Quick trip to Florida, rented directly from Tampa Airport. Everybody was so friendly and easy to deal with. I had a selection of SUV’s to choose from, all clean, spacious. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Alamo hasn’t always been my “go to” rental company!

Picking up in Tampa, the staff there was helpful and happy to offer directions. Dropping off in Orlando, met by Ashlee, it was as pleasant and happy. Great cars. Great people.

Returned the car to the wrong location and one of the cleaning crew moved it a row over to where we were supposed to be for us. Marc, in SRQ, who checked us out was great and friendly!

Best service we have ever had from a car hire company. No waiting, at pick up or drop off. Polite and professional staff. Brill 15 seater van, like new, no problems at all. Highly recommended.

A star needs to be added but they deserved zero starts. I was there today as my school needed a lastminute 15 passanger van, for a Football game in Jacksonville. We reserved online and had all kind of issues once we arrive to pick it up. Enita and manager Jess (not sure of the spelling) are the CAN"T DO type of employees, while they were not rude, they showed very little customer service, Enita rolling her eyes and Jess just showing up to say NO without even hearing us. Both kept cutting us midsentece. No problem solver skill from these two. Avoid Alamo Counter at TPA. They missed out on our new Business Account.

I highly suggets the very friendly Budget counter representatives and manager. I made the reservation Online from the Alamo counter and walked over to excellent customer service and even a better price. Budget saved the day!

Easy pick up and drop off. Car was clean and drove nicely. Torrean helped us at drop off and was exceptional!

They rented me a 2021 with over 50K miles. Needless to say it broke down and couldn't be started. They sent an Uber to take me to Enterprise car rental where I waited over an hour with two other customers in the same situation. To add insult to injury, they refused to give me a replacement car until I called and verified with the towing company where the broken down car was towed. Not a pleasant experience. If I wanted to rent an old car I'd look up a Rent-a Wreck and save some money. Alamo, you really disappointed me.

Great customer service during pick up and drop off at the airport. Only issue was limited selection of standard elite cars. Even though the car, I needed up with was amazing, extremely clean, and quite spacious.

We had a flat tire when we got to our destination. We emailed and no one ever responded. We had to get someone else to change the tire.

We had an issue with our original car. Had to drive back to the airport and wait almost 2 hours to get it worked out and get a new car. At that point I was very unhappy with the service. I asked for an upgrade was told yes and then the manager gave us a car in the same class (no upgrade) when I didn’t accept we ended up getting a bigger car. That car was great. Upon returning to the airport we checked the car in and then a different manager came over to ask how things were and ended up giving me a discount. I was not expecting that at all. Very pleased with the check in customer service.

Excellent customer service. Got to the counter and there was a wait and a rep named Austin took me at the kiosk. Helped me all the way. There was a slight hiccup with pricing but he handled it for me perfectly. I had originally booked with another rental car agency and switched to Alamo because the price was cheaper for a better vehicle. So glad i did! Austin and the rest of the team there in Tampa did a great job taking care of us.

First time user of Alamo and I have to say that it was enjoyable from start to finish. Signed up for "skip the counter" and received an email telling me what to do. Went to level in garage for cars and was directed to choose any car with it's trunk open. Scanned my phone upon leaving and just that like I was in and out. Return just as easy if not easier. Cars were in perfect shape. Thanks Alamo for making it easy.

Alamo provided the easiest, most convenient process for renting a car. The staff was polite and helpful, both picking up and returning the car. I will definitely use Alamo next time I need to rent a car!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We booked through a third party and payed even more to rent trough Alamo because we were happy the last time we used their services. This time however Carlos was very rude to my girl. Carlos had a poor attitude when it came to explaining about providing a card for extra charges. Then he got his co-manager (lady with walkie talkie) and she got even a worse attitude when it came to explaining about the extra charges "in case of toll charges" she said. She ended up saying they couldn't help us because she had an attitude moments after Carlos told me he could of process our request. Poor customer service all around from the moment the kid from the kiosk sent us to Carlos. Will never use this service at this location ever again.

My husband and I rented a car from the Tampa airport and the ease of getting the car was great! We chose the skip the counter option and went right to the car garage. Picked out a car we wanted and saw the attendant on the way out (took 5 minutes). Then we were on our way. Drop off was also very easy.

Booking, pick-up, and drop off were easy and efficient. We added another driver during our trip and although we had to go to a branch (vs.online), that process was quick and efficient as well. Will be using Alamo in the future!

We rented a car at the Tampa Airport for our recent vacation. The customer service agent was pleasant and efficient. We had our choice of vehicles (got a new Mustang convertible) and the price was very reasonable.this car cost twice as much at other agencies. The return drop-off was a breeze.we pulled in, they checked the car, gave us a receipt and we were on our way within 5 minutes. Highly recommend, will definitely book with Alamo again.

Couldn't have been easier. I did the online registration and pick up. Walk right to the car and skipped all the lines. Drop off was easy and fast. The only worry i had was there was only two cars left when i got there for what I rented. If i had gotten in any later would there have been none? Thankfully that was not the case.

I recently rented a car from Alamo and picked up the car at the Tampa airport. I must say that I was blown away by the professionalism and service provided by the agent at the counter. She went above and beyond to get me the best rental price and I was taken care of quickly! Alamo is the way to go!

I really enjoyed the easy transaction and the rate was a little cheaper than the competitors. Vehicle was as described, well-maintained, and clean. Drop off was quick at the Tampa Airport.
My one complaint-we went through an automated tollbooth so we could not physically pay the $1.00 toll. I received an Email that Alamo paid the toll, but charged me $3.95 to do the transaction. I really did not want to go through the hassle for $4, but the principle of it annoys me.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The car we rented was in good shape and the return process was painless.

Service desk was very professional and kind it took about 15 minutes to process everything and we were on our way. The vehicle was spotless. Definitely I’ll be using Alamo again keep up the good work guys.

I have chosen Alamo for my vehicle rental needs for several years now. The simplest reason I can give is that they take care of me each and every time I rent. No problems, Friendly people. No surprises. They go above and beyond and when you get it consistently right, why would you change? Try Alamo and you won't be disappointed.

Initial check in was the only good experience with Ms. Tequila. The rest was Poor service, I got an extension and it wasn’t recorded and overcharged

Alejandro was amazing and provided excellent service. I lost my wallet in my rental car and even after looking multiple times myself I was unable to find it. He was able to find it and return it to me. Without his assistance and honesty I would have missed my flight and lost all of my credit cards and forms of identification.

Best price out there in these trying times. I like being able to skip the counter and go right to the car.

Rented from Alamo at TPA - everyone was very nice, process was pretty easy, car was great! 4 stars because the wait for checkin took forever even though the line was not long.

The customer service was impeccable, and the vehicle was excellent. I ran into a snag and they accommodated my needs without hesitation.
I will use them exclusively for the rest of my car rental needs, and highly recommend to everyone.
