They are liars no good Custumer service I ask them more few day for car they say ok but when I was there for paperwork they take money from my account and they don’t give me the car

The entire experience of renting and returning our cars went smoothly. The staff at the Hallandale Beach Enterprise office are professional and friendly. We recommend this branch wholeheartedly.

Very easy process. You have a choise of either using a credit card or a débito card for those who have no credit is very convenient. Thank you enterprise is always a pleasure.

I waited for awhile, when someone else came in they waited on him, when l stood up, they asked if l had been waited on, l said know, they said they thought someone had waited on me, it's crazy, they could not weight on me because l wanted to rent a car in Chicago

Had to wait over 40 mins to get my car with no one in line? The car had a problem as soon as I drove 2 miles from the store. I returned to the office and had to wait over an hour to get another car. Incredible bad service and the people there are courteous but are not solution or customer service oriented

This car rental company made me a weekly contract, when the month was up they called me to renew the contract, when I went to the office to renew the contract they asked me for the car keys and told me that I could no longer rent that car and I told them, well, give me another car I have the money to pay for it and they said no and they left me lying on the street without a car. I had to call a friend to pick me up because they didn't even give me an Uber out of courtesy.more cars with Enterprise and it's only because the price I was paying was $250 and in 1 month that same car was at $500, so they took it from me to rent it to another person for $500 or 700 per week.

Great service. Had a car I didn’t like and they swapped it for me the next day no questions asked and made everything super easy. Friendly staff. Would definitely rent here again.

Great place to rent your car from staff are very nice and will work with you in a kind and honest and respectful way caring environment and staff clean cars and everything only issues they need to use clean water to wash the windows you can see the wipe marks lol

Staff were very nice. They did not have the car my wife originally ordered thru her insurance, but the manager made sure to let us switch it out the next day when what she asked for was available.

Very very professional place clean cars with no problems also gave him five stars to the managers they do a hell of a good job there thank you guys all I do recommend this place for anyone who needs to rent a vehicle even if they don't have vehicle you're looking for they will go the extra mile to find it

Eric Pfefer went out of his way to make sure my rental/ vacation experience was excellent. He truly exceeded my expectations and I can tell customer service is a priority for him. Thank you Eric for being so awesome.

They have terrible service. They have very rude workers, who have rules in which make no sense and are being told upfront. They overcharge for cars that are not worth it at all! I had the same problem as the review Andrea, they are super cheap with gas and do not clean the cars right for the price being paid. All the good reviews were definitely asked to be put up, not sincere! Do not come here!

They have the rudest employees, save yourself a trip and DO NOT come here! They have the stupidest policy and will overcharge! Keep in mind they are cheap and are not worth a penny! TURN AROUND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The company website says "In addition to being confident your vehicle is cleaned and sanitized every time you rent" and ensures of the complete clean pledge. Besides not having a rental ready for me and giving me smart remarks, Eric Pfefer tried to give me an "upgrade" with a car that has not been cleaned and had no gas, plus it was too oversized from what I was originally looking for. Drove it around the corner and returned it immediately, my options were to wait 2 more hours or get an economy car. I accepted the economy car so I could be on my way asap. It took about 20 minutes to receive the car. The rental was a car being driven by an employee that apparently picked up a customer, that's why there was a wait. After they exited the car I received, it was not cleaned or sanitized plus it smelled like cigarettes. I tried to ask Eric some questions but he walked away on the phone. Horrible service, no organization. He told a customer they're getting an upgrade and gave them the first car he tried to give me which was dirty and had no gas. He did not take his time to explain anything, just sign and leave with every customer. When I returned the car I was given a discount, Lilly Cosme and Christian Guzman did a great job when it came to customer service, great team. I was glad Mr. Pfefer was not there, he is all over the place, bad example for the other employees. How can you try to give a customer a dirty car with no gas? Exterior was full of bugs, and it was obvious the interior was not cleaned at all in both cars. If I needed to wait another 10 minutes for them to at least sanitize the car, that would of been no issue but instead I had to do it myself.

I love Enterprise! They must have the best customer service training program in the world because every one I have every visited, is the same. Genuinely nice, caring employees and this one was no different. Picked us up and dropped us off with no delay.

Went to this enterprise after may husband was in an accident and our insurance sent us here. Everybody was very helpful and they got us a car quickly.

I was contemplating renting a minivan one-way, but the cost was very expensive. The person I spoke to suggested renting it round-trip to save money. I ended up saving about $400! Thanks again for awesome customer service!

I rent from there all the time The GM Emmanuel is so pleasant he an Alex always take very good care of me I feel like a superstar coming there I never wait an if I do they are very observant I may wait 2 minutes to the most I definitely will be back especially if they are on you guys team

HORRIBLE. If you book verify a million times they're gonna get you. We scheduled a pick up at @8am, at @ 8: 30. Nothing. We call & they say they got busy and had no one to pick us up. When we asked why we weren't notified, they " figured we'd call. " Absolutely ridiculous. We confirmed reservation twice and had made it 3 days prior. Just don't want anyone else to miss an event like we did.

No one cared. Rediculous.make you stand outside in heat. Asked for water never brought it Couldn't drop me off 2 miles from office. Told me to take Uber or wait an hour. Wow has this company spirolled down. Nobody seems to care. They called but never called back. Do your self a favor, Rent from Avis.

Rented again as my business is now loyal to this office! Kristal and Juan made the process super easy and flawless. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The last time I had rented was January 31, and policies had changed a week later since I had rented but Kristal made sure to let me know which I appreciated the transparency and her above and beyond willingness and service to assist me. I live down the road but my personal vehicle had no AC so I rented for just a day to take my son to the zoo in Miami. It gave me peace of mind having a reliable vehicle with AC and my son loved the zoo! It wouldn't have been made possible without your services! Kristal even remembered and asked how the zoo was when I was checking in the vehicle which made me feel like they truly care about their customers and you're not just another number at this office. I left my makeup bag in the vehicle but it was currently in the shop when I called so I'm hoping they call me back with good news that they find it once the sentra gets back on the lot. Other than leaving my makeup bag in there, their service couldn't have been more perfect! Look forward to renting again and again and referring my friends and family to this office.

The staff at the pembroke rd location in Hallandale were all amazing! Very professional, courteous and everyone went above and beyond to service me and my 10 month old Kairo on New Year’s Eve last minute. We ended up having to extend the rental since my personal vehicle was in the shop for brake work and Yazmin and everyone else was more than happy to assist me. They made it super easy and gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. I believe I turned in my vehicle with Eric I think & he was superb and made it super easy. I turned it in Sunday and already had the deposit and remaining credit I didn’t end up using back in my bank account the following morning! It was a flawless experience this team is on point and deserves the recognition! I will definitely recommend this office and look forward to renting with them again with no hesitations! Thank you again so much!

Rented car to replace mine while in shop for repair.the car I rented, a Malibu, worked mechanically well.but it wasn't as clean as I have seen with other car rentals I've experienced, and the staff was adolescent and disorganized.

The service at Enterprise in Hallandale we as superb! Employees are friendly, hardworking, fast and make their priority their personal concern. There are happy customers siting there and feeling important. Cars of all types and sizes are available for all your needs. I rate it excellent!

Both Eric and Christian helped us out and they were absolutely incredible. They were kind, courteous, polite, professional, helpful and efficient. We are so lucky we were helped by them!

The employees have rude attitudes. All cash couldn't be paid for the rental, they needed a credit card for a hold. Ok, fine. The card had to be in my name though a relative was willing to put it on hers w/ her ID. They don't accept cashapp cards. They don't accept digital pay. The rental was for 3 days & was picked up at 4: 45pm on a Wed & when I called the Sat to check the time it needed to be returned, I was told it was due back at 8am the previous day (yes, Fri) because they go by CALENDAR days & not in a 24hr cycle. The "parking" is horrible and my car was nearly hit. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. (25 Pem Rd Hallandale Bch, FL.location)
