Kerbens Saint Louis helped me with my rental car. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, personable. He made the process happen very quickly picking up and bringing the car back. I would recommend this place, and Kerbens for sure.

I had a very good experience. Paulo was the best. He was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Give that man his raise! Also the Assistant Manager is a cool dude. Will use a car from this place again. Overall 10/10.

The service provided by Ozzie Valbuena was great! However, the vehicle I received presented some issues. I had to put air in one tire twice in less than a week, it clearly had a slow leak. Also, it didn't appear that the trunk, windows, and mirror had been thoroughly cleaned. The trunk had a large stain and smelled like cooked food had been in it and I could barely see out of the side view mirrors due smudges. I was too busy to address these issues with Ozzie while I had the vehicle, so putting it here.

The boys who work in here are kind and very professional. Also, I have rented a car from here a couple of times and my costumer satisfaction was excellent. They handle easily any problem or doubt. The local I use to go is the one at 1880 S State Road 7 Plantation, Fl 33317, I make an especial mention to Paulo Amorin, Ozzie Valbuena and Kerbens Saint Louis, great team, great company, thank you all very much

Enterprise need at least two persons at a time at counter the guy was really helping everyone to get cars on 06/07/2023 between 11: 00AM-2: 00PM but it was too difficult for him to deal with every one at once so it took more than two hours for a rental car there were 4 other customers waiting for a rental.since 11: 00 i got mine at 1: 30.

This location is insane
I booked a specific car and I’ve arrived here and they told me that they don’t have that car which made me felt uncomfortable and nervous, the customer service is very poor, don’t go to this location

Renting from this location has been a nightmare. My rental was dirty, smelled of smoke, and was not what I reserved. The manager was unresponsive to my requests to switch out of my vehicle and everytime I called the location I had to wait on hold for over 10 min.

I used to work for Enterprise in college. This place just made me embarrassed for doing so. Placed a reservation and the car they had on site was not ready because it was UNSAFE TO DRIVE. They told us to go up the street to Massey Yardley to pick up the minivan we reserved. Drove there. WAITED ANOTHER HOUR. Finally received the car. IT WAS DIRTY.fingerprints, dirt on rugs, 1/4 tank full. If it were not for the fact we had to take a day trip with this car THE SAME DAY, we would have rejected it. Disgusted. Ashamed. Disgrace.

People write reviews for 2 reasons, either the Experince is really good or, in this case, TERRIBLE! Completely Unreliable! The customer service here isn’t up to par. It seems as if none of the workers or managers seem to care about their jobs nor the customers of Enterprise. It’s people and businesses like this that won’t last much longer. We understand that the locations are franchises and offer different types of management skills. This one is by far terrible. We were serviced by Kyra on March 12th and had an existing booking reserved for 12: 00pm that day. We arrived no later than 2: 00pm to come and find out that their had been a line of people waiting for cars for the last 3 Hours due to a “shortage” (what I call unorganized management) of vehicles. We then had to also wait our turn.another 3 hours with out a car in Florida, how fantastic does that sound? After waiting til after 5pm, Kyra assured us that she would be kind enough to extend a 10% discount off our total price of the rental. Guess what? ! She lied. A discount wasn’t applied, we wasted 3 hours just waiting around since there isn’t public transportation and the best part is, they aren’t ever around to pick up the phone. We have tried contacting them for the last 3 days to speak with someone in management, and there is never a response. As an owner of multiple business, I understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. The management team at this location is below standard mas the reps seem to follow in the very same footsteps. Wish you guys the best of luck. We will be reaching out to the regional manager and see if they would be willing to help.

This place is soo awful had to wait 3 hours do a vehicle and still have cars to people after making a appointment for a car they gave 2 cars to people that waited not even half the time we did if u want a car and enjoy your day do not come here

This agency overbook and had 6 people waiting for cars long after their reservation times. Had to cancel my trip. Badly managed agency. The rep with the Liberty University jacket was incredibly gracious and tried to be nice but none of it was his fault. This is all on Enterprise. Won’t be using them ever again.

Made a booking 2 days prior. When I got there I was told that thay have no cars available and that I had to wait for one to come back.

After 2 hours of waiting I confronted them.
I was then told"we don't need your business here, you can leave "

Not being dramatic at all - avoid this enterprise at all costs.

We rent an enterprise vehicle literally once per week.

This one is sketchy, located behind a car dealership

We showed up having reserved a luxury rental. When we got there, there were 5 other people in line waiting on a car. One salesman was working and helping out

Waited two hours for a car - this location NEVER has cars in stock, when you show up you pretty much just wait for someone to hopefully return a car so that they can flip it and hand you the keys.

We ended up getting into a Ford edge that was just brought back while we were waiting, far from a rental, but better than the only other option which was a minivan. Our car smelled like weed the whole trip and it rattled going down the highway, the trunk was dirty and they clearly barely cleaned it.

They then charged us an extra $250 on top of what we were supposed to pay. Don't go here.

Absolutely awful experience. With a reservation, we have waited for 1.5 hours and still have no car in sight. Zero urgency from the staff, they have no regard for customers time. Avoid this location at all costs. Would give zero stars if I could.

Guys that work here are crazy busy, but even during Covid, have remained on the ball. Bring an umbrella; you must wait outside these days. I only rent here for years. Thanks, guys!

I made a reservation on Monday for Friday for a full-size pickup truck. When I got to location on Friday at 3: 00 PM they told they don’t have the vehicle. Nobody called me to give me a heads up. A girl came out, honestly so rude telling me “we have a medium size vehicle you have one choice take it or leave it”. I never thought enterprise could’ve had one of the worst customer service. Never again

I made a reservation months in advance for my rental. The day of the reservation date I arrived at my pick up time and there were many people in line waiting for cars. Due to covid, Enterprise had tents set up for us to wait while they get the car ready. Rob was the person who helped us that day, he was very attentive and also communicated very well with us since we had to wait. Since we do not feel so comfortable around so many people we as Rob to call us when it was our turn. He went above and beyond by going to our car when it was our time. The next time I rent a car I will definitely come back to this location.

****DO NOT RENT CARS FROM HERE**** I wish I was able to leave 0 stars. I normally like to only leave reviews when I had a positive interaction. However this was so bad I had to write a review to save others from dealing with the same experiences. After booking a car rental for almost a week in advance. The morning of the rental, I called to verify that the car was ready. I was told they had no cars at the moment and they will call me back in a few hours to see if they had any. This went on for awhile over 6 hours of waiting and calling them for updates. Long story short after going back and forth with the local center and corporate, it was determine no one in the area had any cars available. I was told a lie by the local manager that he told to corporate, saying he personally called me the night before to tell me that they was opening with no cars. All which was a lie and I would have found a much better company to do business with if he would have done so. I kept my reservation open and even requested to receive a call back from a DM. To see if they would even reach out to me with no avail. I found a much better company that was able to work with me last minute.

Highest kudos to manager Rob for efficient, loyal and kind manner, really sticking with me through multiple phone calls by both myself and him, some of them not pleasant after I ended up with a flat tire & not enough communication within their roadside assistance peeps. The reason for one less star. But I’m going to rent from them again in another week because every person I dealt with personally was a super helpful, present and sincere human - (including their AAA driver) - and I developed a trust in them - important

Planned a trip with my fiancé and wanted to rent an suv. The suv I was going to get was a Toyota RAV4 or similar because I wanted to save on gas. When I got there for the time I was scheduled to pick up there were no suvs or sedans available. I had to choose one of the trucks because we didn’t wanna cancel the trip we planned. We ended up getting a Ford F-150 which had a v8. I was disappointed because I wanted to save as much possible on gas. Be careful!

One of the worst car rental branch I have ever been. Worst customer service by Branch manager Rob Fernandez. I have reported him and no answer from his manager. Well, I just had canceled a meeting for that day thanks for Fernandez and Enterprise. Do this people ever get trained these so call managers? Just a question
