If I could give zero stars I would. This location is terrible. We reserved a convertible a month ago to celebrate our anniversary. The night before our reservation we received a call informing us that the reservation we had wasn’t able to be filled as the location had no convertibles available. We were PROMISED a comparable car or upgrade. While I was annoyed because I specifically reserved a convertible, I understood that things don’t always work out. Upon arriving at the location today they told us we could have a minivan or nothing. A minivan is in no way comparable to a convertible, let alone an upgrade. And they still have a hold on the money. When I called later and asked to speak to the manager to find out how they would make this right I was told I’d get a call back in a few minutes. 1/2 hour later and nothing. This location is staffed by liars and cheats. They’ve ruined my anniversary and don’t even have the decency to return a call and explain how lying to customers is an acceptable business practice. Don’t waste your time or money here, they will only screw you over in the end.

*RE DOING THIS REVIEW* it has been multiple weeks since I’ve used this place for the first time. They just charged me $125 randomly tonight on my debit card. I have no idea how they even have my card information saved, even after we already paid the amount in full upfront and returned the car in the same condition. DO NOT COME HERE. BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES! I’m now canceling my card and waiting on a new card to come into the mail.

This review is for this location only. This is my experience.

Went there mid morning on memorial day. It was pretty busy lobby and only 1 employee. I heard Seth but could be Saif. Dude is a master. He had some ladies there that seemed nice but omfg. Handled them like a pro. Another customer there, gone before i knew it. I was up. Mind you handling calls and everything else. Got my info. Brought my car. Super professional and nice. Even complimented my unkept hair. Lol. I thought i was going in for a nightmare. Came out pleasantly surprised and want to go back. Drop car off, Saif wasnt there but anither employee was, same. In and out and thank you. Just how i like it. Thank you guys.

Best car rental! Nicest employees ever. Such a wonderful experience. Reggie picked us up at our hotel and gave us so much information about where to dine, etc. Definitely rent from this place!

Needed a rental car and went to enterprise, came back the next day since the storm in Florida had caused a branch to fall and leave a small dent in the roof, a lady named Fran assisted me and helped me through these past couple days, great customer service from her.

Had to rent a car through the insurance claim. First time we went there with the reservation and unfortunately there was nothing there. But by the next day, Austin was able to give us nice and clean car. The process was overall easy.

Back in February I asked for a rental car at the Mariott Singer Island. Just a regular car. Nothing fancy. It was late in the day so they sent the only car they had left a beautiful Lincoln. It was so convient and luxurious! When I needed to extend the rental it was no problem.

These people are liars. If you have an insurance claim, do not use this location. The vehicles are old and raggedly and has many mechanical problems and issues. I will not give them not one star, they do not deserve any stars. I am not happy witb my experience with them.

Thoroughly impressed with the customer service at this location. I needed picked up from the body shop to get a rental and Louis picked me up within 10 minutes. He was friendly and very professional! I appreciate the ease especially after a hectic day at the airport! Highly recommend!

Enterprise in West Palm Beach made the rental process very easy. They picked me up at a location down the street, and dropped me off after I returned their car. Very convenient, as they usually are. The staff was friendly and super efficient. Car was clean but appeared to be an old model.

Fast and easy service. We rented an SUV for a local trip and was pleased at the quality of vehicle we received. Great on gas and checkout was a breeze!

Had to rent a car while repairs were being made. Louis, from the Blue Heron Boulevard location showed up on time and was very pleasant. The same courteous service was experienced when I brought the car back and Ken drove me to the repair shop.

Incompetent people. You call over and over to confirm information, you arrive at the location, and absolutely nothing that was told to you over the phone is accurate. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere else, that “just come in, we’ll get you in a car” is definitely a lie, they just want you to come in and waste your time. Both Luis and the other gentleman that’s with him, have no idea what they’re talking about.

Terrible experience! I did a reservation online and was told upon arrival of policy changes that effects me renting a car. I have rented from this location numerous times and have had Terrible experiences the last two times! I DONT RECOMMEND THEN NOR WILL I EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!

Rented the vehicle out for one week & in returning of the vehicle was not given an inspection or walk thru but was charged $150 to vacuum the vehicle. When asked for proof of vehicle that required detailing was given a run around and told that would not happen. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS ENTERPRISE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ALLEGATIONS!

Great service! The Jeep Grand Cherokee is really nice. I didn't realize though, there was marijuana scented air freshener. This should do wonders for my sassy old lady image.

No cars available! They let me make the reservation, I pay for the uber to get there and then they just tell me they have no cars available. Now I have to pay for the uber back. Beautiful!

They are kind of thieves.they take advantage of my deposit and took $125 because I dropped the car in Miami Beach, but after I called them and they said that is free of charge. Thieves!

The service here is terrible I don’t recommend any getting car from here. I had to separate experience with them and both was terrible the are always over booking and never have your car at the location! Just bad service

They went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car that I rented. They were pleasant and professional. Pick up and drop off was very easy and efficient.

Terrible experience! I rented 3 times from this place and every time is was something. The car you rent is never available so you are forced to pay more for whatever is available & when I asked to speak to the manager about my full deposit not being fully refunded he told me “it’s basic math” VERY RUDE! I will never rent from here again! There was no solution trying to be made just smart responses. There is one guy there who does great work though. I did appreciate him but overall would not recommend

Terrible customer service. As I said below I reserved car, got there, and was sent to three different locations with one of them being an hour feast. The third location still didn’t have a car and I had to wait two hours before someone returned one. They didn’t sanitize it for Covid or anything.there were atleast four other people there waiting as well. Customer service just says they will call you back and don’t. Same with whoever is responding to these reviews!

Terrible. The branch and all of its employees are great, it’s enterprise as a whole. I had made reservations for another location, and I arrived and they didn’t have a vehicle. They sent me to another location who also didn’t have a vehicle. Keep in mind I’m using Uber to get to these locations. I spent over $100 in Uber in this day. Finally They send me to this location which is 45 min from where I was. I arrive and they also don’t have a car. I decided to wait and after two hours a vehicle finally became
Available. They were just about to close so there is no way they sanitized it for Covid. The customer service team on the phone told me a district manager would be in contact with me, get this- in 7-14 days. It’s been a Month plus and never received a call. Once again, the employees at this specific branch were great. The employees at corporate- awful customer service if you have any issues prepare to be waiting a month for a call back (that’s if they ever call back).

The folks here are kind and considerate and actually listened during our telephone conversation. The young man gave us a couple of good options and was helpful in helping us resolve the issue.

Worst service ever! Spoke to Mark who claims he is the manager who didn’t bother telling me there was no luxury cars when I had a reservation made in advance. He calls me to tell me he doesn’t have one for 12pm but should by 3, when I called back to check if another location may he said the airport. I asked if his location will have one at 3 for my reservation time and he said no! How horrible what’s the point of booking a reservation when your not going to accommodate the customer and never once tell me there’s no luxury car that I reserved. I had to ask if there was any, so I would’ve shown up and not get the car I reserved!

Great staff, exceptional experience. They gave me a ride back and forth from my hotel so I could pick up the car. They went above and beyond and gave me a ride back at near closing hours. Car was clean, new and upgraded at no cost because they did not have the smaller one I had booked. They are very communicative and gets the job done.

Very pleased and will return. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to many enterprise locations, this one by far has the worse customer service. I’ve used this specific location about 5 times and 4/5 times they have either not had the car reserved available and had to send me to another location, received cars with a wet dirty exterior that masked previous scratches, and well as poor customer service.

I highly recommend enterprise and I still use them for all my rentals but not this location.

They are below my expectations of an enterprise location and this one should be avoided.

I had to get some repairs done on my vehicle. When I tell you the convenience of having Enterprise at the shop is a plus. No hassle, no worries. It was a great experience.

The staff at the Riviera Beach location are phenomenal. LaMarcus and his team always make sure you’re satisfied with your rental experience from start to finish. They are easily accessible when you need a pick up or modification. Plus, their honesty takes it to the next level. My favorite rental company and location thus far.

The current supervisor does not belong in customer service. I had a reservation booked with my License info and it said there was no issue using a debit card. I needed a car to travel home to see my family for Christmas. I arrived and they said they didnt have any cars. I waited for a car to get there and it did, 10 minutes before close. The supervisor said I couldnt rent because I didnt have a FL license or a credit card. The customer service representative of enterprise said I could still use my debit card if I had utility bills present proving I lived in the area.

I had them present but the supervisor refused to help me. I have rented with my license in Florida before without issue. The whole time the supervisor was being smug with me, smiling when I was upset, and rude as if he liked seeing me upset. At 3 pm he said my name and walked outside, I was hoping he may make a deal with me. Instead he said nothing, turned around, and locked the door on me.

I am now unable to see my family for christmas due to all other places being booked and the limited time I had to take off work. My grandfather who raised me probably won't be alive by next Christmas. I will never use enterprise again.

Reserved a suburban. When I arrived I was given a Ford Flex which is significantly smaller and does not fit my family. No apologies were made and the representative told me to “be happy you are even getting a car”! They charged me the same price as the suburban until I called corporate to complain. Upon returning the vehicle ms. Richards informs me she is charging me an additional $50 because pet hair was in the car. No animals had been in the car and of course there was no manager to speak to. Enterprise is the only rental company I ever use but thanks to this location I will never return. Extremely rude miserable employees and bad service.

I went to pick up my rental and the guy told me that they did not have any vehicles available. This was my second reservation with Enterprise today. The office was closing in 30 minutes and there were 2 other people ahead of me. When the first place ran out of vehicles to rent i called ahead to make sure there would be a car for me, and I was told there was. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Nice, helpful agents. Bad neighborhood. They lost a star for corporate/city issues. The sign on the road needs the be repaired and the bushes around the sign need to be trimmed so you can actually see the sign.
