I've been coming to this location for rentals for the last 6 months or so, and I have absolutely 0 complaints. The staff is absolutely fantastic, and I'd give them 20 stars if I could. This morning, they were swamped with a lot of customers showing up at once for pickups and returns, and they were so calm and professional throughout everything! Special shoutout to Berry for always coming through with a great sense of humor and a smile. Y'all are phenomenal! Happy new year! Thank you so much for making something that's usually annoying an enjoyable experience every time.

We recently rented a car from Enterprise and returned it to the Winter Garden location. Upon arrival, Berry greeted us warmly and took care of all details to return in a matter of minutes! He reminded us to look for all our belongings and drove us home. It was such a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this Enterprise location- ask for Berry!

The team at Enterprise in Winter Garden are just incredible always supportive and helpful. I recently had a tire blow out on a drive to Miami and had an awful experience dealing with the support centre. But when I got back home to Winter Garden I shared my experience and was listened to and felt like a human being. Really appreciate you all in my home branch!

Experience with Enterprise Rental in Orlando Dear Enterprise Customer Service, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding a recent rental experience I had with Enterprise in Orlando, Florida. My family and I had booked a car with Alamo for our trip in America. Unfortunately, due to an accident during our journey, we were required to exchange the vehicle in Orlando. It was during this process at the Enterprise location that we encountered a distressing situation, primarily involving the manager of the Orlando branch. The behavior of the manager at the Orlando station was nothing short of unprofessional and outright unfriendly. He treated us, his customers, with a complete lack of respect, almost as if we were inconveniencing him. Initially, he presented us with a car that was not roadworthy and had not been properly fueled. When I expressed my concerns about the vehicle, I was told that if I didn't want it, I should drive all the way to the airport to select another vehicle. Given the considerable distance to the airport and the inconvenience it would cause, this was simply not a feasible option. The car we eventually received was not only improperly fueled but also in a questionable condition. It had a significant crack in the front windshield, and the entire electrical system failed upon each start. I was appalled that such a vehicle was offered to us, especially when traveling with three young children who rely on our safety. I reported this incident and documented all the issues upon returning the vehicle to the Enterprise station in Jersey. My primary concern is how Enterprise could employ such unprofessional staff and rent out vehicles that are clearly not roadworthy. Due to the issues with the vehicle, we were forced to make several unplanned stops, further disrupting our travel plans. Additionally, we had to refuel the vehicle upon pickup, despite the expectation that it would be provided with a full tank. I have attached photographic evidence of all the vehicle's issues to this email. Given the circumstances, I am not willing to bear the full rental cost for this vehicle. I believe that a significant portion of these costs should be waived due to the unsafe and unsatisfactory condition of the vehicle. I expect a prompt response addressing this matter and a resolution that reflects the inconvenience and safety concerns we experienced during this rental. I trust that Enterprise will take this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was rear-ended through no fault of my own and Randy the branch manager, went above and beyond to help me out and even contact an insurance claims adjuster to try and rectify my situation. Throughout all car accidents, insurance is frustrating and sheisty on purpose but Randy and his team genuinely care. Barry was the right hand man who assisted me and Harry is a new hire but also super helpful and treated me kindly. Thanks again guys and appreciate you so much once again.

I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, and at one point, I would travel 15-20 miles out of my way to avoid dealing with the staff at WG. I am pleased to say that is no longer the case as of now. The staff now running the Winter Garden location are friendly, courteous, welcoming and genuine. This is definitely my favorite place to rent now! Great work Team WG!

Everyone I worked with was just great. Positive attitudes and easy to deal with. Pucking up and dropping off, they were super fast. I was probably there 5 minutes, total, between pick up and drop off time. Well done, Enterprise.

Jeff did a great job of putting me into a RAV4 for a rental due to my car being totaled. It was a car I was looking at purchasing and worked out perfectly. The day I returned the car I purchased one! Thanks Jeff in Winter Garden for your help!

Toyota Rav 4 was not a good handling car.
May be good for going to the grocery store but not for on the highway.
I brought back the car a day early and with 1/2 a tank more gas and only got a $2.13 discount. What?

Mark at Enterprise called me within minutes of me making the reservation so I could ask questions about their deposit and payment policies which have changed substantially since the Pandemic. He was patient and transparent unlike Hertz at the Orlando airport. They had several We were happy with the Toyota Camry he rented us. For a week we only had to fill up once! As soon as we returned the car, our $300 hold/deposit was released back into my checking account for our trip home. Some rental companies we charging a $500 deposit plus payment.

I have used Enterprise many times in the past, however, due to my experience this time I may not use them again. Firstly, the car I reserved was not available when I went to pick it up. I agreed to a substitute (not an upgrade) to another vehicle as I needed to get going. Then, as I was on the road I discovered that the vehicle capabilities were limited. Programmed to be limited! The speed was programmed and the volume controls were limited, as well as other systems that are normally fully capable on the vehicle. In essence, it felt as though I did not rent the class of car as advertised since Enterprise messed with the capabilities. George Orwell's "1984" was part of this rental. Very disappointed!

I spoke to an associate that informed over the phone that the cost of the rental would be $381.out the door. I drove 25 miles to get there. Upon arrive to enterprise rental the price increase to $681 and everyone played dumb. Nobody knew a thing. 1st and last time I will go to enterprise rental.
My advise is to get to to Avis or Alamo. Their cheaper, honest and have a better selection. Stay away from commission based liars at enterprise!

I always used Enterprise Car Rental for my travel needs. THE best agent that was at the 13999 West Colonial Drive in Winter Garden was Alan Baez! He gave THE most awesome customer service I could ever ask for! He always took care of me. Always! I think he is no longer at that location, but he was truly the best. The last couple of agents were good and gave great customer service. The cars were very clean and reliable.

I love renting from here. Rarely have an issues & if I do the staff is great with helping 2 fix the problem. Management team is awesome. I've rented from several locations in the past. Clermont, apopka, Orlando before. But My favorite store is the winter garden location! They rock. Very friendly, professional. Also they aim there best to get you out as quick as possible. I love that. I've even seen someone from the front who's checking you in. Go 2 the back & clean a car, SUV, truck etc. To get you out as quick as possible. Great atmosphere. Workers are friendly with each other. Over here is what I call team work! They really do care about their customers. Thanks 4 doing an awesome job.

I was giving a car with three quarter of a tank because they didn’t want to spend the money to fill it even though they charged the prior renter $4 a gallon to fill it. I tried to estimate how much gas I used and ended up filling the tank.

When asked for a credit I was given a dirty look and was told there was no way I would get any money back for the free gas I just gave them.

Very disappointed. I had to move my reservation forward one day. They quoted me roughly $100 more and I was assured it would be the same reservation just a day later. Keep in mind the original reservation I was given a free upgrade. Then when I went to pick up the car, I was charged another $100 over what reservations told me. PLUS they charged me for an upgrade and said I ordered it! No I did not it was offered complimentary! And then was given a Corolla NOT an Intermediate size car! But had to pay for it as they had nothing else to offer. So I had to pay an additional $200 by moving the reservation one day. Biggest RIP off ever and no offer to help me out. Just sorry you were told that! Last time I will ever rent from Enterprise!

I recently had an experience dropping my car off at the Windermere body shop for repairs, where I received a rental from Enterprise. The service was absolutely amazing! They had a process in place that was organized and efficient. They called prior to confirm, during to see ho my vehicle was, and after to make sure it went okay. They made sure I was in a similar vehicle to what I had. The vehicle was clean and brand new, came with Clorox wipes. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Highly recommend! I love the National / Enterprise family!

This store was really busy and short on stock. They were friendly and accommodating. I was getting a non-preferred choice vehicle when another vehicle pulled in. I opted for that one and they jumped on it to give me what I wanted. I would recommend and use this vendor again.

My mom rented 2 cars from this location in the last couple of weeks, both times they tried to give her a very dirty car that was all dinged up, the first time I told them that it was unacceptable and they did give her something better. But yesterday when she picked up the second car they would not bug unless she paid more money so she had to settle for a care with over 20 nicks and dings which was also dirty until I complained. This will be the last time we utilize their services. Their customer service is very sub par.

Great staff, Winter Garden location was clean, organized and when we were picking up the car it was ready to go as promised. When we were dropping the car off the staff made made the return quick and painless. Jose was great and we will definitely use this office for all of our rental needs.

I was very impressed by the quality of the employees of my Enterprise location. I reserved a car in advance and was offered a deal where they pick the car for me. Great deal and a great price. I ended up with a 2020 Toyota Highlander hybrid. Couldn’t ask for a better vehicle for my trip. Almost hated to turn it back in.

Had to have my car repaired at Windermere Collision and Enterprise provided a vehicle. A clean, fully serviced, new vehicle that was exactly what I had requested as an upgrade. The whole team was great to deal with and they pre-confirmed the need a week out and the night before. Just great follow-through.

Although the staff was professional and the process of rental was easy, beware of 'hidden' costs. My cost of rental was about $150 for the 2 day rental BUT I was charged $400! For a 'one way' service fee because I wasn't returning the car to the Enterprise location I rented it from. Total cost: $555!
