The 3 gentleman who took care of me were Usiah, Aaron and Nick. They were quick concise and smiled. To me that always seals the deal. I always look forward to dealing with people with that mindset. I have been serving this place for 5 years for rent on our family vacations. I recommend them with 5 stars from the customer service with Mr. Daniel to when we leaves the car.the process is super fast and reliable. If one goes with the mentality of doing things without lies, and everything in order, I assure you that you will not be disappointed. I love enterprise.

I rented a car at the Downtown Ocala location, the service with Richard when picking up the car and with Eduardo in returning the car were both excellent.

Always a great experience doing business. Fast service and friendly staff. Upgrade to a SUV this weekend because they actually had a full lot.

Lied to us about the price and tried to scam my husband out of $100! Watch what they are charging you, these people are scam artists!

My family and I rented a Yukon XL for a quick getaway and dealt with Aaron at the Pine Ave location in Ocala, FL. The entire experience from start to finish was flawless! Aaron did a fantastic job going over all of the paperwork, thorough walk around with the vehicle before taking possession and a very quick and easy drop off. Associates like him are the reason why I will continue to be a customer of Enterprise!

I am at the office currently and Aaron singleton personal has gone above and beyond to make my experience a living hell. First he lied to me about my spouse being able to rent the vehicle with me and then if you don’t submit to his every demand he refuses to help you. If I was a hire up I would be investigating this location. While we’re waiting he got into with another customer. Please look into how this one person will affect your company. I am more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Now to get back at me he added me to a national do not rent list because he didn’t like me

This location has been super amazing from start to deal with extensions every couple days I'm grateful for them on this time of need

Interior of cr was filthy. Could barely read the touch screen and dash, windows were obviously never cleaned inside. Otherwise a nice ride but-

Super friendly employees and great service - I had a great experience renting a car here in August of 2022.

I am local to Ocala and needed a rental for just a few days - I reserved the car online and they were open promptly and had me in and out quickly.

Then when I returned the car, I was running a few minutes behind. I called to let them know and they stuck around an extra 10 minutes past closing to get me all checked in and squared away.

Highly recommend this location and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

The service was outstanding but the SUV was a klunker. I should have known when I saw it was a Dodge. Not very user friendly.

I’ve been renting from Enterprise for awhile now as I’ma Plus member. The one downtown is the one I always go to. This time they dropped the ball and I’m definitely not pleased. I was about to be put in a car with a cracked windshield, they then tried to put me in another vehicle with dog hair everywhere they ended up putting me in an Altima and about 15 miles down the road it tells me to service now but I’m already on my way out of town. They need to step their game back up cause the stunt they pulled today won’t cut it with the half clean and need repairs cars…

Had to drive a rental while mine was getting repaired. The service was great and the car I rented was very clean. Only complaint but not their fault is there are no floor mats in their cars.stop stealing their floor mats people.

This place is great. I have been renting from here for a while and they have always done whatever they could to accommodate me. Vehicles are always clean and great for road trips.

Do not rent a car from Enterprise, I drove up to the maricamp one saying they had one for me get up there just to tell me that they don't but they have one on 10th Street location get all the way over there and they do not have one until tomorrow. The staff was rude not helpful at all very disrespectful and cussed at me when I walked out. I repeat do not rent or waste your time with Enterprise

I have rented here for years, they have always been quick, had my ready, and the cars are new, clean and drive great, with all the bells and whistles. The manager is awesome and was very helpful with my last rental! Will come back for sure!

The staff was very professional, car rental was ready when promised. The vehicle was well cleaned and we had no issues with it whatsoever. The entire process was great!

This Enterprise location is top notch! Every employee is courteous, thorough with their pre-inspections, and professional in every encounter. They instill confidence by dressing in a manner that reflects pride in their career. I always feel safe driving away in one of their vehicles (which I do almost weekly for work!)

Staff made a mistake with my rental but quickly corrected the issue with compensation and made sure the transaction was smooth. They were friendly and professional. Samuel provided great service.

I've rented from here a few times and the process has always been pretty easy. I usually rent a full size car and have never had issue. Rates for the area are good also. This is the only place I'll rent from in the area at this time.

Had to get a vehicle last minute because of a rear end collision. They were very nice to come and pick me up and take care of everything in a speedy way. My only gripe is truck i rented was very dirty inside. I had to clean it myself, this may have been because it was last minute but still.not cool. I have rented from them in the past and didn't have that issue before. Maybe it was just a silly day.

I had a slight hiccup, but Taft Jasper, the manager, listened, apologized, and assured me they would make it right, and they did. Great experience

If I can give 0 I would. The staff is very unprofessional, rude, and they do not try to go an extra mile to help the customer. All they want is to leave at 12pm even though they make reservations at 12pm. I had always use Enterprise for my rentals and never ever had a problem paying with my Debit card as I did here. Please use another company if you are in Ocala area.

Although the first day of our renting experience was a bad experience with vehicle breakdown and 17 hours wait for assistance from Enterprise Road Service to bring a replacement vehicle, our local Enterprise office was willing to go above and beyond to keep a 40 year customer. We will be using Enterprise in the future for all of our rental car needs.

0 stars if I could. Had reservatiom at 12 and had to wait till 2 to get the car. It was in the back getting cleaned apparently. They signed me in then had me sit and wait. Sat for about 30 minutes patiently before I asked where's the car and they finally told me for the first time it was in the back getting cleaned.
Ok well why wasn't that cleaned before I got there when I had the reservation and then I kept asking about the car every 20 or so minutes and just kept telling me in the back getting cleaned. Does not take 2 hours to clean a car. Which 100% should have been done before I even arrived at my scheduled time. I would not recommend this enterprise to anyone ever. Have had extra $200 charges last visit with them as well so I think this was the last visit I'll be having to enterprise.

Edit: after being in the car for longer then a few miles we noticed it wasn't just the outside area but the car itself. It smells like someone left a baby's dirty diaper in a hot car.
