I was very pleased with the customer service and the clean condition of the vehicle I was given. This Is always the case at Enterprise, which is why they have been my go to car rental experts for 20+ years.

They are not honest if something is left in the car they keep the things they do not return it. I forgot something in the car when I returned at the time to look for it it did not appear and costumer saying that he was trying to help with a few words that if I forgot it that was my fault but then why take something that does not belong to someone

The team at this facility was great and very customer focused.they address you even when they are helping other customers and keep you updated on all issues.i would recommend to anyone considering a rental car.good team there.

This location should not be used at all! They condone thievery. I booked 71-7/3 using a partner code as am a Vp with an enterprise partner. Thought I could trust them as my reservation shows this fact. But yet, I dropped my GoPro in my rental and forgot about it until I landed in Texas. My fault I was rushing to return the car, catch a lift to the airport, then make my flight. I called first thing in the morning to tell them. The guy acknowledged the car was just being cleaned out. I told him where the GoPro was. He keeps coming back telling me they don't see my garage door opener. I inform him the gopro last pinged at their location, he still says they don't see it. I had my cousin that lives in Orlando go past there, gave him my login info, the gopro still showed there! This location stole my camera! I get taking the camera, but the photos and videos were so important to me. I offered them a $300 reward, just for the memory card. Well, they still claim not to see a garage door opener. I wouldn't use this location anymore and thanks to this interaction, I'm working on having this particular location removed from my company's network. I don't want any of my customers having to go through anything like this, so that's fine they stole a $300 camera, but when the location stops generating as much revenue, raises will take a toll.

Separate topic that creates a bad experience. When using a corporate discount code, enterprise is supposed to call and confirm your details to facilitate a smooth pickup. Well if they had, this whole thing would have been avoided cause no one told me they don't do airport pickups until I landed in MCO. Why would I think they do? Cause vegas does along with many other ERAC locations close to airports. So me being a VP at an insurance company that literally sends them so much business daily. We tell customers ERAC will call and confirm details before the customer arrives. Now I know this location doesn't follow processes and are thieves.

I called at last minute and got a car for a reasonable rate the same day it was a good little car had a little rattle to it and when it said it smelled like he had a gas fumes I reported it and they're getting it taken care of and they took care of me

Customer service was pretty good.
Reps are trained pretty well to attend to customers in a timely manner.
I’ve used this location for my business needs a couple of times, and had no issues.

The only thing I would like them to improve is their availability on vehicles.

A couple of times we have been stuck and not able to rent due to no vehicles in stock.

I renting the car actually in Tampa and returned it to this particular one in Orlando, very accommodating very easy to drop the car off had no issues

I have alway's had great experiences with Enterprise at all of there locations, but this location manager Ezra goes the extra mile to assist whereever he can. This place is a smaller branch but they have great people who have huge smiles for everyone

I HAD TO SAY THAT AFTER HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH EASIRENT AND I DIDN'T HAVE A RESERVATION. COULD DO IT VERY FAST WITH THIS COMPANY. PERSONNEL DID ALL THE PAPERWORK FAST. UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T OFFER ME THE TOLL PASS AND I'VE FINISH PAYING EXTRA FOR ADMINSITRATION FEES BUT BESIDES THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Brody was so awesome! He made sure we had the perfect car for my boyfriend birthday trip and he recommended food spots for us to try! He made our experience with Enterprise outstanding!

When we got the car, we had to wait for it to be cleaned the guy doing my rental agreement put the tank as 3quarters full when they pulled the car to the front it had a little under half a tank and the guy said he was going to adjust it on my agreement because he put higher than the tank had, when i returned the car they tried to charge me because we returned the car at where the gas was but the guy never changed it on there end, they were trying to say thats where it was, they only took a little bit of the price out claiming i could be lying, and they charged almost $200 for a cleaning because they said the car had a odor, which it didn’t because we cleaned it before dropping it off.i will not ever rent from this location again.

I rarely give 5 stars, I believe there's always room for improvement. But I have used this location since 2015 and with no problems.

Be mindful that whenever you make a reservation, it's that estimate plus a $300 deposit. I was not told till the last minute and it is very stressful. I would have planned for that if they had told me upfront. This is why I went in the store because I wanted to talk to a person instead of doing this over the phone. Now, I have less than 48 hours to come up with a solution. Thanks a lot, Enterprise!

After much headache trying to find a rental in Florida we headed to enterprise and Adriana made everything so simple so easy and honestly we will never go with another rental company. 10 out of 10 i recommend to anyone looking for a car rental

We were not able to rent from the airport so we had to reserve a car from the Hoffner location at the last minute. They still managed to accommodate us with timely service and a very clean car. Brody was our service agent and he was excellent. Completely satisfied customer!
