Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Probably the best enterprise I've been to. All 3 employees were speedy, quick, and did not waste time. In and out. How it should be.

My experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was good. Carman, the assistant branch manager, worked efficiently. There were two people ahead of me in line when I arrived, and someone called to ask about something they left behind in a rental car, and Carman was the only one there, but she multi-tasked well and it was promptly my turn. When I went out to collect the car, Francis was really friendly and helpful. I just got my driver license this week and it was the first time I drive independently. Francis answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I used the car and returned it, and got a call from them to let me know everything is ok and I will get all my deposit back.

Horrible experience - waited over 45 mins for car and the car did not have a full tank. They also provided a vehicle for someone else before they provided mine who waited there for just 10 mins. I am forced to rent here due to proximity but am contemplating to make a drive elsewhere due to the time it always takes to get my car. (I am a regular here). Furthermore customer service was awful- no apologies and representative got upset when I asked for updates on how long it would take after waiting for so long. Not receiving a car with a full tank is also a regular thing. Avoid this enterprise if you can.

If you want fast service go somewhere else.
Had confirmation number just wanted to double check - 25 min on hold, then line was disconnected, calling second time, on hold for 10 mins.

In the meantime, I'm on listening to the corporate message of how they go extra mile to treat customer like family.

Read all the 1 star reviews and don’t waste your time. I reserved a standard car, VW Jetta Toyota Camery etc, less than 24 hours prior to my pick time. The lady asked the other guy at the desk about two cars and he said no. She pull out some Mitsubishi crossover with the bumper falling off!

Cancelled my reservation and will definitely not be returning here for my weekly rental car till my Tesla arrives.

The person who attend me, not friendly at all. I tried to explain to her about my second name, because it was not in my credit card but it was imposible, bad very bad attitude.my charges were 177 US dollars, and they charge me over 800 us dólar on my credit card, then I tried to comunícate with them 1 month after and same person with same rude actitud attend me.never go back to that place. I should go to another enterprise in another country because she could not help me with anything.persons like that should not been working with tourists.

Easily accessible from Wynwood or Midtown via pick-up. Since it's a small shop, may take a while to check out if it's busy.

Rented a car at the beginning of April. Super quick service- in and out of the office in 5 minutes. Car seemed bigger than the one reserved. Really helpful.

I rented a car with them at Brahman BMW when my car was being repaired. When it was my turn it was easy to rent, fill out paper work and give me access to the car. Upon drop off was even easier. Every person I encountered with Enterprise was very friendly and helpful.

Joann is the perfect stuff.enjoyed her assistance.very practical to rent and very good price. 15 usd per day safe parking very close to hilton

A big shout out to Carmen and her team! Some issues at first but looking back after returning my one day rental — I had a good experience with this location. Will use them again when we are back in Miami!

With more than four years as a customer, I am very grateful for Enterprise's professionalism, quality of service and customer service.

I literally spent 30 mins on hold just for a simple question about my rental with no answer. A female would pick up the phone and place it back on hold. I hung up and I called again only to be placed on hold again. Like seriously very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE customer service! I would give 0 stars if I could! I went in to return my car and dealt with a very unprofessional and rude employee who seems like she hates her job. I will never do business with this company and have told my friends and fam not to as well.

Enterprise was very professional excellent customer service! Cars I’ve rented before & recently always very clean!
I highly recommend Enterprise! It’s my go to Company whenever I need to rent a car!

Lousy customer service never has vehicles and they direct you to another address guaranteeing that they do have vehicles and it's a lie

Worst customer experience ever. And be treated with rudness by the personnel did not help.
Go somewhere else if you need assistance in any form.

This was the best rental experience I've ever had. Yasmeli was smooth and quick on the pickup, and i was upgraded to a beautiful orange Dodge Charger (how Miami is that?). When I was running 10 min behind closing time she let me bring it back the next morning and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Incredibly incompetent employees. The branch confirmed we had a car reserved. Show up to the branch 30 minutes later and they told us no cars are available. When I asked why they told us a car was available 30 minutes prior, they claimed they never said a car was available.

Corporate customer service has done absolutely nothing to help resolve this issue. Save yourself grief and frustration and rent from a more competent company than Enterprise.
