First time renting a vehicle. They charged me twice for one booster chair rental on my original agreement. A rental fee and a replacement fee. I returned the booster chair with the vehicle and said to the man “the booster chair is in the backseat, would you like me to return it to the other pile of boosters? ” Then he replied “no that’s Fine, leave it in the car”. Then I went on my way to board my plane. Check your cameras because I didn’t walk away with a booster chair! An UNAUTHORIZED payment was additionally removed from my credit card after the original invoice was already paid for. I called customer service and they told me it was for a booster chair replacement fee because I didn’t return it. So I got charged 3 times to rent one booster chair that I returned, confirmed and communication with to the worker! I called customer service, She basically took all my info and said someone will get back to me within a few business days and could do nothing further, with no remorse or taking any responsibility for the mistake of Alamo.
So now I wait until someone calls me. First and last time customer Alamo. WATCH OUT FOR EXTRA UNNECESSARY CHARGES, better yet, try a different rental car company.

We got over charged, got charged for two car seat when we had one. We got toll charges for 50 when we o my went through a few there was only tolls on way to airport and out. Two random charges that don’t say what they are for. And a mileage charge for going over 500 miles when we only stayed in Kissimmee area impossible. Was told I was going to get a call back that was a week ago.

First, there was no midsize SUV that I had reserved. Second, no one guided me in anything.
Third, they have two identical keys attached and cannot be removed. Then I always have to carry two giant keys in my pocket.
First and last time I rent there.

I don’t see how this place has good star rating I landed at 8: 35 pm waited 1 hour to get a shuttle to pick me up. Over one hour to get someone to help me and been waiting almost an hour for someone to bring me my rental worst case experience ever I dont recommend this place whatsoever they ruin I just apologizing will make everything ok. What a terrible way to start what supposed to be a happy vacation kids crying, thirsty and hungry pay attention when you book because this location has different companies York, next car, mex rent a car and surf price …

Returned my vehicle at Orlando international. As I exited my vehicle today, Carlos knew my name, and was there to greet me! I was shocked he was able to quickly pull up my name from the license plate number. (I believe,) Carlos did an excellent job with customer relations.

Very good service! We had an error message from the airbag on our first rental car and then went back again. We were able to exchange the car without any problems and had a large selection of cars!

Great experience at Alamo MCO. I arrived late night and was given large selection of cars to choose from which surprised me in a good way. I looked at few cars and noticed that all of them were clean, washed and vacumed. Few days after I had issues with my rental. I called alamo and within 2 hours I already had a different car! Drop off was easy and effective. Will definitely rent again at "Alamo".

Thanks to the computer kiosk, registration is now relatively quick, even when there is a lot of traffic at the counter, and you can be sure that no unnecessary add-ons will be forced on you. The Choiceline was well filled and the quality of the vehicles was also completely fine. Returning was quick and easy, this time Alamo was convincing.

We rented a mid-size SUV. Tge vehicle was fine. I required wheelchair service, so the Orlando Airport staff member helped me with that. When dropping the rental off I made mention to the attendant that I would need wheel chair service from the garage to Delta departures. They were so willing to help me out. They got a wheelchair and brought me right to Delta departures. Couldn't be more thankful to them

No complaints at all. Helpful at the desk at Orlando airport. We were upgraded from a midsize car and the car we got was no problem. No attempts to sell us add-ons to what we had booked. Drop off was also quick and easy. Also a reasonable price when compared to other companies.

I traveled over Labor Day weekend and had rented a car from Alamo using credit card rewards points. I had rented in the category of a compact car. There was only one car left in that category. The car that the first employee brought me over to looked rough. I figured it would be fine and took pictures of the outside of the car. Then I get settled into the car, but starting it up it even sounded rough. By the time I got up the front check out area I asked the employee what I should do if I run into any problems during my vacation. The employee said we have plenty of cars and no need to take that car. I said that there were no more compact cars on the lot, and she said that Alamo has plenty of cars. She directed me to pull back around and had me pick out a different car. As well as directed another employee to take the rough car off the lot. I checked out easily and she explained any questions I had. The employees name was Amirah and she really started my whole vacation off on the right foot. I'd love to put in a compliment for how easy she handled what could have been a bad situation! It really makes the Alamo Orlando airport location a stand out. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again!

Nice agent to check me in and fairly painless walk to get my vehicle. Though as a premium SUV, rental there should be more of a choice. Additionally the vehicle shouldn't have 55k miles on it. And for a premium rental- as I have I other locations- the satellite radio should work! Disappointing vehicle.

Hello, I'm really a little angry and upset with this car or car rental. When they gave us the car it was in good condition, that's the good thing. Now in the U. S. A.when you stay still the car turns off, they told me that this was to save gasoline. It was a Monday, it turns out that we went to Disney World, everything was normal, we turned on the car, everything was fine, but we decided to buy fast food because we were very tired and we didn't want to cook, it turns out that the car turns off, we reacted normally because it had already told us that the car turns off, well, we turn on the car.car and it turns out that it didn't want to start and we are in the middle of drive-tru and it turns out that strange people arrive and we were very afraid. My brother called the Alamo assistants to explain what had happened. It turns out that the Alamo people wanted to charge us 65 dollars for that when we really weren't to blame for anything! My brother complained, they gave us another car, we are 6 people and we needed a car with 6 seats or more. It turns out that my dad and my brother are going to the Alamo place and they are going for a 7-seater and he wanted a 7-seater and he tells him that everyone was already occupied, obviously he grabs a 5-seater but if we said 7 seats he didn't understand why he wanted to give us a 5 positions. Well, I had a very bad experience with this car rental place and in the end they charged us $65. I really DO NOT recommend renting here! Very bad place to rent.

This is the best place you can have a rental car is great prices with many models to choose from! We already picked up our car for our journey. They have very clean cars. They have very good staff to do it with great attitude! Thank you so much for being so nice and so friendly! We will always come back for our rental car needs! I recommend this place to everybody! Fair settlement regarding SunPass (Florida Toll System).
With Skip-The-Counter you do not have to go to the counter, but directly to the garage for your vehicle. This saves a lot of time!
Returning always goes smoothly.

Alamo Rental car came to our rescue on a recent trip to Orlando. Due to a flight cancelation and then subsequent delays, we did not get into Orlando until 3: 00 a.m. I had pre-paid for a rental car from a different company and upon arriving they could not get my card to go through for the deposit. Despite the fact that I had already pre-paid for the rental, they refused to provide me a vehicle. We had been travelling for 24 hours at this point, my disabled son, who is in a wheelchair, was experiencing some physical distress and I was lost as to what we were going to do. I approached the counter at Alamo in tears and Janine helped me calm down and made sure that they could provide me a vehicle for our trip. She made the entire thing so quick and easy and kept reassuring me. My card went through just fine and within minutes we were on our way! Alamo has a customer for life with me! I just can't thank Janine enough for her care and concern for me and my family! She deserves a medal!

Very easy process of collecting the car. No queue at the counter. They were super helpful and friendly. Collecting the car from the garage just as easy. Return was super simple and took a few minutes. Car needed a good clean when we collected it but nothing that gave us any concerns. All in all, a great experience. Going to book with Alamo next time.

We rented a car. Our tire burst 30 minutes after leaving the airport. There are no spare tires either, although there should be one. Alamo is unable to help us. We stood on the edge for at least 3 hours and Alamo didn't manage to help us. Very bad service, unfriendly and unhelpful. Definitely not recommended.
By the way, we're still standing.

Highly satisfied with their service and the staff there is friendly! Opted to skip the counter. Easy pick up and drop off at the parking lot. Had to extend drop off time due to flight delay and they were able to cater my request with no extra cost.

So many years of renting vehicles in different states and with different companies and why not Alamo? I have no answer. I regret not selecting Alamo a long time ago.

What a positive experience from the moment we stepped in line to the front desk after a long flight. India, at the front desk, was AMAZING! So incredibly kind and sweet. She made us feel welcome and at ease with our trip. She answered all of our questions, but she also went out of her way to inform us about tolls and sharing suggestions with us.

Now, we did encounter a situation where there were only a couple mid sized sedans available. This was shocking but at least they had what we booked. Unfortunately, one smelt like smoke and the other had to be returned for cleaning/detailing due to stains on the seats.

This left us with no mid size sedans. I'm allergic to cig smoke so I could not go in the one available. Juanita, one of the Alamo employees, went out of her way to get us a new vehicle that was clean, didn't smell and barely used. Before we could move out luggage, she pulled up with the van.

I still give 5 stars because the customer service was legit and they went out of the way. They really do provide good service. What was a bummer is that the gas mileage on the van was horrible compared to a mid-sized sedan. We had a 2.5 hour trip planned and this was going to cost us much more. We did not need all the space.

A few days later my husband was able to return and exchange for a different vehicle before our drive. Alamo really did the best they could to assist us. The mid-sized sedan was a 2022 Ford but it drove like a beat up old vehicle. We called while in transit to report the concerns and customer service took notes of it.

Again, we had issues but they handled it. I rarely find that these days. Usually I'm made to feel like it's my problem. I will use their services again.
