I would also like to commend Alex for ensuring nothing of mine was left when I returned the car, especially finding my Chanel sunglasses, which is essential here in Florida. Vehicle had a big scratch on the side. I have yet to receive my deposit from a rental Jan 10th I returned the same day.

#SHYSTER&Sketchy-ENTERPRISE-location!

HORRIFIC experience at this location in WPB, FL.
They have No inventory of cars, Mgmt.does not return calls, they are not helpful, not courteous and not professional. The "driver" took over an hour to pick me up at a location less than 3.5 miles away, (on the island.) I was lied to when car was being returned and was charged $126.33 for a "one-way return" that was to be changed in system and was not. I was not given a check-out receipt upon return. Shysters running this location have no business working in this industry and certainly not this location which is closest Palm Beach Island.
The Staff and Team at this ENTERPRISE Location DO NOT represent this Company in a positive light and I personally will NEVER Rent from this location again. I have been a loyal ENTERPRISE Customer for 34 years.

Deserving of ZERO Stars 0.

Canceled my reservation 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my car. My reservation was made days prior and they waited until 30 minutes before calling me. My trip has been delayed by a day thanks to this. Won’t be coming to this location ever again.

This place is a disgrace to the Enterprise Rental System. I've rented from Enterprise for many years and this place did not greet us like other stores, they made the process a horrible nightmare. We did not rent from them.

Nice cars, but you can't go in the office, and the employees let you stand out there for 5-10 minutes before they come out - and I was the only customer at 8: 05am. I'm not going to guess why they moved so slowly for this middle aged white guy, but you can.

Never had worst customer service, unprofessional, and staff that will racially profile you. Company needs to be regulated by hire people then just office staff that can make decisions to stop someone from renting over no reason or not liking you. They blocked me from renting for no reason. Just because she didnt like the way I looked. Then continued to attack me and in the pouring rain try and force me off the property. Anyone would be mad after being told they weren't getting another rental and refused to give me a car with no valid reason. Corporate needs to step in letting one person ruin you being able to rent over her own personal issues.

This entity so called ''ENTERPRISE '' is not popular because is very expensive, have no monthly rental available, most of the cars are junks and taking too much gasoline as also the radio and other electronics equipment are lack of simplicity to navigate it…

Vehicle was what I requested and ran very good. The exterior was not cleaned properly with dirt over the entire vehicle and the interior cleanliness was very disappointing as the interior windows were filthy as they seem to have never been cleaned and the seats felt sticky. This needs to be corrected as we are all now dealing with COVID-19!

I recently went to return a rental and to my surprise found the location was suddenly closed. This meant I had to drive further to return the car and spend some unexpected time in doing so. I found the staff at the location pleasant and professional, in spite of the large number of cranky and even rude customers they had to manage. The rental agent gave me a partial refund for my trouble, and I thought that was a good example of solid customer service.

I've rented a car from your West Palm Beach branch twice within the
last two months. People there are courteous and efficient and
professional. Hope clients will be able to go into the branch soon
as outside service works, but not as well. They worked to get me

Rented st this location thru Expedia a mile from the airport. Car was not the car I rented. When I returned car they said the can not drop me off at airport (local office policy). I was never advised, told I had to Uber. Never again from Enerprise.

I usually love renting from Enterprise. However, I felt as though the employees were incompetent at this branch. I know that sounds harsh but they weren't very professional. Not to mention, when I spoke to someone on the phone it was hard for them to explain something so simple. It took the woman at the call center ten seconds to answer my question. Also, when I was picking up the car the employee helping me didn't give me a walk through and told me to bring the car back at a quarter tank, which was false. Although the car was almost out of gas when they gave it to me. Very frustrating.

1. Didn’t have the car we reserved so they drove us to the airport to get a car.
2. Once we we’re driving the car about 1 mile from the airport we got a tire low indicator it has 18 lbs of air (should be around 50).
3. There was no gas in the car.
4. We asked for a replacement car, sorry we do not have any available.

Will never rent from you again.

Absolutely terrible. If you want a poor renting experience this is your place. The bad reviews that are already posted here aren’t exaggerated I can promise you.

This place is horrible. They will promise you a car and when you get there by Lyft because they refuse to pick you up there will be no cars available. Mind you a reservation was made 24 hours in advance and confirmed by phone an hour before arriving. Employees are confrontational. I asked for my license back and was accused of "snatching" it out of her hand when I made absolutely no physical contact with her and did not forcefully remove it from her hand. I asked how I could make a complaint and was given the run around. They did not offer to book me a car for the next day and provided me absolutely no service at all. I would go some where else hands down.

The manager Jessica refused to rent me a car despite a confirmed reservation with insurance. The car she had available was an SUV, which I did not need or want. I asked if the total would be below my policy limit and she said there would be an out of pocket cost. I stated I didn't want to pay out of pocket. She then said I could swap out the car in a day or 2 but I don't live near the location. I became frustrated at the lack of options and even told Jessica, "I'm sorry, I know it's not your fault but I'm frustrated about having to pay for a car I don't want following a not-at-fault accident". She took the keys, went inside, and told me she would not rent me a car. I told her I have a reservation and would sign for the upcharge and call corporate about it later. She continued to refuse to rent me a car, stating she is the branch manager. I was stranded 30 minutes from home, away from my 2 small children. After a few minutes I calmly told her about my hardship and politely asked again if she would rent me a car. She continued to refuse so I took a Lyft home and filed a complaint with corporate. In contrast, the branch manager at Greenacres provided exemplary customer service! He adjusted the price of the car to meet my insurance limit since there were no cheaper cars available. Enterprise's code of conduct states "customer service is our way of life". Jessica, the branch manager at the Dixie Highway location, sadly behaves in an opposite manner.

Just a heads up. DO NOT RENT from this location. As soon as they get your CC on file they will treat you like just another number. If you don’t bring the car back topped off past the Full line they’ll charge you for 2-3 gallons at $3.50 a gallon even though the there are no gas stations even close. Better bring an extra 5 gallon gas jug with you to top off after you drop off. I rent from Enterprise about 3-4 times a month and have for years but if this is how they “serve” customers then GOODBYE!

This has been a terrible experience here at Enterprise. I had to wait 1 hour for a reservation made 24 hours prior to pick up. Only to get here and find out that the vehicle that was reacted for me was not here! I was told 3 times that the car was 15 mins away. The young lady at the counter was awful and unhelpful, she kept making phone calls in speaking in a foreign language. Probably covering up the fact that I still had to wait! I wouldn’t recommend anyone here this was a very bad experience. I will NEVER come back here!

NOTE: purchasing of supplemental insurance coverage through a rental car company is NOT mandatory. If you have a collision coverage through a Credit Card, that is acceptable.

Reserved through Costco travel (great by the way!), but the branch manager (Jessica Williams) stated that we must have an auto insurance with a policy number in order to rent a car. I have the Chase Saphire Reserve card that provides collison/theft coverage and presented the letter from Chase, which she read but said would not work. Bottom Line: Either Enterprise is training their managers to falsley state this in order to increase revenue (fraudulent?) or this manager should be demoted or let go. It is a shame as I have had good experiences in the past as my family travels frequently nationally and abroad.

Very nice staff and very accommodating!

Day #2 of renting a vehicle while my car is at the shop.all I needed to do was call and they got everything done. No need to waste time and go all the way over there.
The girls and Jay are amazing! I will continue to rent from this Office!

Because they did not have a pick up truck the guy knew we were coming in for it and never called to say they did not have any even though we made our reservation with them a waste of time. Had to go to another location.
