I cannot recommend a better practitioner than Gerald Marshbanks at Allcare Medical. He is accessible, engaged, and in the present when caring for his patients.

Excellent service, PA and “shadow” RN listened and worked with me on what we feel is the best treatment plan! No rushing from the staff! 5 stars!

I went into Lakewood ranch emergency for extreamly low sodium. They administered intervenes sodium until my level was brought up to the level of safty. I was deadly sick. They treated me so good. They took many mri to find out what was the cause. They were so explicit. After the stomach mri the diagnosis was upper intestinal infection. They said we sent all the records to your doctor. You must continue with the antibiotics. This hospital should be getting a 5 star. The doctors & nurses were were so professional & polite in their exam. I will only go to this hospital if needed. Excellent

After my Dr apt I was scheduled a telehealth appointment which I’ve never done before, I’m old school, I prefer a regular phone call but this was super easy to do on my phone and Ms Kayla McNulty is a true gem! She’s more the a PA, I can’t remember all the initials after her name or I would’ve put them here for you. My first apt with her was amazing, I was completely uncomfortable going to someone I’d never seen before but she made me feel like we were old friends! Ms Kayla made me feel at ease and the apt was over before I knew it! The follow up was this telehealth call and boy oh boy was she thorough! I like that! Of course Ms Kayla has a great personality, she actively listens, even when she’s being a little hard on me she’s really nice about it all in all I’m so glad to being going to AllCare and having Ms Kayla McNulty looking after my care.

Impossible to get hold of anyone in the phone! If you leave a message they either never call you back or call you a week later! Very unprofessional!

It is almost impossible to get an appointment in this place! No one ever responds. Calling is challenging as it's hard to get someone when you need to speak to them even for a medication refill! When I talked to one of the front desk stuff, she started complaining about that they are so over piled with work and there isn't enough stuff to cover answering the phone and replying promptly to requests! This place is making money left and right I don't see why the won't hire more professional stuff to accommodate their customers especially when they charge higher visit rates!

Had an appointment for Aug. 29 @ 1. When checking in they did not have my appointment scheduled. I had the card with the date and time with me. I was informed they got a new computer system, and my information didn’t get added. I was told I would have to reschedule. Not one time did the staff say I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

Gerry my PA did a great job on my physical second visit. The entire staff was very professional and friendly.

I have been raving to several friends about my experience. I haven’t had a primary doctor/obgyn in 6 years from bad experiences. AllCare exceeded all of my expectations and restorer my faith in the medical field.

My Primary Doctor at AllCare Medical Center is DR MATTHEW NESSETTI! My Insurance Company and I have been Billed and Paid $1000's of Dollars to AllCare Medical Centers, yet I have Never Met this Doctor Once! I have asked who he is, if I can talk to him, but Never once in a Year, has he ever reached out to Meet Me, shake my hand, or return any of my phone calls! Very Sad, because AllCare has a Beatiful Facility in Lakewood Ranch, with many Awesome Nurses, Nurses Aides, and Customer Service!

AllCare medical continues to be an outstanding GP practice. They have increased their capabilities in all diagnosis areas. We are pleased to haven them as our primary care staff.

Scheduling for a new pt appt was just terrible. They don't call you. Doctors walking out on them. They wait for you to walk in and reschedule instead of calling. Been rescheduled twice. Both times i had make sure I was still on their books.third reschedule, i just didn't show up. They didn't have respect for my time. So i shall show no respect for theirs.as a health care professional. A patient shouldn't go through this.

I’m so disheartened writing this review because my children have had awesome experiences in the care of Kelly Brown. This review is solely based on the front end operation not that of the health care providers themselves. My husband had a visit in June/July to help discover some reoccurring health concerns, testing was ordered. After a few months All Care called to collect payment that was apparently “left over” from what our insurance covered. That “left over” payment was higher than a straight up out of pocket visit cost. So there lays problem number 1. Problem number 2 is that I have called no less then 20 times to inquire about the test results preformed nearly 5 months ago… I am either passed around, hung up on, promised a call back, or the phone just rings and rings with no answer at all. I was told they never got the results then that they got the results and someone would call me by the end of the day… of course I heard from no one… this is nearly a $750 visit for no answers, no urgency, and what feels like straight up neglect. Shameful and unprofessional. Needless to say we will never go back. Still waiting on those results and an explanation for payment as I type this.

Truly a blessing to have found this place. Everyone is professional, polite, and genuinely care about patients. Had an emergency and they were able to see me the next day. Recommend this medical facility to anyone looking for awesome doctors and nurses.

Would love to have the opportunity to see a Dr, but they refused to see me because I declined to complete a form with my credit card #, expiration date and cvv. Never been asked for that information before seeing a Dr. I pay my bills on time, and have zero medical debt. You would think they would be more interested in people, instead of money. What about people that don't have a credit card?

I went to establish care at All Care and seen their PA, Sean Gast. He was great and super easy to talk to. I highly recommend going to see him!

Professional, courteous, and will listen carefully to your concerns and thoughts regarding your condition. Will explain and make sure you understand follow up plan for solutions. Great specialists recommendations when applicable.

Love this practice and it’s team. Dr. Doris is awesome and genuinely cares for her patients. Lindsay is wonderful and takes time to explain everything. Two thumbs up and highly recommended.

Everyone that you come in contact with does their job so well and with a smile makes you feel perfectly comfortable no matter what you were there for I appreciate that signed the grouchy old man.

I moved from NJ to FL in December, and now with insurance finding a doctor was a nightmare. I saw Kellie 2 times and she is very calm, knowledgeable, and doesn't rush you in the room and is available for questions. The office is very busy so setting up the first appointment I had to wait a few weeks, but it was worth it. As someone who has anxiety, I feel comfortable visiting this office and I trust Kellie's medical opinion.

The team at AllCare Medical are incredible! Not just once, or twice, but on several occasions someone, somehow, went above and beyond to help solve an issue. From the front desk administrative team, to the on-call provider, to the medical assistants, PA’s, and Dr. Matt Nessetti himself, everyone has shown compassion and concern to our family. I've been a patient at AllCare for 3 years now and the APRN, PA's, and MDs are all so knowledgeable and kind. I now have Kellie Brown, and she is so experienced and caring. I truly feel I've had the best care, encountered the nicest folks. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called this morning to schedule a sick appointment for my daughter. They told me the soonest appointment is august 16th. So an INFANT is supposed to wait a week with an ear infection to be seen. That’s what the staff at this office believes. Thats dangerous practice and I will be contacting the board. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Moving to Sarasota, FL with my husband and our 4 children has always been a dream of ours, but with this, comes stressors like finding new doctors and such, especially ones that are loving, warm, welcoming, trustworthy and focuses on true health. We found all of that and more at AllCare and so blessed to be able to take our whole family there. We recently moved from the DC area and when I started to look for a new doctor All Care Medical Centers was the only kind and responsive practice. The PA Lindsey is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my complaint. She made sure I left without any questions. I recommend this practice to those who recently moved to the area.
