I arrived to Miami airport, everything was smoothly and perfect, I decided to waived the counter and pickup my vehicle, this was awesome, alamo has a great vehicle’s variety, this was great! I drove out the parking, just showed my drivers license and credit card and done! I didn’t put 5 stars because when I returned the vehicle in Fort Myers Airport, the person checking the vehicle told me that the vehicle was damaged, I almost have a heart attack, i said it was imposible because just drove from point a to point b and no one got close to de vehicle to get it damaged, was very upset hearing the accusations of something I didn’t do, even tough i bought insurance and if it was me I didn’t mind and get the insurance fix it, but the point is i didn't do anything wrong to the vehicle, and I was upset also thinking Alamo wasn’t traking this type of vehicle damage. It took more than 24 hours to receive my final receipt, worrying about what was going on and how to handle, honestly i have never been in an accident. I was sad at the same time thinking that you can’t trust anymore, our country has drastically changed when it comes to customer service. I hope this can go back to normal. This one guy made my whole experience going to the trash. I have to said everything else was perfect, including the phone calls I did, they were great and very attentive. I recommend Alamo but please first check your vehicle and take pictures or videos before you jump in to the car. That was my mistake trusting that everything was good.

Used skip the counter when I arrived. Chose a car and was out within 5 minutes. When I returned the car Alfredo did an excellent job getting me out within 5 minutes. Completely satisfied.

The only car rental company I use. I make frequent trips to Florida from NY and Alamo makes the process seamless. The skip the counter feature is painless. Just go to the garage and get in a car in the class you rented and that's it. I've never had an issue and this is after many rentals.

2 tips:
X Be careful with your French license, makes it in good condition / provide an international permit if you have a paper license, this will avoid misadventures if the employee at the counter want to be zealous, and decides that the document does do not go!

X Make a video or photo of the body before taking the car, because everything goes very quickly to take the car and we have no care document. (it's a habit) even if I have never had any problems with this company.

We usually rent from Enterprise, but were happy we went with Alamo when we saw the lines at the counter - 12 people vs no wait!
There was not a convertible available when we reserved, but Clara was able to get us the upgrade. Really made for an enjoyable beach getaway.

Customer service here is on point. From Alamo Orlando to Key West to Miami to leave FL, this was by far a wonderful experience. Again, with customer service. The vehicles (yes, we had more than one) were not the best, but they got us where we needed to go.

Everything with Alamo is fine except that all the cars have such touchy brakes. You can hardly touch them without jerking to a stop, even when you merely want to slow down. I like everything else about you.

I had a great experience at the Miami Airport Alamo. Will return again. Jose at the counter was very friendly and efficient. When I went to pick out my vehicle I was met by Alfredo who was awesome and extremely accommodating.

I rented from Alamo at Miami International Airport. When I made my reservation I used Accelerated Check-In and opted for the Skip the Counter. I love both of these because it saved me so much time! I opted for a very affordable luxury option and chose the Audi. I had such a great time driving that car. Thank you Alamo for a great rental car experience!

Very quick and friendly transaction. We were able to choose the car in our booking class in the parking garage ourselves. However, our car already has a few miles under its belt.

Rented Lincoln Navigator. No queue at counter. Gave me the Choice of any luxury SUV all in perfect condition. Much better than other companies in the airport.

I just regret not being able to access our toll invoices. I had to run after them for 2 weeks, I sent more than a dozen emails to all possible addresses and no one answered me. Thanks to help on the internet, I was able to access my invoice on the toll website.

Always quick, easy and efficient. Never had an issue with Alamo. They're the only car rental place I will use.

I rented through the Nomad Global partnership in Brazil and through an aggregator site called rentcars, which nomad gave a 6% discount coupon. Despite having to take a train to the MIA rental car center (in total I think it takes about 15 minutes to reach the place from the landing point) I got there, I was well assisted to do the self checkin at the totem, even though I was almost an hour late (immigration took almost 1h30min) and then I printed it and went down to get the car. I took one of the simplest ones, which is a Corolla, a guy at the door already instructed me to go and pick up any car in the category there in their space. And the guy was still Brazilian! Key was in the car, clean and with a full tank. It took a while to get out of the ticket window because my card didn't have the numbers on it, but other than that it was super fast! I haven't returned it yet, but let's see the total experience!

I received a very good car and it was quiet the whole time, but when returning to deliver the vehicle, the key got stuck in a backpack handle and neither I nor the receptionist noticed it but, I accept that I was wrong and he was also wrong key should be shared between me and the company. I wait

The attention of the person who attended us in the early morning that we arrived was TERRIBLE, it was 2am and instead of helping us find a solution; his attention was the most contemptuous with us. We went back the next morning to rent the car and when we paid, they charged us 2 TIMES the same amount. We went back the next day to get help with the duplicate charge and they didn't help us; They told us to send an email since they couldn't help us. To this day I'm still waiting for them to fix me and they never answer the calls. POOR SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
