Tesla Ted at the Sarasota airport location was very friendly, professional and fast. Great service there by all employees.

Easy and seemless! Tesla (can't remember his last name) at the Enterprise in the Sarasota Airport was very nice and he smiled with every person he interacted with.

Easy to schedule a car pick-up and the return went smoothly. Marco at the Sarasota airport was very friendly and personable.

Pick up and drop off was very quick. Good quality SUV, but mirrors and front windshield glass could have been cleaner. Heavy with water spots.

I rented a Jeep Wrangler. I was driving on I-75 when I hit a bump in the road the Jeep would start shaking and bumping erratically, up and down to the point we had to pull off the interstate many times to make it stop. When I returned the Jeep I told the person that checked it in and he said someone would contact me and no one has. He also told me it’s because it has high miles and this was common in jeeps. I have always rented from Enterprise and have been happy, but this time I was extremely scared and disappointed that no one has contacted me.

Always great service but this time even better. I would like to thank Richard who helped my wife last evening. A local tire shop put on 4 tires and left one wheel loose. Richard heard the sound and helped her before more damage. He went above & beyond his responsibilities. Thank you Richard!

Renting here at the Sarasota Airport is always a breeze. Leo had me in my rental within 4 minutes, and my check out with Big Mike was just as fast! Both were informative and friendly. I look forward to coming back.

Wonderful & easy experience at Sarasota/Bradenton Airport Enterprise Rent a car. We rented a SUV for 9 days. Kathy the cat lady (at check in counter) was awesome, friendly, and quick! Tesla Terry (at check out) was awesome, friendly, and quick as well. We had a great experience and we will be renting from them again.

What a joke. To start they won’t rent me a car because I have a balance that I already paid for once. They asked for a receipt I showed them a receipt. They gave me two customer service phone numbers that didn’t work. Then told me they can’t find that ticket number at all when the item number on my receipt matches the item number that they told me to call customer service number with. But somehow still want me to pay again or talk to someone on a phone line that doesn’t work to confirm I’ve paid the balance. Enterprise has NEVER made renting a car easy and I will never rent from any of them ever again. Perfect way to ruin a good vacation if you rent from them

Customer service was great, but the car was rough. AC didn't work well and made the rides semi miserable for the family.

The car was clean and the staff was great. Easy pick up and drop off. Tolls get paid and they bill your credit card without hefty fees

This was the first time we used Enterprise Rental Cars. The car was great.a mini van which we needed for a lot of luggage and being in one place for 3 weeks, taking friends around town with us. It was clean and easy to get and return. The one problem we had was that we paid for Sirius XM which we have ourselves at home. $50.and we NEVER could get it to play. When you are on vacation you don't want to have to leave the island and go find an Enterprise place to teach you how to get it to work. We will never pay for that again. In the past with other car rental companies, we would pay for it and it automatically would work for us to use. We did a lot of highway driving and it would have been nice to listen to while driving for 2 1/2 hours each time.

Anna @ the enterprise location in Venice FL was absolutely amazing. Due to mechanical issues with the rental I picked up at Sarasota Airport i had to swap my rental in Venice. Anna and her employees were, friendly and made sure I had a new rental to suit my needs This location is definitely a 5 star location. A asset to the Enterprise Car Rental Company.

I rented a car in Sarasota, FL this past weekend. The experience was actually great. I never thought I would say that about a rental car company. The pick-up line was quick, and they gave me a free upgrade! When I dropped off the van, Alex (Enterprise employee) did the check-out right in the parking lot. The guy was super nice and it only took about 8 seconds! Thanks Alex!

Short staffed & only one woman knew what she was doing but she rocked it! For every 1 person her coworker took, she completed 4 car rentals.

It is an easy in and out at the airport which is a welcome relief.

I rented from Enterprise at the Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ) airport. The line was short, service was quick and they had a car ready for me. The return was also quick and easy.

We got in two hours late. The Enterprise service member was fantastic. We had a four year old who was clearly on the edge, and the employee was wonderful in getting us out to our car with the correct car seat very quickly.

NEVER BOOK A CAR THROUGH THE AIRPORT! If you are not flying in or leaving through the airport there is no point in even trying to get a rental through them. Worst experience ever! Will never rent through Enterprise again! Richard is a complete JERK! He’s very rude and not helpful at all! If I could give them a ZERO STAR I WOULD! He completely did not give af when I had something to say. My friend and I were both in awe of his behavior with us

Our rental car was ready when we arrived at SRQ. After leaving the airport we noticed that one of the tires was low on air. We told Mr. Lopez about the tire pressure when we returned the car and he gave us a $30 discount on our rental.

The experience was great as usual, the rental was a beautiful ford expedition max loaded, the pick up at the counter was great and Thomas at the return site at the SRQ airport was very friendly and helpful. I generally use Enterprise for my car rentals and have several times and will again.

We rented a car at Sarasota/Bradenton Airport with literally no hiccups. The agent was very friendly, got us out of airport rather quickly. We appreciate how smooth everything went, we will rent again

Very clean vehicle and fun to drive as well! The employees were all very friendly. I wasn't expecting to get a Alfa Romeo for the week. I was pleasantly surprised!

Sarasota Airport has the ideal setup for travel.
- Offloading the plane.
- Gathering luggage at baggage claim
- Checking in at Enterprise counter.
(Rental car counter across from baggage claim)
- Driving off the Airport lot.
(Rental cars are at Airport, did not have to be bussed to offsite facility)
All this in less than 30 minutes.

Vehicle was not ready and had to wait for hours for A vehicle, got a vehicle i did not order
will never use Enterprise again, I know Staffing is a problem but this was just ridiculous.

3 hour wait to pick up rental at Sarasota airport. When I finally was served, I was told that they only had a basic economy vehicle. I had rented a full size suv. I only received a credit of $40 which unbelievably was the rate difference between a full size suv and a basic economy. I was promised a 50% refund when I returned the vehicle but received nothing.

I had to change my rental reservation from picking it up at Fort Myers to Sarasota due to travel nightmares. I was told there would be a $200 fee for dropping off the rental at another location and due to our late flight arrival, the car provided had not been cleaned. I mentioned these issues when I returned the rental to Fort Myers and Kelsey was very apologetic and did her best to make everything right for us. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again in the future. Thank you.

Wow! Enterprise was much easier than Avis! Do not ever use Avis unless you want to be stranded for 40 HOURS in the middle of your vacation!

First time I rented a car ; was very easy; they were very accommodating, courteous, and returning car was just as easy!

I have tried calling the management here for 3 weeks and never able to get through. I have called their corporate escalation number 6 times over the course of 3 weeks, they have sent 6 requests for the manager to call me, still no call back. The customer service is horrendous.

I rented the car at SRQ which was very efficient as was drop off. The car was clean, full of gas, and felt like new. The only drawback was that you couldn't keep the smart key in your pocket while driving. The system kept telling me "No key detected". Not good. I kept it in the cup holder, but constantly had to remember to take it with me.

I always have consistent service and pleasant workers at Enterprise no matter where I am renting.

First car was filthy; could barely see out of window. Exterior looked like it was repeatedly driven through a bug farm at night. The car was embarrassing to be seen in. We were offered a free upgrade, which was a nice gesture. But after transferring 3 adults, a baby, luggage and carseat, the upgrade dash showed a tire problem.
Staff responded by “getting the message to go away” w/o any assurance that tire would hold up.

Thus, we had to transfer to yet another car, enduring the attitude of one employee who insisted we drive the vehicle to the back of the rental lot to do all this, no doubt so other customers wouldn’t overhear the terrible treatment we were receiving.

Do not rent from Enterprise or associated entities unless you enjoy rude and unprofessional behavior

I'm giving Enterprise 1 star because they don.t let me give negative stars. I've been an Enterprise customer for years. Worst rental experience ever. Billed $1400 for about 10 days (spring break surge pricing which is expected), but given a piece of garbage mini van. 48,000 miles. I doubt the van had a blue book value of $1400. Shot suspension (every time I hit a bump in the road, it sounded like a bunch of bolts fell off the thing). Driver's seat had a bunch of cracks. Not really clean. Smelled funky (moldy?) No kiosks at Sarasota Airport location. Waited in line for an hour (no joke) to get a car I reserved 6 months in advance. My guy at check out (I think his name was Doug) was super nice and great. He apologized for the long wait. I told him no worries since it wasn't his fault that the counter was understaffed.

This was our first bad experience with Enterprise. We were given a car so dirty you could hardly see through the windshield. We tried washing it with the window wiper washing button, but there was no water in the wiper tank. When we actually started driving the car, the light came on for 'maintenance required'. Very sub-standard experience.

The only complaint- they need more people at the front desk when you need to get your key for your car. I stood in line for a 1 1/2.

Enterprise has always been good for me. Line was longer than usual due to customers not knowing what they want, or realizing their credit card is in their checked in luggage.

Rented a car thru Enterprise for Saturday April 23,2022 in Sarasota, Fla airport. My Delta flight arrived on time (3: 30PM) and I went to baggage claim/rental car counter area. Having done this multiple times before I was shocked to see hundreds of people clogging the rental car area. When I approached the mob of people I quickly noticed that about 75% of the people there were in one line that was headed to a serpentine waiting area approaching the National/Alamo and Enterprise counters. These 3 rental car companies were side by side, with only one agent at each counter. To make a very long story short, I stood in line with many, many other unhappy people for about 1 hour and 45 minutes before reaching the agent counter. At that point I was checked in and told that there were presently no cars available for me but as rental cars were returned and cleaned they would be made available. The counter agent took my cell phone number and I was told to stay in the area and I would be called when my car was available. He estimated the wait time could be 1-2 hours. After one hour I received a call saying my car was ready. Totally
unacceptable situation. Probably not Enerprise's fault alone but this is my chance to complain. Paying $678 for a beat-up car with 59,000 miles on it and then waiting almost 3 hours to get it in not great customer service. Management needs to address this situation. Counter agent told me it is happening every Saturday due to high demand.

First time car rental customer here - Enterprise made my experience absolutely positive in all aspects. It was easy to book on line. The agents working at the desk were super helpful and friendly. Enterprise will be my only car rental place.

Car was like new and amazing and customer service was top notch like always. Enterprise is the only place to rent a car. Thanks again for a smooth and easy rental experience.

Worst car rental experience ever. Vehicles aren't on site. There is no shuttle so you are stuck with the skeleton crew running back and forth from the storage site. Spent 2 hrs online with a reservation to have to wait outside with a child that got sick on the plane for another 2 hrs for the car to arrive from off site.
