Total Scam. Its a bait and switch. DO NOT BOOK HERE. IDC if they offer 1 penny for 7 days dont do it. You will get there and all they say is well now its to market rate.whatever the hell that could be

I really liked the dedication and attention I received from the agency. Without a doubt I would use them again

DO NOT RENT HERE! It will be so painful to explain why not, but almost ruin my family vacations. Just don't do it is a high SCAM. Something that they sell you for a 150$ rent can end up on more than 700$

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Terrible. Stay away! Rented online. Used American Express to pay. Arrived. Club Car picked me up and took me a good 20 minutes to a remote locale away from the airport. Upon arrival, I was told that my American Express card (through which I have rental car insurance) was not accepted, despite their having used it for the original rental. Further, they said that I would need more than the 2-week rental fee for insurance. If I could produce my declaration page from my insurance with liability exceeding $300K I didn’t have to buy their insurance. Luckily my wife was near a computer and could search the USAA (our insurance) website and email that to me. Once I did that, they said they can’t accept USAA insurance (screw you, veterans!) David, the manager was unhelpful and dismissive. As my anger increased, he threatened to call the police on me. I was polite, but firm. I guess that’s illegal now? He had me over a barrel so I forked over an extra $550 (!) for insurance plus an additional (supposedly refundable - we’ll see what happens on my return) deposit. In addition to the original $312 rental charge. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I had to hit a star to post. There are no “negative star” options.

Great customer service! Nice and clean cars and extremely affordable! After horrendous experience at the Orlando airport, waited in line for 2 hours for our pre-reserved rental car at Thrifty with over hundred people only to find out that the people before us who rented cars went out to get their car and waited 2 more hours and there were no cars, and no one out there to help them. They just kept taking peoples money and sending them to the parking lot where no cars and no workers available to help! Had to Uber to our hotel at 1: 30 in the morning and found Club Car Rental nearby! Yohandro (sp) ? , was amazing and had a nearly brand new car for us in 25 minutes we were on our way’. Will never go through the airport rentals again!

If you want to have a great experience renting cars while you’re in orlando THIS IS THE PLACE GUYS.

From someone who has a decent amount of car rental experience. DO NOT DO IT! Don’t let the flashy price tag fool you! You will only find they will try and make it up on insurance! If you read this and still proceed all I can say is you are asking for it! The good reviews here are a joke!

I would give negative point if I can. I wait for 1 hour for their pickup from airport so I am so angry! … terrible conversation with the agent and then he just cancel my reservation since my attitude is not okay with him!

The worst rental experience ever, what a scam. If you go through a toll you don't have the option to pay on your own. They accept all insurance so will pay an arm n leg for theirs. DO NOT GO HERE!
