Brianna the branch rental manager did everything she could to not be helpful. First she refused to honor the online reservation. Then she upgraded my rental to a luxury Suv for more than double the price I was quoted without my approval. This was the classic bait and switch. It felt like she knew I needed a car and let me charge him for anything I could.
Really terrible customer service made me feel like she was happy screwing me.

I chose a Ford Mustang convertible instead of this they gave me a compact car Nissan 2021 for $55 per day and another deposit of 300 the car stank of dogs and cats the filters were never changed inside everything was dirty the seats were filled with drinks the tank was empty very tuned. Very disappointed.

This place absolutely sucks! Incompetence at its finest! Do NOT rent a car from them! Anywhere else is better. I never leave reviews so for me to leave this.it’s bad! I got an old beat-up car that smelled like a tobacco factory. I got out of the car smelling like a heavy smoker. Briana the manager said I was to sensitive. I was the problem not her car. I was promised another car within an hour. I waited 3 no call back, then I'm told they called me. Honestly this particular store is horrible. I would give it zero stars if I could!

Worst location - Rent your car elsewhere because these people don't care about service or have any concept of integrity.

I called in advance to confirm which make/models of vehicles were available. The receptionist lied about the availability of luxury vehicles at the Sunny Isles location. Upon arrival I was told the make/models were never discussed nor available. The receptionist then got upset that I asked the manager to pull the recording from our call and actually yelled at me. Both the manager and receptionist became extremely rude, combative, and unprofessional. The manager then refused to rent me any vehicle, asked me to leave the location. This experience is absolutely crazy. I won't use Enterprise again.

Booked a car and took an Uber 40 minutes from south beach to reach the office. When we arrived there was no car. They didn’t even bother texting or calling. Now we will need to take an Uber back. Avoid at all costs.

Awful and horrendous “service”. We booked a car, received a confirmation and spent 80 EUR with an Uber to get to the location. When we got there a completely useless agent told us that she didn’t have the car. In fact, she didn’t have any car. Wasted half the day, money and the opportunity to rent somewhere else. Why do they confirm a booking when they don’t have the car? Why didn’t they contact us (they had phone and email) ? Why did the agent seem like she couldn’t care less that they f… up? Go somewhere else.

Booked a convertible several weeks in advance. I arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup. I was told that as convertibles are popular, they are all sold out, and would I like a minivan instead. Seriously!? Why offer a booking service if you don't bother reserving? Had to wait several hours to see if anything else would be available. No convertible. Waist of my time!

WARNING! SCAM SCAM! They tow all cars parked here and claim that you are “unauthorized” to park here. $210 to get your car back towed 7 miles from here! We saw many cars being constantly towed away. This is a scam business that Enterprise must be fully aware of, profits from and approves this scam! CRIMINALS!

I still having horrible Costumer experience, IM THE ONLY ONE?
Last monday 5th i made a reservation In MIRAMAR location.
2150 state road.for a Mid-size Suv, after an hour, they gave me a Sporty car,, "sir.you can switch it for a mid-Suv in another location any day" they said,
I went friday 9, to Sunny isles location, they cannot help me, WE dont have vehicles to mede the switch, came back today Saturday 10th.nothing, same excuses,
They send me to North Miami location. Ne 123 rd st, ne 14th st.
Now 1: 57pm im at the Store, Sitting. Still waitingnot having Solutions for this issue.

Not Good:
1. One of the seat belts does not work in the back.
2. Car has a warning message saying MAINTENANCE required.
3. The Key Fobs are connected together and you have to bring 2 keys where ever you go.
4. There is no one to call, they are not picking up the phone.

I was looking for a car rent next to my hotel and I found this location, but the thing I didn't know is how helpful to worker's are!
I wanna say big thank you for John Vasquez!
I never saw someone like him that really care for the client.
I came around 5 and they was about to close so I went to the car rental but they wanted to close.
And the John called me "come I will help you" and then I knew this is the guy that I'm gonna rent from his rental for the rest of my life!
After 10 min I was ready with a car and with a big smile!
So John thank you one more time and I'm waiting for the next time!
Thank you enterprise for have those kinds employees definitely going to be back!

The best Enterprise location in south Florida!
Staff are so awesome, feels like family, I rent on a weekly basis, the service is always top notch, cars are nice, clean and new, this team is amazing! Each one of the employees are there to give you the best experience they can when renting a car!

They went beyond and above with their support.
When I left Florida to head back to Canada
I was driving home alone they made sure my truck was in perfect condition and even took time to check on me to make sure I was safe right until I returned my truck in platsburg
These three incredible men deserve
So much recognisition
I have sent many people and the feedback has always been 10 stars
I thank the entire staff who also made sure my rentals were perfectly sanitised
And completely in top performance
I look forward to renting again and referring many others

We were waiting to get the van for an hour and we go back to pick it up and they told us we don’t have one for us after telling us they do … and they had our phone number which they could of called us sooner and let us know but instead they never did and let us wait for more then hour

Our visit was not great.it was PHENOMENAL thanks to Zachary Skinner! I came to Miami from Pittsburgh to enjoy my 25th birthday and I can honestly say that Zach took part in that. He was patient, kind, and SOOOOOOOOOOO helpful! He worked with us when we didn’t have things planned out all the way until we brought the car back and was running behind! If anyone EVER comes to this location I recommend Zachary Skinner 1 Trillion times. His customer service is A1. His patience is DECADENT! And he’s an all around phenomenal worker. National enterprise knew what they were doing when they hired him. I can’t say thank you enough for making my visit PERFECT! And I will be back with my business. I feel like he deserves a raise and an employee of the year award

I’m visiting from Maryland in Mia I got here and tried to rent a car at 16850 Collins ave after changing my reservation because it was closer to my hotel when I walk in I was not greeted I was ignored when I finally got the young man attention he asked me for my reservation and told me he didn’t have any cars mid conversation he walked away from me no excuse me or Anything told me to call back later to see if they have cars or they will call me I Asked if he could call another location to get a car based on my reservation he said I needed to call myself I told him I have never had this asked of me before he just said if you want a car you have to call because I don’t have what you are looking for I rented from the airport but the car malfunctioned road side set it up for me to go back to the 16850 Collins location I told her they were very rude before and to call ahead to make sure they have the proper car she did and assured me it was all set I was talking to my husband outside on the phone i was upset so I was cursing in the conversation with my husband I was in tears because why did I deserve this I went back inside only to be told that because i used profanity on my phone to my husband they would not service me I still do not have a car that I’m still contracted to have

I had multiple rentals during my stay in the area. I had a great experience with all of them, cars were sparkling clean and staff was efficient. Erik in particular went above ans beyond to male sure my return was as smooth as possible

I rent very often and jon is the best he always says yes if I need a car! He always works his magic to get me going on my work trips. Enterprise you need to given appreciation to employees like Jon Loria who really exemplify excellent customer service

Si that no one gets tricked by enterprise

Our plan: as easy as getting a convertible, roof off and drive to key west on Thursday come back Friday night and enjoy the weather and the views from the convertible.

Our reality:
1.got a voicemail on Tuesday confirming our reservation for a convertible.
2. Got to the pick up location at 9: 30 on Thursday and after a 15 minute wait we are told there were no convertibles. Our only options were SUVs
3. I checked myself online and could see Convertibles available in other locations nearby. After complaining, staff tried to look for other cars in the area.
4. Were told there was nothing else available. We asked for the manager to come out. He was too busy on a conference call. It was 10: 30 already
5. A staff member tells us there is an option to get a Dodge Challenger. It's not what we wanted but it is better than SUVs. It is already 10: 40
6. Finally manager comes out. He tells us that we don't have a convertible because it is in the repair shop. The reason why they don't have more is according to him "a global manufacturing shortage of convertibles from Ford motor company"
7. He also tells us that they call every customer before hand when there is an issue like this. I ask him why I didn't get a call to let me know of the situation so that I could go to your competition and try my luck. He says that in the reservation I did not provide my phone number. I tell him that he is lying to me. He says he has no motivation to lie to us but obviously he is lying. My phone number was on the reservation and I had received a VM on Tuesday confirming.
8. Manager says let me see what I have available, leaves the scene to never come back and explain to us what the options are.
9. Staff member comes out grabs our suitcase and starts walking towards a car. I ask him where are we going and he says, "To get the challenger". At that point we gave up and said fine.
10. Staff member (very nice) takes us to the sunny Isles enterprise location. He shows us the car and we get a 10% discount on the challenger rate.
11. As we are about to leave, a customer drops a Red mustang convertible. The car we wanted. I ask why can we not get that car. I am told that it is a prepaid car through Alamo. Not sure what that means, but at that point I know I have a reservation for a mustang, I am getting a challenger after having lost over 1 hour and a half and there is a Mustang parked by the door at the sunny isles location.

Customer service was fantastic. Friendly, kind, and straight forward. Highly recommend! We had to wait for a while because there were so many customers. But when it was our turn, we were attended to promptly. Hassle free transactions, Johnathan the Manager was absolutely kind and attentive. Definitely will be back next visit.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They will charge you additional dates and then hang up on you several times when you try to talk to someone about this issue.
They do this to a lot of customers. I just tried to call now and Zach hung up on me twice.

I'm very disappointed with my car rental experience today. I booked a car rental through expedia 5 days ago for pick up today. The location for the reservation was 16850 Collins Ave. When i arrived, there was a sign on the door saying that the location was closed and that I would have to go to the next location at 18080 Collins Ave. I walked for about 30 mins to the specified location. My reservation was for pick up at 3pm. I arrived at 2: 15pm at the new location where the staff at the desk told me they were sold out of cars. I told them that I made a reservation 5 days ago and that I had no other form of transportation. They said there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to come back next week but they cannot guarantee me a car. I want to understand why I was not contacted if they had no car for me? What is the point of a reservation if I cannot get a car. I walked over an hour in the heat and spent money on an Uber ride just because the location over booked cars and then sold out. I always saw enterprise as a highly reputable car rental company and now I am stuck with no transportation because I decided to reserve with Enterprise.

UPDATE: After reaching out to head office, the owner reached out to me and said there is nothing they can do. I was left with no car. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I have been referred to by City of Miami police officers too Montae and Moises at this location an these two guys are professional and patience.their customer service is always genuinely delivered to make me feel comfortable and confident that I am getting the best price an car. I had a poor customer service experience they inconvenience me I booked a van that I was supposed to pay only for $463 and they overcharged me for two different cars instead of trying to work with me and giving me a discount or something I was given absolutely nothing and they even charge me more after the fact that I was late returning the car but they inconvenience me five hours I sit at the dealership from 12-6pm I was waiting for A vehicle and now I have to sit here and fight with them to give me some type of compensation back that’s just not fair I always rent from enterprise and this is the first time I have to experience something like this.

Rented a car while in Miami South Beach to drive to the Keys. I had accumulated enough points for a free rental so we splurged and rented a convertible Mustang. I placed the reservation online and assumed I was renting from the Enterprise on 5th St, about 2 miles from my hotel AND the Enterprise location I selected. I was wrong. It switched my location to another Enterprise located about 30-35 minutes away. I called the location after placing the reservation to confirm everything and to schedule a pick-up. This location did not have enough staff to schedule pick ups (isn't this what Enterprise advertises?). After going to the wrong location and then having to Uber to the other location ($23), I learn they gave away my reservation since I was late. No they did not bother to give me a call. Instead of the convertible Mustang, I got a Dodge Charger. Then I had to return the vehicle and take an Uber back to my hotel ($21). To say the least, I was very disappointed with this rental experience. I've been a loyal Enterprise renter since the late 90's which is how I accumulated so many points. This experience left a really bad taste about Enterprise.

I bring Two star because the staff were pretty good and them get for me a car just 5 minutes before close, but the company's strategy disappointed me because I check the availability first and then reserve the car on line, at last was a cheated because the agency didn't get car for anyone that day.

Extremely rude and unprofessional manager at this location named Arienne, rented a car here on 8/28 and have made several extensions the last one being on 9/19 to return on 9/25. The manager calls me this morning on 9/22 literally screaming at me to return the car and it’s overdue. I explained to her that it was extended through 9/25 due to the fact that I just got out from the hospital from surgery and I cannot drive at the moment and she goes on to scream and argue with me saying disrespectful things and goes as far as to say “you keep extending, is there something wrong with you! ” Excuse me? I’m sorry if extending a rental car while paying for it is an issue for her, I was under the impression that they were in the business of doing just that.

Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this location unless corporate does something about it and replaces management here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!

All managers that work here are really mean and helpless. We rent a Toyota Corolla, they gave us a car with the license plate expired, we had to go back to exchange the car for a Mini Cooper they said they weren’t going to charge anything extra. LIES, they charged $600 extra, when we try to contact the managers they were mean and helpless regardless their mistakes, we lost a whole day dealing with this company.

This location deals with telling people that have reservations confirmed to come in but then they have NO cars AVAILABLE I called before and Spoke with Tamara. She reassured me a car would be on hold at 11am after speaking with reservations. I just rented from enterprise a week prior. I have an insurance claim and need a car for several weeks. I had to walk over a mile they never picked me up! I arrived and no cars available as well as another lady. I ended up going to Hertz. They picked me up from enterprise! Call them. 18190 Collins ave.

Rented a car and it has a very bad smell inside. Poor customer service. Still have this terrible smelling car, already got sick from it. Representstuve just unable to provide a replacement. Stay away from this place and unacceptable customer service.

I made reservations week ahead. I have called as soon as I landed in Ft. LAUDERDALE I was put on hold for 30 minutes while I was ubering there when I got there I was told they have no car for me and I have to wait until they will get one from other store with out giving time frame. It looked like she was doing me a favor just by talking to me.
