Very quick check in. Person at counter was helpful. Car was nice and the people at drop off were very good as well. Would continue to rent from them.

Travis made sure everything was right. Everyone was polite from the front desk to the girl at the exit gate.

I was a little disappointed with enterprise. I rent my car every year while on vacation with them, and this year was the first year that they gave me a dirty car. A navigation system that didn’t work properly and the door to the handle was broken. Not like enterprise.
Although they cut me a break on the price, after my complaint, I still rather have a nice car kept up to date, than giving me a break on the price. Nevertheless, the people were very friendly at the airport. Thank you!

The vehicle I reserved was rented to another customer before the 30 minute grace period expired. My flight landed on time however the only way to get to the rental car side is to take a shuttle which was time consuming. The luxury suv we were able to get didn’t run smoothly like a luxury should and there was a vibration from the steering wheel. Also, the vehicle wasn’t cleaned from the previous customer.

I made reservations and pre-paid 2 months in advance. When I arrived to pick up my car, they did not have one available for me. I walked out of the office and called the corporate number. The service person apologized for the mix up and sent me to a different location to collect my car. Before going, I decided to call the local number to verify that they actually have a car. The person whom I spoke to was able to quickly find the reservation number. When I asked if a car was available for me, the representative said, " of course, you have a reservation ". I laughed and asked if he was absolutely certain. He said he would double check and then put me on hold. He came back a few minutes later and very timidly apologized saying "sorry, there actually isn't a car avaliable". Frustrated and angry, I then went to the airport, walked up to the counter, and rented a car with no issues. The lesson learned is do not use their web service or their App, it's all fake. They do not honor reservations in any capacity. Their listed inventory is all lies. Their advertised prices are false. If you truly need to rent a car, go to the airport, accept what ever vehicle they have available, and pay the price. If you need a specific vehicle on a specific day, do NOT use Enterprise.

I rented the car at the Fort Lauderdale airport and the representative was very pleasant and professional. The pick up and drop off was easy and fast!

This is a new review, I just rented another car from Fort Lauderdale airport and again I am extremely satisfied with Enterprise. Excellent customer service both at pick up and return. Keep up the great job

We rented a 4 doors family car for a 14 days trip in Fort Lauderdale through Allegiant as a deal with our plane tickets and couldn't have been more pleased! We were welcomed by the wonderful Camila at the counter, who was so nice and helpful: seing we were a family with 2 young kids, she made sure we got a car with a GPS for our first trip to Fort Lauderdale as the wifi was problematic on our phones! She called her colleague in the parking with a walkie-talkie and kindly asked him to make sure about the GPS. She also gave us advice on how to avoid tolls, which we had no idea even existed. We ended up with an awesome car that we actually liked so much that we're thinking about buying the same model back home! Flawless experience and great customer service, thanks again Camila:)

I have always had a good experience with Enterprise, mainly utilizing the FLL airport location. Its generally fast and easy process and the employees are always courteous and pleasure to deal with.

Excellent check in experience. Pre registered.got my ready pass and I was all set.directly to the car.

I have rented cars from enterprise the past two summers on my annual trip to South Florida and I have been very pleased. I have had no issues picking up the car or dropping off. I look forward to using them again next summer.

The experience we had at FLL enterprise was better than any I have ever had!

When we picked up the rental the agent was helpful, courteous, and got us out the door quickly.

In the garage, the gentleman that assisted us with choosing a vehicle that would accommodate us (5 people and luggage), was extremely helpful and made us smile the whole time. He never rushed us and he made sure we felt comfortable before leaving.

Upon returning the vehicle, the young man who helped us was so full of positive energy and bursting with charisma. He made my boys so happy! He literally danced with them, laughed with them, and made their day! What a great end to our vacation. Who knew that would be at enterprise! I wish everyone was that happy, the would be such a better place.

Great service. Attentive and super easy to work with. The staff assisted me from the minute I arrived to after drop off. Went above and beyond.

I have many years of using Enterprise for my car rental needs and they have not failed me yet. This company is amazing, the service is awesome, and the staff is wonderful. They have great vehicles, I just love this company.

Other than the fact that the first car given to us the check engine light came on. We had to spend time exchanging cars. However the situation was handled very well.

I had an overall great experience with Enterprise from booking the car online, picking it up at the airport and the return was quick and easy. When we picked up the car, the employee was very accommodating as we wanted to ensure our vehicle had enough space for our party of 7. He drove up another SUV so we could check out the size and decide which one we wanted. He went above and beyond! I forgot his name but he was working on Sun. Aug 31st between 5-6PM. Tall with dark hair! Thank you for the excellent customer service that you provided! I will be back Enterprise!

Reserved vehicle waited entire day for it, 2 Uber rides to and from, and still not available. Finally Uber to airport to rent at enterprise.original location did not have a car the entire day, even when I reserved. So. 4 uber rides total to finally get t be car i previously reserved. Very frustrating and expensive. Not reimbursement offered. Stranded on vacation.

I have never had issues with Enterprise and I will continue to use them in the future. All team members are friendly and will answer any questions you have. Renting a car can be stressful but they make the process as worry free as possible.

Generally, Enterprise has been very good with their customer service at each of the locations I rent from, however, the FLL location has failed twice to accommodate my rental needs despite holding a reservation. The front desk personnel proved incompetent in their ability to fulfill my existing reservation. Upon my request to speak with a manager, “Gunter” eventually responded and was able to complete the rental process, however, upon my commenting on the lack of professionalism and competence of the staff, he elected to cancel the reservation rather than using it as a teaching point for the front desk. Poor service and very poor management.

Exceptional service at the counter, car pickup and return. Smooth and quick process. The 3 people who took care of us were excellent! Thx.

I recently rented a vehicle in Fort Lauderdale and shortly after driving the car the oil light and need service light kept flashing. In addition when I went to use the wipers the fluid appeared to be low because it was trickling out. I pulled into a gas station to have then fill the wiper fluid and check the oil. The person told me that both the oil was full and also was the wiper fluid. He said the car was probably not serviced and that the wiper pump was probably shot. When I returned the car and told the woman that I was not happy with the vehicle and I even tipped the gas station person $10 for helping me. The person at enterprise said would a free day help your issue and I said yes. She said someone would be calling you. I never received a phone call so I called enterprise to find out that no notes were put into the system. I have to tell you I actually am quite upset that I was lied to and that no notes were put into the system.

Had a problem initially but then Ivan Moreno the manager in Ft Lauderdale was fabulous and provided great customer service and worked everything all out for us when we returned the car.

I was completely impressed with the excellent service I got from Enterprise at the Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood airport. There was an agent in front of the counter that verified my reservation & directed me outside to pick up my car. There, another agent was just as helpful getting me in the car. Thirdly, the cashier was just as pleasant as the other two who helped. Yes, I was impressed!

Was a smooth transaction for the most part - when I landed in FLL they gave me a mini van instead of economy for the same price, said they ran out. I appreciated more room, but its not for everyone. At the exit something went slightly wrong and I had to wait for the attendant to manually check me out. Also not crazy about all the taxes/fees and $75 "drop charge" to return to PBI. Last time I rented there was no fee to return to an alternate location.

The rental was fine but they applied a $12 charge extra to process tolls. This seems like a gouge. I understand paying tolls that are due but $12 is excessive.

When I arrived at the airport, I was pretty stressed out, there was a lot going on. However, I found renting the car to be the easiest step. They led me to where I needed to go, had me inspect the car, and then helped me with directions to the hospital.

I found the return of the car to be just as easy. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I requested a paper receipt, as it needs to be turned in for expense reimbursement, and she was able to provide me with that.

The car itself was clean and comfortable, and fully met our needs.

Completely disrespectful and condescending. Refusal to provide solutions. Our flight was canceled and we were referred to them for rental to drive 4 hours to Tampa to get back to Ohio. She had the nerve to tell us we shouldn’t have missed our flight lol. It was canceled! We went up to Budget and they were absolutely incredible. Helped us seek out a solution to make sure we could get home to our kids. Wouldn’t give Enterprise an ounce of anything going forward. Thank you Budget for being honorable.

Always a good experience whenever I rent with Enterprise. Great customer service from check in thru my return. Will continue to rent with them

From pickup to drop off the process was very smooth and easy. Pickup was very detailed and every person that we talked with was very helpful. I will be using Enterprise again in the future

Check in and out was fast and uncomplicated. When I'm back in Miami I'll probably come back again.

I was on vacation with friends and family. I had a rental car and one day didn't drive it I came back the next morning to go out and the car wouldn't start. I called their road side assistance. I was informed someone would be there in 88 min. Well 2 hours passed no one showed and I was left to try and flag people down and use my own resources to get their car started. Upon turning the car in they had the ordasity to have a $70 charge on my bill for a roadside service that they failed to respond to. Of course I didn't pay that but even to expect someone to pay for a service due to a mechanical issue on your vehicle is ridiculous.

Enterprise used to give you what you paid for. Just not anymore. I paid for premium luxury suv. Should call it. Stripped down base suv. 1st it say suburban or equal. They tried to give me smaller suv. Didn't have the truck ready. After waiting a hour. I finally got the suburban sized truck. But like I said. It was base. To pay top dollar. It should be fully loaded like I get from other rental places.

My flight was being delayed so I called to make sure the counter would be open when my flight came in and the person on the phone was extremely nice and assured me that even though the counter closed at midnight someone would wait till I got in. I arrived at the counter just past midnight and was pleased to see that they had waited. The check in was easy and they had my car waiting for me. Very pleased with the service.

The only company I use anymore. They make it easy to rent and return, and their customer service is the the best out there.

Carlos was amazing! I chose a vehicle but then realized it didn’t have the appropriate plug for my phone so chose a different vehicle. His enthusiasm and excitement was very nice, especially after traveling all day.
