Very disappointed with the quality of the van. I have rented from Enterprise in the pass and found my experience very good. This time it was a low quality experience with the vehicle. I showed up for the van. To find that it was not there. The rep told me that they tried to call me to see if I still need the van. I did receive a voice mail, but did not see it until I got to the store. The rep continued to tell me that the van was at a different location and we need to drive to it to get it. We arrived at the new location to find out that the van had not been cleaned yet. Between the van not being at the first location and cleaning. It was about two hours before I received the van. Upon inspection. The van almost had over 90000 mile on it. This is the first time I have rented a vehicle from Enterprise with over 50000 mile. This van was going to be used to transport guess to a wedding. I was embarrassed by the quality of the vehicle. The rep did offer any kind of discount. I had to ask for at least bring the can back at 1/2 tank. Which was at 17.8g when I picked it up. I brought it back at 12.2g. And I still got charged of the gas refill. The rep at the location never read the notes. In had to call up the original location to have them refund the gas price. I would not rent a van from Enterprise in the future. This was not a very smooth experience.

As soon as I got in the rental car I could smell the stench of cigarette smoke. What good does it do to have a no smoking policy if it's violated and then they do nothing to rid the vehicle of the stench. This is not an isolated incident; I've gotten a car from this same location before and the same thing-it stunk of smoke.
I drive a sports car and they gave me a BMW 200 series vehicle. Hardly a comparable vehicle.

"There are rude people at this location. I called to book a rental as a result of a third-party claim with Allstate. I was told on the phone that they don't have any vehicles that match Allstate rates at their location and they tried to rent me a vehicle at a higher price. When I refused to do that, the person on the phone told me I was trying to scam them by asking for Allstate rates. "
I end up calling another enterprise rental location and they book me the vehicle with no problems.

Absolutely horrible. Was given a 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid that must have had a known mechanical issue.

The young man behind the counter told me it was a hybrid but they only used the gas. I am smart enough to know how hybrids work and dismissed it as youthful ignorance on his part.

2 hours later after a stop in Miami, the car died. Hybrid battery cell had failed. I spent the next 4 hours on the phone with Enterprise Roadside Assistance trying to get a replacement vehicle lined up and the current car towed.

I had to call it a night and start over at 6am the next morning.

It took another 6.5 hours and trips to 2 more Enterprise locations, which included an Uber ride from Miami to Ft Lauderdale airport which wa absolutely no help at all because they had to wait for an "exchange order" from the third party roadside assistance department before finally giving up and going to National Car Rental (which they are both affiliated) and got a car in less than 10 minutes to get back home.

Customer service, availability, quality of vehicles and a general lack of concern by all left me with a horrible experience.

Unfortunately, I have to use the company under corporate company guidelines

The detailed notes of the debacle will be escalated to the highest levels within Enterprise.

Sad, truly sad experience.

The ladies that work here are fantastic! Went above and beyond for us. Even when my nutty friend thought her door would not close. They kept their cool and helped with a smile and some giggles. I would highly recommend getting your rental from here they treat you like family.

Had an amazing and seamless experience at this location. We rented a 2020 chrysler voyager for a week and it was clean, ran well and was perfect for our family. The blonde gentleman who answered the phone had great energy. He helped us once we came into the office and was thourough, courteous and professional. I wasnt able to catch his name. Thank you Enterprise for making this a stress free experience.

Do not rent anything from this irresponsible company. I was reserved and confirmed a 15 passenger van only to be told a few days prior to our thanksgiving trip that they didn’t have it available and I basically had to take what they had or leave it.they gave us (2) -7 passenger vans instead.which put us in a very dangerous and compromising position as the 15th passenger had no proper seating or safety belt in case of any danger ️ they had a thousand excuses as to why the 15 pass. Was not available. ”I said why would you, reserve and confirm something if you weren’t sure it would be available? ”but, you have been warned.stay away from that terrible, irresponsible company. I really wouldn’t even give them a 1 star.that’s the lowest you can give otherwise I would go even lower.

Awesome customer service! Really helpful and kind. Love the holiday decor. Josh was really great with service. They had a lot of SUVs here but I needed a truck. Josh showcased his inventory with enthusiasm that it was hard to turn it down. But I’m sure he appreciates not getting bales of hay inside a new vehicle. They let me wait in the lobby while I arranged pick up to another Enterprise.

I recently had a 10/10 experience with this location. My family were on a road trip when my windshield shattered causing me to have to rent a car. The staff - Chad, Courtney, and Frank, were all extremely professional. But more than that, they were courteous, kind, and hospitable.

As someone who works in the Hospitality industry, I was incredibly impressed with the service this location provided. The human element is so often lost these days, but not with this team. They were fantastic, and it further reinforces my loyalty to Enterprise. Thanks guys!

This town and the service is bad, there is no logistics, the dirty cars, the schedules do not matter, they treat you like stupid, nothing is prepared, very bad service for this company

A little disappointed as both me and.my daughter had reservations for subs and when our day came neither of us got the size rental we wanted. The staff was helpful and apologetic but still was downsized and not even offered anything.
Again this was not onsite staffs fault as thier hands were tied by corporate. That being said.
Cars were ok. My daughters had a piece of trim missing and neither car looked washed though the interiors were clean.
Not overly pleased with the experience at this location.

This location needs to get their act together.
Reservation was made today for this morning for 9: 45a. I arrived 9: 30ish and they told me the reservation was for 10a. At 10: 15 I asked if it was going to be much longer.he said 15 mins. It’s now 10: 30, and still no car. Don’t confirm the reservation if you don’t have the car. People have jobs.

Awful! Using enterprise for the first time due to a insurance claim because thats who the insurance uses. I rent cars once a month for travel, being a Hertz renter and seeing how enterprise operates and their car selection hertz makes them look like joke. This location I came to made it look like even more unprofessional and circus! People waiting outside, one person cleaning returns with 10 people waiting for cars that weren’t even available! Reserved a car and came to get it and they didn’t even have it! Employees never once came to say I’ll be right with you, people returning cars with no direction or drop off spot, crazy! Lesson learned, stay away from enterprise!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! 1 Star because there is no option for zero stars. I've been unable to get my car repaired twice due to their incompetence. Absolutely the worst customer service of any car rental agency I've ever used. Despite speaking to Alex, Mimi, and Chad they just do not seem to care about their customers. They screwed up the reservation twice. Ignored request for a large SUV despite me giving them a week to find one. And even spoke to Chad, alleged manager, face to face and he just did not care. Even the Progressive claims adjuster was unable to get a return phone call. They hung up on me on the phone 3 times today. I was not able to get the car reserved twice.

11/29/2020 UPDATE: Called corporate offices and emailed with my concerns, the regional manager was supposed to contact me about this review and my complaint. Never called me or returned email I sent in their response to this review.

RUN DON'T WALK from this Enterprise location! This was the WORST experience I have ever had renting a car and I will NEVER do business with Enterprise again. The place is a dump, they are completely disorganized and the employees are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The day of the reservation (which was made 4 -5 weeks in advance) when we went to pick up the vehicle they "claim" they had called earlier that morning to say a car wouldn't be available and then lied when shown proof that NO ONE had called that morning which would have been absolutely unacceptable anyway! GO anywhere else but here

I've been renting at this same location for over 20 years but to receive the treatment I received today from the store manager Chad and to be lied on by his employee Nelly was a complete disgrace today! Customer service at it's all time WORST! Never lie on anyone especially me and then for the branch manager Chad to carry a lie to someone else about me before even speaking to me is even worse. Management needs customer service training before leading anything or anyone! I'm completely done with Enterprise for good! I won't ever spend my money where I'm lied on and mistreated! Ali was the best manager Enterprise had why let him go when he took customer service above and beyond! Chad needs to go before they lose more customers!

Wonderful customer service. I forgot the new girls name but she is an great access to the job. It was easy no long wait time AND I had an bigger SUV than I reserved at a wonderful price. As well she asked if I worked for the government or something in that line of work which I do and I received an discount that I wasn’t aware of. Just wonderful!

I had to drop off my car for service at Al Packer ford down the road from here. Ford made the reservation for me and I was in and out in 5 min. I had a great experience. Abdelali was great

Had to change my review to a one star was a 5 till my 6 yr old son found rolling papers in the back seat of the rental I just got and on top of that there was Christmas tree pines in the truck of the suv I was not happy at all and went into the store to tell the employee about it and he said the manager would call the next business day. Well that call never came

I strongly recommend NOT reserving a vehicle at this location. We had a car reserved here for weeks. Literally one minute before we were scheduled to pick it up, they called to say that they didn’t have our car and didn’t know when they’d have one. We called back in an hour and were told that we were on a waitlist, even though we had a confirmed reservation. The people we spoke to were extremely incompetent and unprofessional. We also bounced around national customer service representatives and managers; all of them said they couldn’t do anything. Save yourself time, money, and frustration - rent from another company.

Don't go there, made reservation 2 weeks before and when I got there for 9am, they told me that I would have the ford 150 in one or two hours.told them to call me back. NEVER DID! LOOSERS!
