Enterprise Rent-A-Car was such a great experience. This was our first time renting a car for a total of 5 days to go to NC/SC for vacation. We ended up in a brand new 2023 GMG Acadia! The car was super clean and reliable. Entire staff was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Rental was straight out, no hidden fees etc. We are completely happy with this rental service, everything was smooth from booking to picking up and dropping off! Will be using again Enterprise services again!

Had a good experience, the staff was friendly, courteous. Seemed a little pricey but that's not the employees fault.

Horrible horrible horrible! The guy at the counter allows all 3 phones to be ringing and he doesn't answer them, instead he went outside on his cell phone and was smoking a cigarette as I was waiting to be helped. Then I finally get a car I drive home and realize the tags are expired! I call and of course nobody answers the phone to the point me and my husband were calling at the same time! Finally the guy accidentally picks up the phone to dial out and got us.he told me they close in 6 minutes and he can't help me. I told him I have to pick my child up and he said, uber then! I did however, get in touch with Orson at the 1st street location and he drove his own car to my house and put a permanent sticker on it so, yayyy to Orson! I will never rent from the 14th street location EVER however, im willing to give 1st street a chance.

Excellent service. Excellent vehicle. The only problem I see is the parking area is quite crowded and difficult to use. The particular Enterprise is very convenient and thus very popular. The company needs to expand the area or move this branch to a more efficient area where access is easier to use. I will still use this branch of Enterprise because of the personnel and service.

The girl working your reception right now 5.27.22 3pm white top…. Super unhelpful and unprofessional. Even your driver commented on her lack of help as he drove me home.

Returned my Toyota Corolla rental today. Better than expected. Excellent customer service at pickup and return.

This place is as crooked as they get I booked a vehicle a month in advance. It was for my 15 year anniversary mind you. And these ppl didn't have even close to what I booked a month ago. So I was put in a new blazer not impressed with it at all it only had about 3k miles on it and you could hear the engine tapping needed oil. I was taking this to the keys so instinctively I checked the fluids the oil was empty along with the radiator fluid I heard I weird noise from the engine. So I called them before I left told them my situation there exact words were it only has 3k miles on it I said ok ill drive it to the keys. They did not care at all. Long story short I was charged for 6 day Rental I returned the car on Easter Sunday I was told I would get credit for those 2 days i had already paid for that was last week so far the assistant manager FEMALE has hung up on me due to her saying Easter was the 18th I said ma'am Easter was the 17 she went quite and said I will have to check my cameras all I want is what is owed to me Nothing more Nothing less. These ppl have made my experience 1 of the most horrible experience I have had renting a vehicle. These ppl are crooks and they are out to steal your money DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY AGAIN DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY ESPECIALLY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER SHE NEEDS TO GO BACK AND LEARN ABOUT HOSPITALITY SERVICES

As a customer for so many years eventually I end up buying my Nissan Rouge 2013 and still going like it wonderful we bond together.

Watch giving these people your credit card. They bought me extra insurance for 20days at 13$ (that's $260) and when I got the rental was told i sell u 2 days and u can decide later and go up there to get more days of insurance so he sold me on 2 days with the depoiste. Y would I get charged 76$ on a deposite so instead of $50.that they hold i was like 2 days ok no problem. I didnt twke tkctjrnjjj&and told me I could go up there and get more than 2 days later

Enterprise has always accommodated our family’s needs. They are always very professional and aim to provide us with exactly what we need in a rental. We use the 4903 14th street west branch.

Worst enterprise in manatee county slow customer service. When you made a reservation in advance you never get the vehicle you requested.

Went against our instincts and rented a car from another place. When we showed up, they were out of cars and left us stranded! We went down the street to Enterprise and Alex did everything he could to help us! Great customer service and we promise we’ll never use another company! Thanks Alex you’re the bomb!

I'm loving my rental car. The service was great, the staff was very friendly. The driver that came to pick me up from dropping my car@ the shop was on point n very friendly n respectful. They later called me to see how things were going with the rental. I liked that.

A true rip off. This place is dangerous DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. We get there and they say that they know about the hidden fee. We said we looked everywhere to make sure we had all the money correct, and they said oh no you would not know about this fee we're trying to get corporate to put it on the website. Can you believe that this company did not care about me and my family walking with a stroller and a baby seat and luggage and stuff through the city on a busy traffic today. It's on a main road the main road in the city this Enterprise, me and my family had to navigate the 96 degree weather and retrieve this money and come back, atotal waste of time and safety gone out the window. I didn't know I would have to walk across heavy traffic to road with all my luggage and car seat and everything being carried because of this hidden FEE.i risked my life that day.

Been sitting here for some time. Two other customers came in after me and got their cars before me. Maybe I’m the wrong color for them because the other people weren’t the same color as me. 14th St W Bradenton, Fl Location.

We rented a Chevy spark compact from this location for just 2 days short of a month. Our cars been broke down and my wife needs a ride to and from work. 3 days before the 1 month my wife called to book the car for yet another 2 weeks and she was informed the contract had to be renewed in 3 days. She had to work the day of the renewal so she asked if she could come in and renew the contract today. We where told it was no problem. We went straight there to the office and met the same man we spoke with on the phone. As he is renewing the contract his partner behind the counter takes it upon himself to refund the deposit and the 2 days left on the rental. It takes 2 days to process. The man dealing with us looks at him and says "why would you do that". They both then proceed to tell us we have to pay another several hundred dollar deposit along with the several hundred dollar rental fee. We only had the amount for the 2 weeks and a few extra dollars to get by with. We live paycheck to paycheck. This was 100% due to the incompetence of your employee and we are left walking.

2 days later when the money is credited to our account. We still have a need for a car so we walk to there location 2 miles from my home. When we arrive the same gentlemen who caused this nightmare refuses to rent is a car because we walked in, He tells us we don't have the inventory. I went 2 parking lots over and reserved a car online. My wife then walked back there paid more than the last time for the car and we drove off. This is a terrible way to treat your customer's. It not a vacation for all of us.
