By far the best experience I've EVER had with enterprise rental. Ayana and Jake were helpful, efficient and made the rental process easy and stress free. Jake and Ayana are both fairly new to the company so the exemplary service they provided was above and beyond expectations. They both went out of their way on several occasions to accommodate me and assist with any and all my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for all your car rental needs! First car had problems with front end and brakes. They exchanged it, but it's definitely a concerned for an unseaoned driver. I would use them again in a pinch.

Absolutely terrible experience. I got rear ended and had to take my personal vehicle in for repairs and enterprise shuttled me to pick up my rental car that my insurance approved for me.

Nobody told me on the phone before I got there that there was going to be a deposit of 50$ which I can understand. The fact is, nobody offered to shuttle me home when I stated I literally had no money to pay the deposit nor any credit cards I could use. They even refused to use my family member’s credit card that has the same last name and address as me and said I had to use a card in my name.

Worst car rental place you can ever go to, truly despicable people.

I was down and out with my car that broke down. Luckily, Enterprise Rental Car came to the rescue! They were nice, and even took me back to pick up my car when it was finished.

Alex was amazing on helping me get the car I wanted with a full thank of gas. Harold was very helpful with assisting me on extending my reservation. Overall it was a really good experience and will be renting again.

I had a great experience with them a few months ago and this time was the same. I have been treated very poorly at the rent a car centers at the airport and they want a lung and a kidney inorder to use their cars and they are all rude and make you give them your life. It doesn’t make sense either they say you can’t rent without a ticket for flight return and you cannot rent without a major credit card and a debit card that is basically the same as cash is unless. Having trouble out there getting your rental. Stop what your doing and head to Enterprise on 39th they will help you the best they can. Very good service. Will always come here for my rental needs.

Great service everytime I use them. Their shuttle service rescued me when I was stranded this time around, and they were able to extend my reservation easily when I had an unforeseen delay. Highly recommended this location.

Enterprise always has the best deals AND once again, the best service. It is refreshing to have such high caliber representatives that always look out for your best interest and make the experience of renting a vehicle as easy as possible.

From my initial calls to reserve the car, picking it up, checking out, and returning upon completion, the Enterprise representatives were first class. The on-site representative, Alex, was one of the best I have worked with. He made sure I got the best vehicle and took the time to ensure everything met what I needed. He went above and beyond to understand the purpose of my rental and even found me a better deal on the day of.

I am extremely grateful and am excited every time I get to deal with Enterprise.

It's clear the employees at this location are doing their best to make things right for customers in a chaotic environment. Alan and Wes both went above and beyond to make things work for my family's rental. I will continue to use and recommend this Enterprise location as long as they have employees like Wes and Alan!

While the people who work for Enterprise Rent a Car are polite and professional I have to say renting a non-smoking car that is stained and has cigarette burns in the seat for over $80.00 is a little pricey.

All of the Enterprise employees with whom I interacted were very courteous, helpful (answered all of my questions, showed me how to operate the rental car) and very pleasant. This has always been my experience when I rent from Enterprise and the major reason that I continue & will continue to rent from Enterprise.

Great experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise. Wes was super helpful throughout the Check Out and Check in process. Overall impressed with the experience and will be renting a vehicle from this location again soon.

Wouldn’t rent me a car after I could pull up a bill with an address attached to it. Just wasn’t the way my bill was emailed to me. Don’t rent from them pls

I was waiting for a car to be cleaned, but the cleaning took too long. So, I was offered an upgrade no charge and Free gas. The upgrade was an Chevy Equinox and it ride so good. I really appreciate what they did. I hope I could get that SUV next time I rent from you all. Thank you

I’ve been forced to use enterprise three times, because progressive is in cahoots with them. Every time, it’s the same thing ; charge you more than they say, ding your card for duplicitous charges, and they are not at all sincere or genuine! This recent episode was the worst! I had to keep my rental an extra week. Progressive paid for 30 days, then I was to pay for the other 7 at the progressive rate. I watched, helplessly, as they charged my card for 8 days, so I turned my card off, and returned the rental. I just dropped the key, got in my Uber and left. I then remembered that they had placed a $50 deposit on my card, which they also kept! I had the car for 37 calendar days, yet I paid for 39; lying thieves! I may change car insurance, just because of enterprise!

The nicest, most pleasant, and welcoming auto rental place I have ever been in.and that covers 55 years! And most importantly every member of the staff was welcoming, helpful, and efficient to the highest degree - and with little waiting for service or drives to and from the auto repair shop.
I will get a ride from home 30 miles away if I ever need to rent again!

The car is okay, runs and drives good. The issue was when I got the car, it had a bad musky smell. I had to install an air freshner to make my driving experience better. I understand that some people might have smoked into that vehicle but some folks like me have a sensitive sense of smell.

They picked me up and dropped me off at their location. Since I already had a reservation the check in was fairly quick and smooth. I picked out the car I wanted and after the walk around the car I got a quick check out of the car's controls, then I was good to go.

My car broke down, so I had to rent a car and I was really frustrated at the time but Enterprise made everything simple for me, it was excellent and expeditious service! They were very understanding and friendly about everything! Great place to rent a car️️

UPDATE: 3/16/22. Needed to rent a vehicle for a week while my car was being repaired. It has been 2 years. Still excellent service. Very quick and efficient. Again Enterprise you are my rental go to. I reserved on line with no issue. 2021 Chevy Blazer. Nice!

For years we have been loyal to this Enterprise for all of our business and personal rental needs.

We had an experience yesterday with Jaclyn Moore, the branch manager, that was unprofessional to an alarming degree.

My daughter has a rental bc a tree fell on her vehicle which is being repaired. The collision company took longer than expected.

We spoke to Enterprise on Monday, speaking directly to Jaclyn. The time that insurance covers was ending and there would be fee for the last day, and we would return the car on Wednesday. All good, no worries.

The next day, on Tuesday evening at 5: 45 Jaclyn sent the attached text messages to both me and my daughter, that the vehicle was being kept illegally and action would be taken. No phone calls were made and no further explanation was provided. I work with my daughter, we were in the shop together all day and no calls came to either of us.

We called and spoke to Jaclyn, who said that shes called repeatedly and no one answers, and that due to my daughter being a minor and under 21 she can not leaglly have that car. We honestly were confused that Jaclyn must have her clients mixed up as my daughter is neither a minor, nor under 21 and she has had this vehicle, for which she gave her license at pickup, for 30 days. Suddenly the day before its to be returned she cant legally drive it?

Jaclyn was rude on the phone and we still don't fully understand what we have done wrong. Because this was all initiated just before closing we were not able to get this resolved before the branch closed.

Completely unacceptable and so stressful for my young adult daughter who did nothing wrong, and if she did mistep, would easily have corrected that with reasonable, timely communication from the branch manager.

We left the vehicle parked where it was in the plaza overnight as my daughter is terrified to drive it now, or that she is breaking the law. We will return it as was planned today, and we will never return.

What an embarrassing experience for everyone that works there. Arrived close to closing time after being shuttled there for a car a repair, ride was fine and all. However, upon arrival I was being helped while everyone was on the phone and the lady on the end was calling customers asking why they didn’t return their car on time (I’m assuming the manager which is understandable). But I watched a newer guy get scolded by an employee for answering the phone after closing time, and he said “why would you do that now you have to help him” all while helping me at the same time. Sad to see someone cares for their job and values helping people get put down. But that’s not the worst part. The worst part was watching an unruly customer come in after closing and degrading the new person and telling him he didn’t know what he was doing and he was green. And all the employees including what I assume was the manager watched him get belittled by this guy. Had my pregnant wife not been there I would have put this man in his place myself. The newer guy remained calm and did a nice job. The worst part was watching him walk out and the guy act like he owned the place. And you know what the manager did? Gave the man a high five. What a disgrace, and disrespectful place. Had this rental not been covered and a ride given there to me. I would have walked out and never returned. Unbelievable, and horrible customer service and horrible management. You should never let a situation escalate like that and make your team feel like that. Support your people and create an environment employees want to go to.

The Gainesville fla location on 39th is horrible just spent over 3k with them to be treated like trash if I could give 0 stars I would
Took deposit and placed on a don't rent list for no reason
Looking at the reviews on fb about that location speaks for itself they are the ones who is trash

Cars were dirty and smelly inside.one had dog n smoking the second one was like breathing second hand smoke. Finally got the Mgr and got a cleaner car inside.

I’ve been a long time customer of Enterprise, renting several vehicles a year. I’ve been happy with the customer service and attention to detail of the agents. However, the last two rentals were dirty and older model SUVs. I’m not sure what has changed. Perhaps it’s the lack of available vehicles during the holidays but I usually request my vehicles way in advance.
