The worst experience I ever had!
I booked a 7 seat minivan. I got there on time and waited for 75 min. The guy that’s works there (name: Dominic) was very rude and unfriendly. He said they don’t have any 7 seat car and can only offer me a 5 seat car maybe in 30-45 min!
I said I booked this car because we are 7 people not because I like minivans!
Long story short: this guy was very unfriendly, canceled everything and told me to get out.
A few other people there had also the same problem and went angry out of the shop!
I am suing the company for all the additional new costs I have because of your unprofessional service and team.

Is this a flea market or car reservation counter? We waited in LONG LONG LINE…. ~2hrs approx to rent a car.
Booked van but not sure if I will get a sedan.

People were nice, but check in was too long. Seems like they need more resources for the demand. Workers were nice but car was BAD. Car was given to us on less than a quarter gallon (couldn’t drive more than an hour without having to stop at station), and it was written as a full tank. Line was too long so we didn’t go back, and we were already late. Then, breaks felt bad and a few hours of driving later the break light comes on. Also, way over due for oil change…car shutters every time it turns on, like shakes. Parking sensors don’t work in back and it literally screams at you when you try to park. Seems like the workers were overwhelmed which is likely why it was overlooked. They need to hire more staff.

Extremely slow and inconsiderate service. Employee assured me for 1.5 hours that the car I booked was available, and then told me I can’t have a car when I got to the front of the line (after 1.5 hours standing in the line!)

The worst location. It is NOT A NATIONAL RENTAL CAR LOCATION. It says National, but the cars are dirty, scratched, and smell. I reserved a premium, but they did not have any. They gave me a lower car with no discount and told me to come back for a premium. When I returned.they did not have any, and they would not change my rate. Called the 800 number and got Enterprise. STAY AWAY. THE GUY ASH REFUSED TO GIVE MANGERS' number. Stay away!

I love this car rental! The attention is incredible. The only issue is that as they are mostly of the time fully booked, they run short on some models they're supposed to have available for rent.

Incredibly inefficient and slow service. Even though there’s a box for key drop offs, staff will abandon checking in people for cars to process a return. Each car pick up process takes 20 minutes plus. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

Great experience from start to finish. Got upgraded to a larger vehicle at no charge, which worked out perfectly for our family. Fast and friendly service. Extremely easy drop off at Tampa International airport. Will definitely rent from Alamo again when we visit Miami Beach! Thank you, Rico!

Alamo is great - but this location is not.
It took this time over 40 min to get a car.
It’s actually faster to Uber to MIA and get it there.
They gave me the wrong type and tried to give it with a half empty tank.

We were satisfied with the service and the speed at the check in counter. Had no problems with the car and the return was also without complications.

My experience with Alamo was excellent the staff was great they are located at aguadilla Puerto Rico airport. I am already going to book my next trip to Puerto Rico and I am using again Alamo car rental thank you

We picked a car with a hole on the ground, rear tire not air not registering, exhaust/muffler sounds like it about to fall off. Check your cars before you drive off.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. When you book the car they ask you the time you will pick it up in order to have it available one will think but NOT! Got there on time and a lady with a terrible attitude just said they work based on a first come first served basis and if theres no cars available you are offered the ones they have either by paying the difference or just accepting the downgrade. She tried to charge an extra $300 from an intermedite to a regular SUV. Definitely will not be using Alamo anytime soon

Why these two ladies that look just a like and act JUST ALIKE, come off so snobby like we aren't in the projects and they don't live in low life setting.beyond me. BUT I will say they got mad because their door is broken and it slams really hard so that may of been why they gave us such a hard time.girls

Absolutely horrific experience. Reserved my car ahead of time and showed up to a line down the street with the worked telling customers they “ran out of cars”. Inexcusable.

NEVER GO HERE, NO STARS ARE DESERVED! If I could rate them negative stars I would. When I booked a car for my trip in Miami and showed up for my reservation they told me there were no more available cars! They took my name down on a list and told me they would call when they received more because supposedly they receive two to three cars every hour. I never received a call and when I showed up to ask how far down on the list my name was they were closed. I caught the employee walking out and he explained that they didn’t have the car and to come back tomorrow. Miami may be a busy place but if a car company can’t keep up with amount of reservations they make then don’t allow me to book it or simply send an email letting me know. I had to waste money on a Uber for them to tell me I would not be getting a car that I had already reserved! NEVER GO HERE. The staff didn’t even direct me to another location that could help or give me options they simply told me they don’t have cars to come back another day! Extremely unprofessional and highly disgusted. Worst part is I wasn’t the only one in that list people from A MONTH AGO reserved a car and didn’t receive one. So just stay away

Horrible customer service. Ridiculously high holds on your credit card as well. Uber to the airport and rent a car from there, easy and you can use a debit card. “Manager” was anything but helpful.

David (agent), was very helpful with me, he was kind and considerate. The problem is not the staff, it's that the site is short of employees to handle the customers. I would recommend the management of the rental car agency to have at least 5 customer service agents during peak hours to handle the bottle neck of customers. Upper and middle management needs to support the front line agents with more assets.

A poor experience at the end of any situation will be what you remember most. My situation started fairly routine and as expected. I arrived early and was quickly checked in. I had to wait for my specialty car to be cleaned and gassed up. A little inconvenient but no complaints.
Upon returning the car I wanted to switch credit cards. The guy at the counter was already frustrated from other stresses and it was apparent by his attitude. I asked to change the card and he became quickly flustered as the terminal he kept swiping and tapping my card gave a chip error. He handed my card back and said he couldn't do it. I said I just used the card 10 minutes ago and it worked fine and asked of that was the only terminal, could he try another one. He looked at me and said "Well I used it 10 minutes ago and it didn't work! " And proceeded to challenge my request. I immediately took offense and decided it was best to concede and not change the card. I walked away feeling that the treatment I received was unfriendly, unhelpful and unwilling and he failed to provide any customer service or experience.
I take offense these days to being treated poorly in any relationship whether personal or business. I also want to make sure that those at this location who did provide great service are thanked. So thank you! All it takes is one bad experience at the end to lose a customer. I will certainly think twice before renting here again.

This location seriously needs customer training. It is overstaffed, yet they would not work to help out the waiting, present, on-time, patient, and prepared with reservation customers. As I am writing this, I also waited an hour and a half in line to pick up a pre-booked car (reserved 1 Week in advance). There were other costumers waiting after me and received worst treatment on what falls under Alamo n/k/a Enterprise Car Rental's responsibilities to their customers. If no cars were available until the end of the day, the reservation drops at the end of day and the next day, they would only honor the ones reserved for that next day, no matter how the pre-served reservations were waiting 1 day ahead. As I can tell from many other reviews here, this has been a problem for a while and the company doesn't seem to want change that as the current management is thinking short-term not long-term preservation of their business reputation or their handed customers. The rating won't allow me to post without a one star rating. Not even One star rating deserved as I spent on Uber roundtrip to waste my valuable time. Enterprise/Alamo is to overcharge and change the terms of the pre-existing reservations and hold unto what short-term they could to charge more to those at their mercy. Shame on you company. Enterprise in general already is having issues with their accounts being breached with fraud toll charges and overpriced 1 day car rental from fraud that have been charged to my cc and I had to cancel my cc 2 times and even with the new card, Enterprise is still sending through fraud toll charges to my new activated account and explaining to me when I called that I as a courtesy, Enterprise would reversed some of the charges. Enterprise they were never mine to start with. Shame on you!

Was interested rent a yaht. They take my number and never call back, so my and my friend dream about traveling on the yacht do not come true in these short visit. OK probably next time

Got ripped off. We agreed on full-to-full gas. After we refilled the gas and returned the car, they charged us for the full tank again.

I was a bit disappointed at first for waiting for the car over 30 minutes. The manager was very nice to switch mid size sedan with a sport 2 doors Dodge Challenger to compensate me for waiting. The car was nice, clean, and smelled like new.

I got here and they told me that it would take 2 hours to get my car despite having a reservation and getting there on time. I’d already paid for a boat charter in the keys that I had to give up because I wouldn’t be able to make it in time

Showed up at 11am for a 10: 30am reservation (thought I’d ensure they had car ready). Sign in agency says it can be up to a 2 hour wait and they apologize because they are very busy. I thought this was for people without reservations but it learned eventually it applied to everyone. It took me 1 hr 20 minutes to get a standard car. Very poorly run operation.

Reserved my vehicle at 1pm and it took more than 3hrs to get my rental. Worst experience renting a car ever. Workers have no concern. Wont be using Alamo again and will let all my people know. I missed half a day vacation because of this. Why accept reservations and you dont have cars for people?

Unfortunately we were cheated while renting a car. The option we chose was from full tu full, whereas during returning of a car we got charged for a full tank! Unprofessional service. I do not recommend as they try to rip you off.
