They are truly amazing and take the time to really work with the homeowner to walk you through what can be an overwhelming process. We have worked closely with Isaiah Loy on our project which involved an insurance claim. When we ran into a speed bump with the insurance claim, Isaiah went above and beyond to get us to the finish line! We truly could not have navigated this with out him! Excellent company who works hard for their customers!

CFEB handled our insurance work to replace the roof after damage in a recent hurricane. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it which seems rare in a contractor these days. I have already recommended them to several people.

I spoke to 10 different contractors about my roof replacement project on my 2 story house (with steep roof), but in the end Ed Petrow and Central Florida Equity Builders earned my trust and business. From the beginning Ed was very professional, a good listener, and was very willing to take the time to answer my many questions, understand my concerns, and ultimately make sure I was comfortable with his proposal, which required doing the job within a narrow time window. After the material arrived on schedule, Ed's team of 10 arrived on the target date at 6: 15 am and worked virtually non-stop, and completed the job in 1 day, and the workmanship was outstanding! Throughout the day the foreman (Joseph) did a good job of keeping me informed of the progress and making sure I was satisfied. The crew came back the next morning to clean up, which was followed by a courtesy walk-thru visit from Account Manager Michael Quail, who made sure I was 100% satisfied with the cleanup and overall job; like Ed, Mike was very courteous, and a true professional. Overall, it was a great buying experience, and highly recommend CFEB for any of your roofing needs!

The CFEB team followed through on their commitments and finished on time. They kept us in the loop during the entire build and delivered a premium product. I had a very short window to get my roof replaced due to my homeowner insurance company being liquidated. I called around to quite a few places. Tim (from CFEB) came out, gave me an extremely fair quote and followed through with everything that he promised me. I was super nervous because this is such a big job when you have to pay out of pocket. He answered all of my questions throughout the process.
