allow me to change the reservation to the updated arrival on the following day.

2. Once we checked in at the counter and were directed to the garage, the lot attendant gave us a choice of vehicles which was fine, but he did not walk us to the vehicle nor did he ask us if we needed any help orienting to the vehicle, which in this case was a Cadillac.

3. The exit process from the lot was a bit slow and once there were 4 cars backed up in 2 exit lanes, then someone came over to help expedite the checkout process. This could have been more efficient at RSW airport.

Overall the vehicle worked fine and the return process was speedy. We would rent from this location again.

The best hospitality given by the state. Jailyn, in Fort Myers Florida provided the best customer service that your industry could provide. His assistants was helpful and warranted. Thank you

Rented a vehicle for 5 people 2 Childers 3 adults The suv smelled so strong of marijuana we had to ride with the windows down tried to take it back the next morning they told us to go to another enterprise closer to where we were they refused to give us another vehicle we had to ride in this for a week every day with the windows down because it literally made two of us sick and they could've cared less as long as they got their money

I had never been so stressed. I had to have a family member of employer come from Naples just to pay for the car. Do not try to buy online. Directions to ge to car rentals was outrageous. The attitudes aside of two employees treated me like trash. I know I wasn't appropriately dressed tired and worn but after 4 hours and showing my I'd 3 times just to get out of there. I say I give this place zero stars. I will never ever rent from enterprise in fort Myers again. The customer service was outrageous. You cannot pay for anything unless your there in person with credit card. No cash option. Super inconvenient and a total pain in my petunia!

Had a flight delay and called to make changes. They ran through a few different scenarios with me and were able to perfectly accommodate me.

This experience at RSW Airport enterprise Rent-A-Car was incredibly horrible and horrid. The customer service was terrible. It was such a bad experience, and then they had to hidden fees. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason it got one star was because I was forced to put it in this place is by far one of the worst Rent-A-Car places I have never been to.

Excellent experience. Easy check-in, friendly staff, simple return process. One the employees even went above and beyond of personally holding onto my back pack when I left it in the vehicle. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a great experience! My car was great, the service at pick up and drop off was great, and the lady I spoke to at the front desk was very personable and gave me her own contact info incase I ever needed anything that week.

Great service but I paid for a luxury rental and it turned out to be a very showy and embarrassing color

Excellent customer service! Both receiving the car and returning the car was a seamless process. There were some scratches on the car and I was advised to take photos before I left the premises. The person looked at my photos upon my return and everything was good. Excellent process and have plans to rent many more times this year with them. Their app is awesome!
