Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Will always be my go to car rental location. Struggled with different companies and availability while my car broke down and I was shopping for a car. I DJ and timeliness is important - Everytime I rented here I was In and out in 30 minutes each time I’ve made a reservation here. Cars are clean. Decent to solid choices - if they don’t have your exact match, they’ll get you something close. Great service and friendly. It’s a lot of traffic and people and it’s busy, but you’re still in and out in a reasonably fast time. Everything is straight forward, no hidden BS.

This location is smooth. Small waiting room but they are seemingly quick with their service. The cars are mostly clean and ready to go.

I truly appreciate this location's team especially Mariana, she has a warm inviting smile️, she showed care and concern to me when I wasn't feeling good? She's very efficient and shows that Enterprise cares about it's customers. Thank You (Mari️).

There's also a young gentleman named Olsen that has a warm smile as well. He showed compassion to me when I was nervous about a late return

It seems a standard operating procedure for this Enterprise location. Third time I have experienced this. This time while bringing friend who made a reservation against my best advise, they take the reservation, but at pickup time, neither the reserved vehicle nor any other for that matter is available.

We haven't visited this location in a long time. Our car broke down and we had to get a rental so we came back to this location and let me tell you.we don't regret it. We met Fernando and it was by far one of the BEST experiences we've had with Enterprise. He was professional, friendly and attentive. THANK YOU SO MUCH FERNANDO!

I love the Hollywood Hills location. Andre & his staff is always so very helpful and goes the extra miles to accommodate me. Only location I go to. They definitely make it their business to make sure that you’re satisfied. Keep up the great customer service!

Terrible pricing as of late. $39.90 a day for a dodge van. That’s insane.

The whole staff was just amazing. Car came out clean and they exceeded the expectations I had. I will always be back for more rentals with this amazing staff from manager to car prep.

Worst experience ever. Placed a reservation weeks in advance. When I arrived was told no cars available. There might be some that come in later. Waited three hours for a vehicle with no result. Needed the vehicle for a business trip. Now left scrambling to find another way. Now checking options for planes or trains. I guess they know how to take a reservation, just not how to hold the vehicle. Pretty bad business.

I’ve been renting with enterprise for a while now and my latest experience especially with the Hollywood location has been the worst. The lady lied to me and didn’t want to tell me the whole truth. I strongly believe that enterprise don’t care for customer experience at all. I still have yet to receive my $300 deposit from them and it’s been 2 weeks already. I will never rent from enterprise again nor will I refer anyone to them. They just want to take your money and tell you lies. Worst experience ever! They are not understanding at all. Like I said they just care for the money. I asked the lady why is this being done to my acct and she told me it is out of her control. So who’s responsible if you’re working for enterprise. They don’t want to give me my deposit. I paid my balance fully and I do have the receipt of that so why did I not get my deposit money back? I returned the car with no damages. The lady asked me for the keys and she knew she wasn’t gonna give it back to me but she made it seem like she was just inspecting the car. That’s so unfair and I want enterprise to give me my $300 deposit back.

Over the years my wife and I have been renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car Many time having issues from bad services to dirty vehicles until we met Alvin Daley. He is the face, the icon, a true representative of the company.
He is truthful caring and sells like a pro. If he lies to me I believe him because I have confidence in him. He goes over and beyond to provide us GREAT SERVICE. He should be managing at higher levels in the company.
I have this much to say because people who are asset to the company should be promoted to help take the company to its highest ideals.
I spend most of my life serving the public and I know service when I receive it. Do not let this young man get away from the company because while he can be replaced his value would be hard to. I would ask all customer to take note of this personnel and have your own experience and state your facts.
