The service was exceptional. I had an emergency in the family and needed to get home as fast as I could, the professionals at this branch bent over backwards to get me on the road as soon as possible. I would recommend this branch to any and all that need them in a time of need. Thank you to all of you.

I originally booked a Premium Sedan and was offered a Jeep Wrangler. I returned the Jeep back the next day and asked for a Full Size Sedan (Nissan Altima). I was offered a Hyundia Kona with broken driver seat belt and had to switch again. I was then offered a Toyota Corolla. This took over an hour and seemed like location was understaffed and did not have proper vehicles. Mile's the Assistant Manager did take care of me in the end but I will not rent from this location again.

The lady who served me yesterday 9/15/23 5: 50pm by the name Channel, (Not sure of the spelling) is very professional, knows what her job is and above all, has exceptional customer care expertise, crowned with courtesy. The vehicle was also neat and well prepared prior to picking it up. Thank you. I will refer my friends to the branch anytime, anyday.

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at this branch for the 4th time. I live far from this branch but I choose to go there because of the experiences I've had in the past. I explained to Kevin Boyd @ Enterprise that my family and I were going out of state so he made sure that the van was perfect for the journey. Kevin is a very knowledgeable, kind and pleasant young man. Enterprise; you did it AGAIN!

The sole reason I’m giving two stars is the excellent staff. Having a very familiar understanding of Enterprises business model that recruits heavily out of college, but has an even higher turnover rate, because of unreasonable hours that is required to work. The staff I dealt with were extremely professional and understanding, even though they are understaffed.
The first car they tried to give me had expired registration expired. The next car I received had an immediate message stating needing service ASAP, no top of not being cleaned. I found someone’s MacBook power cord.
Enterprise is the epitome of a modern day sweat shop. I RECOMMEND NO ONE USE ENTERPIRSE RENT-A-CAR!

Do not come to this location if you expect professionalism. The employees at this facility need more training considering they do not know their own policies. I was told I was good to go then when it was time to get the vehicle they turned around and said they would not be able to give it to me. When I left and called over the phone they turned around and said something different. The management here clearly do not communicate. They will have you going back and forth for absolutely nothing positive in the end. I suggest going to Hertz which isn’t too far from this location.

I recently rented a vehicle from the car rental center close to FLL airport on Federal Hwy. The service and attention to detail was exceptional. Before even approaching the counter, where other customers were standing in line, we were greeted and assured that it would be a short wait. Our representative was Justin Arce who happened to be the manager of the facility. Mr. Arce is professional and it is apparent that his employees exemplify those qualities.

Top Notch Customer Service! As a loyal customer, last Mon was my second trip within ten days following a cruise to enterprise FLL airport to pick up another rental. Both times I had the pleasure of meeting Jameson in the lot. He was welcoming, pleasant, professional, easy to talk to and and a good listener because he made sure that I had vehicles that fit my needs. He is great at what he does! Then on the day of the return, I ran into some issues brought on by my flight delays. I was concerned but Jameson came through and helped. In addition, to ensure everything went accordingly, Sarah the nicest, friendlier lady got on board and with both of them teaming up they solved the problem and true to Sarah’s words, they made me a happy customer again. Great team and thank you both!

This was the first time we rented from Enterprise in Fort Lauderdale and we cannot say enough great things about our experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional, there was no long wait time and the car was clean and ready for us. We will definitely be renting from them again. Miguel Marte-Tokar was our contact and he was perfect!

We needed an SUV rental in a pinch due to the Southwest nationwide issue in late December 2022, the Enterprise facility at the airport was beyond booked, so they assisted us in getting in touch with another facility in town, where while availability was also very slim due to the holidays they managed to get us the car we needed to accommodate our family size promptly, the process for pickup and return were very seamless and the overall experience was very helpful in a time were stress was high and timing was of the essence. Shoutout to Miguel M.at the Federal highway Ft. Lauderdale location.
I’ve done business with Enterprise before and will certainly do it again.

My only option is a bad review due to not getting a call back. I have attempted to speak to a manager over 4 times with hold times over 25 mins each time and no resolve. Charged me an unauthorized 465$ for a rental I was given during a insurance claim after a associate who gave me the vehicle informed me I would be charged no more than 98$ if I kept the “upgraded” vehicle for the full 30 days of possible repair time. The associate was very nice at the time and I trusted she knew what she was communicating. There’s more to this interaction but I’m not going to throw her under the bus on here. I had the car 3 weeks and dropped it off in Royal palms (they were great in helping me) and they left my agreement open and said to address the high charge with the original location the following day, which I did. As they were not sure what happened. This was almost 2 weeks ago. They promised me a call back from a manager before anything would be charged. I called again twice to follow up and no manager was available but again ensured no charge. Today I received a email billing me for the full amount. This is pure laziness and negligence. I will take this up the corporate ladder if not resolved in 24 hours along with informing the bbb and others about my experience

As a Business Owner, I travel often and most times i have to go right away. Enterprise never disappoints. Whether I need a car, SUV, passenger van, cargo van, or commercial pick up truck i can always find what i need with Enterprise. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. They make the process seamless and stress free. I am a very LOYAL customer.

Definitely a smooth and pleasant rental experience. With the bad experience with the same company in Vegas airport I was iffy but this one was 180 degrees opposite; I happened to get services from Lucien on both days and he was friendly, efficient and professional, explained everything very clearly. I got an upgrade to full size car due to inventory, brand new 2023 Altima, smooth and pleasant ride throughout.
The location is minutes from either cruise terminal or airport, less than 10$ for either Uber or taxi; large selection of cars, staff all seem very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend to try this location!

The only bad thing I would have to say about enterprise is that they are awesome at making sure your needs are met and that you are out as quickly as possible. I love renting from the there team at 2601 is wonderful. They take the time out to even make sure you ok while you are renting. Dee Dee and the team definitely turned my bad morning into a good day and I thank them all. Happy Holiday's from my family to the entire Enterprise team.

This past weekend was a totally pleasant, professional experience. Definitely the best i have had in years with car rentals. From speedy Friday check-in we got an unexpected upgrade processed by Lucien (thanks for solving my phone/car pairing issue so fast) to the efficient Sunday car return with Daniel (thanks for sorting out my UBER app issue) both employees went beyond customer service expectations in with this rental.what a refreshing change in todays rental world definitely recommend booking through this branch.overall rating: an 11 stars on 10!

Joe and All the staff at Enterprise have been so helpful over the last five months that I have needed a vehicle. The office has a great customer service oriented vibe, making it a fun experience.

Location on Federal just north of the airport in Fort Lauderdale had fees that were high though much lower than the airport itself. The staff was great. Miguel was especially courteous and helpful. The big negative was that the location didn't open until 9AM on weekends and it became a problem as I needed to change my return flight to one that left early in the morning. They have no key drop box and they charge $100 to return the vehicle to the airport.

I had a long wait to get a rental car because they did not have any cars available 10/08. I returned the car 10/11 and they charged my credit card $192 for the 4 days. The insurance is $25 each day so that should be $100 also and the car was rented through my dealership so the dealer paid. I called and a female answered she asked for my full name, phone number, and who I rented the car through also the amount charged on my credit card. She then placed me on hold to check why I was charged but it’s now 1hr 6 minutes and counting and she still has not returned to the phone.
Cont’d Dee Dee picks up the phone at 6: 11 pm says she is not the person who answered before because she’s just coming back from lunch. I explain the situation to her and I asked for an invoice she says she can’t send one because there isn’t one showing she will transfer me to the manager Ozzie it’s now 6: 13 the phone plays recording until 6: 17 someone picks up and immediately disconnects the call. A total of 1hr 25 minutes and no help.
