The Miami airport Enterprise. I rented a car and got into vehicle.only to drive off in a car that was 3 years old 69.000 miles front end had a slight shake at over 50 and a big riddle in back end.pre checked in yet had to check in with two people in two spots. Did not wait as no one in front of me. Just a real slow and distance walking set up. Why did I pre register before I got to airport off plane. Carpets in front worn completely as no mats. Wondering if I will rent again from them.

Everything was fine, except for my flight changed gates multiple times to opposite ends of the terminal in Miami. Some of the gate staff in Miami were rude and would not even answer a question, let alone be helpful. Other locations staff and service were good.

It was easy to book online and return the vehicle. The customer service representatives were very friendly. However, the computers at the Miami airport to process the transaction in lieu of going to the counter were not working, and it was not clear that I could have gone directly to the garage.

Enterprise was very helpful in making multiple changes to rental plans due to flight delays. The Miami Airport Enterprise staff was very accomodating in providing the perfect vehicle for us.

The 5 starts are for the gentleman that received the car from me on Monday, 07/24/23 was super nice. But the manager that checked us in was not friendly, and the guy that gave us the car was rude.

Cars were all dirty. They told me that the car I reserved was not available (full size) and downgraded my vehicle without changing the price. So I over paid for a cheaper and dirty car. Lot attendant disappeared and no one answers the phone at the site. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Rented a car from this location for 3 days. Nothing but professionalism. The staff very very friendly and attentive. No-one try's to force you to buy any extras. Everything was straightforward with them, no surprise charges like other rental companies do. Overall, I'm very happy to be a loyal enterprise customer. Will definitely use their services again.

Rented a rental car for vacation from a competitor and prepaid. Got to vacation spot and they would not let me take the car because I do not have a major credit card. Went to Enterprise and they had no problem with me renting the car. It was a little more money however the earned a forever customer because I would have been out two excursions that I would not have got my money back for. Very easy process.

Had a reservation for a pickup at 11pm on 6/23 when I get there to pick up my car they tell me I have to return tomorrow that they have nothing available, as they are handing everyone else around me their reservations. Then the csr gives me a fake excuse that inventory isn't updated for 24 hours. Doesn't give manager name or her own but a fake name "vanessa". This is completely unacceptable you have no integrity to waste people's time like this and act like you are in the correct. Do not recommend. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow to see what can be done.

Great customer service all around! Everyone we dealt with was polite, appreciative, and respectful. Ron was a great representative in the Miami car return area. Very helpful and accomodating.

Booking was a breeze, however it took over 2-1/2 hours to check-in to get my vehicle at MIA airport. Only 2 kiosks, which were both out of order and ONLY 1 representative working the window with 100's of people in line. After about an hour of waiting in line, a second rep came and manned a window which helped the line mover faster. Terrible process and no one addressed those of us waiting to apologize or inform us as to why the wait was so long.
After getting my car, the rep was very friendly and informative. Same with return.very friendly and answered all questions we had.

Booked a 15 passenger van out of Miami International Airport at a decent price despite current rental price gauging that seems to be frequently happening these days. The issues I ran into were the van I got was a box looking Chevy 15 passenger van that was not in good condition. I was hoping for a Nissan or better model based on the pics online when booking. Van had clearly not been taken care of inside and smelled. Rattled when you would hit bumps. Was pushed by the agent at the facility the get their insurance because they swore that my insurance company would not cover me because I did not drive a commercial vehicle back home. Well. I took their insurance to be safe but when I called my provider they said I had liability coverage no problem and would be covered for property damage as long as the people on board did not outweigh the vans weight capacity and in fact they didn't based on the specs I pulled on the van. All in all the van got the job done but things could have been much better.

Getting the car was easy, the car was clean and modern with the most amazing gas mileage I have ever seen in a car. (Passat) really surprised! The staff was friendly and returning the car was quick and painless. Would definitely use them again.

Was not happy with the service. Apple car play was not working in the car, i have to travel in miami without music. I told the guy when drop off and he said he will have someone call me the next day but noone ever called. Not happy with enterprise

Today I was assisted by Sebastian. He was very communicative and attentive to my needs. I needed a very specific vehicle for my vacation and he was able to accommodate me despite there being a shortage of inventory. I ended up with a better vehicle tha.expected. He was patient and made sure I was in something safe as well as made sure it was clean and ready to go. Very satisfied with the service provided!

Typically, my experience with enterprise is good. However, I will NEVER rent from Enterprise at Miami International Airport. 1. They downgraded my vehicle and charged me full price. 2. The vehicle had HIGH miles. 3 the vehicle cut off on me twice. Once when reversing the vehicle and 2nd when I was driving on the freeway (luckily there was no traffic). 4. I called to exchange the vehicle for the safety of me and my son and they stated they didn't have any vehicles available but I can drive to the airport and wait (ummmm I'm on vacation what you mean wait). I even had them call other locations and nothing. So basically I had to drive a vehicle on pray and faith that nothing happened to me and my son. 5. When driving the alignment was also off. The vehicle kept pulling to the left. 6. The car wasn't cleaned properly.

I'll suggest renting a car from another enterprise in the area and have them pick you up from the airport.

Also, my friend rented a car here as well and the same thing happened except for she had to call Triple A. And wait for her car to be fixed because they refused to give her another vehicle.they stated all the vehicles were reserved.

The wait at Miami International Airport for the Premium Luxury SUV was over 45 minutes to be brought around to the Departure Area was to long. The Staff tried there best to accommodate the inconvenience, but They couldn't figure out why it was taking so long. Other than that, My Experiences with Enterprise Rentals has Always been a Great One!

The return location was incorrect, it took me 30 more minutes to find out where to return the car and just to my surprise was charged several extras, still waiting for my refunds.

Staff was very professional. I rent a Mustang convertible. The car needed an alignment. Once you go over 70 mph, the wheel will start to shake. Also, it would stall in traffic.

The service counter was great! The pickup station was awesome! Everyone was so friendly and fast. The car was brand new and the process was so easy. Enterprise really steps it up. I will definitely choose Enterprise when I choose to rent again.

Enterprise Miami International Airport hit it out of the park from the minute I got to the rental center to when I brought the car back. Every employee we interacted with was kind and courteous. Other rental agencies had long lines of people waiting while Enterprise expedited each customer quickly. We had 7-8 customers in front of us and the two girls working the counter got though everyone and had us on our way within minutes. Everyone downstairs was eager to make sure we were taken care of and we had our car and were on our way again within minutes. WELL DONE!

Do not rent from this location! I see most of the current reviews are negitive. This should be a red flag to corporate - hope so - they know who this rude person is. The man that works there is very unfriendly! Plus he doesn't answer the phone - I called & waited for 13 minutes listening to the same commercial over & over only to be told after 13 minutes - no one can answer my call - call back, then call ends. So I called corporate & got a car in Miami - 45 minutes from home - only to be told, "I don't have a reservation for you. " So I give him the confirmation number and low and behold he finds my reservation. Then he tells me he doesn't have a car to come back later that afternoon and he probably will have one. No apology - no nothing - the inconvenience he caused just didn't bother him at all! And don't bother to tell me to email your "care" address - already have done that.

Our experience at the Enterprise at the Miami airport was not a good one. We waited in line for over an hour at the reservation desk. There were only 2 people helping at the counter and both self serve kiosks were not operating.
The gentleman who helped us was pleasant, under the circumstances.
When we got to our rental, we noted that the gas tank was on 7/8 of a tank. The car was very dirty inside and out. My daughter found a half eaten sandwich under the front seat. The car also had a rough idle. Overall not happy.

Checking in at Miami airport was a hassle and we waited forever! However, we rented a car on June 4. When we finally got checked in and walked out to the car lot, there was a gentleman waiting for us and I wish I could remember his name. He was extremely friendly and asked us if we liked the color"red. " We said yes and he pointed to our rental which was a red convertible mustang! We were in shock! We had so much fun driving that car in the Florida Keys! We started our trip in Key Largo and ended up in Key West. I have used Enterprise in the past, and the employees in the car lot are always so friendly.

Enterprise-Miami INT Airline has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered via car rental services. Alfredo was extremely nice for accommodating me at such a busy time checking in and my return was super quick and easy. Thank you all so much for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. I will be reserving with your location when I visit again.

I am giving two stars because:
We had a rental for 1130 pm on Sunday the 13th of June 2021. I knew the rental location closed at midnight for Miami International Airport. We had to have a car since our hotel was 35 minutes away and we were driving to the keys the next morning. Our flight got in late, 1147 instead of 1130 and I was able to be first to get off the plane. I sprinted through the airport since the car rental location was on the other side of the airport, and across the street. Many people movers and a tram ride away, I arrived at the rental desk at 1159, no one there. They had closed early. I immediately went to the car garage to talk to anyone there. There was one gentleman that told me their system was down and go to Alamo. I did and was instructed to go up stairs. I finally spoke to the agent at Alamo at 1240 and he was able to get me checked in. Why was I not informed to got to Alamo? They gave us the car and it smelled like weed, marijuana. I did not complain at the time, thankful to have a car. Spoke to man on return and he gave us a portion of the rental back, still very disappointing and troubling you all would not contact customers and let them know what is going on with your “system” outage or that you would allow a car to be rented that smelled of marijuana as bad as that one did.

Honestly, first time I am/was disappointed with Enterprise. At check in, I was asked for my ID and address and contact was verified. I don't recall that the price per day was verified, but no big deal.never had an issue. Check in complete and I proceed to get my rental. The car was by far the worst rental car that I have ever gotten for the price. I was just about to pay $87+ a day for this? ! Not worth the price.dented & worn. To be clear the staff was courteous and helpful.the problem was the product was NOT worth the price.

I’m very disappointed in my experience with Enterprise located in Miami Airport. Not only was my card charged $500 and then stated that my transaction was “declined”, the service was horrible. I have never experienced this type of service at any other Enterprise. It was a very busy weekend and my friends and I were left carless due to a mistake ENTERPRISE made. They did not try to accommodate me at ALL and I was treated unfairly. It has been 5 days and the $500 that was “declined” has yet to be returned to my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Spend your money with people value you and your money.
