ATI is full of friendly, knowledgeable therapists. I've been to other PT facilities where the therapist is juggling 2, maybe 3 patients at a time. Not here. My therapist, Jon, is with me the entire time. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I feel so relieved with my back ache. Everybody is welcoming and always willing to help. No wait time, that is a plus for me.

John is an excellent physical therapist to work with, I've had much improvement I didn't think was going to be possible!

My experience with ATI was positive from the start. Registering for services was quick and easy. Scheduling and occasionally rescheduling was never a problem. All therapists and assistants were positive, knowledgable, and professional. As a former teacher, it was fun to watch the teaching of assistants and trainees. Everone always know and remember your name!

I thoroughly enjoyed the aqua therapy yesterday with my Therapist, Desh! All of the Physical Therapists there are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

My experience with this location was great. My therapist asked me how I was feeling each day I was scheduled for, I did not have to sit and wait, they paid attention to each and every person that entered and checked them in I didn’t even have to personally sign in. I would hear someone calling my name to come and get started. The facility is clean, they clean equipment and tables after each use. Eileen was great to work with she made sure I was doing what I was there for correctly and my comfort level. She provided me with papers to do therapy at home. If I have to come back I will definitely come to this location and hope I get Eileen as my physical therapist again.

I recently completed six weeks of Physical Therapy at ATI Branmar with Therapist Rachel Pisarra and team, after having a Left Knee Replacement this past November. Rachel and team (Katrina, Mika, Hailey, Hannah, and Gabby) are very professional and truely understand the needs of the client. The entire group at this location goes out of their way to ensure that you are welcome and comfortable while you undergo your therapy. This was my second visit to this ATI Location, whereas I underwent a right Knee replacement in February 2022 and experienced the same professionalism from Rachel and team. If you are considering Physical Therapy in the North Wilmington area, I wholely recommend these folks for your needs. Thank you Rachel and team!

This was my second time at this ATI location for 2 different problems. This place is awesome. My therapist was Dr. Rachel. She is very caring, professional and really helped with the pain in my back. I am a 60 year old construction worker. I injured my right shoulder playing football, when I was young. I went on to dislocation for my shoulder several times after that. This brought me to a full shoulder replacement at age 60. I have to admit I was a little scared on my first day of therapy. Rachel Pisarra was my therapist. She helped me gain confidence, and I quickly became comfortable with her work and guidance. She told me what the expectations were for someone with the surgery I had. We met our goal and surpassed it. Many thanks to her and
to everyone who took part in helping me.

The staff was excellent. Problem was diagnosed and treatment has begun. The Therapist was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Everyone is friendly n courteous and I’m doing aqua Therapy I love the warm water even though it’s winter I’m comfortable and I love the staff again very helpful

Jon was excellent! He explained what to expect so now I feel confident in the healing process through the pain of hip surgery. His professional, friendly approach put me at ease. He was present in the moment with me and provided simple exercises I could do at home.

Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate care. They make sure to learn and use your name. They ask many questions to determine your status and needs. Overall excellent care and progress towards my goal. Jon Kennett is a McKenzie certified therapist who is just unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, focused on your goal of getting better. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They work together as a team in helping you to make progress. The place is clean and welcoming!

The physical therapists at ATI are very knowledgeable and very kind. Staff members greet patients by name as they come through the door. My mother chose ATI for PT after hip replacement and returned a few months later after knee replacement. She and I want to thank everyone, especially Maggie, for the very thorough and personalized care she received. We will return to ATI after the next knee replacement, and for all our PT needs.

This was my second total knee PT experience with ATI on Marsh Rd in DE. Rachael did an except job at getting me from barely walking to ready to golf in less than 2 months. She and the entire staff provided friendly, professional and expert PT.
I have recommended ATI in the past and will do so in the future.

All Of The Employees Are So Nice There. I Have No Problems Issues To Complain About, Everyone Is So Friendly There Every Time I Go In. Rachel P.and the whole team at ATI on Marsh Rd.were friendly and professional. She determined the problem and created a program specific to my injury. She worked around my schedule. After significant improvement, she provided me with a home workout routine to ensure my success. I’d highly recommend Rachel and ATI.

Hand therapist Jen and PTA Alexis are absolutely amazing! I got unheard of results from a flexor tendon, radial nerve, and thumb joint reconstruction and repair. I am 110% satisfied with my recovery and recovery results. Jen was so gentle at the beginning when I nearly passed out at every session, but also more aggressive when the time came that I needed it. Bedside manner A+ as well. If anything were to happen to my hands again I would return to Jen.

I have had a bone spur with plantar fasciitis since 2013. I am a certified foot reflexologist so I opted to use that for my pain management. My rom was limited and I was having trouble going down steps. With just after 1 session I had improvement. I will refer to Eileen all of my patients with this issue.

Thank you Jon and Gabby for setting me straight. I am walking and driving again after a total knee replacement thanks to the work that they did, and all the groaning they put up with. I recently went on a boat ride, and I was able to JUMP overboard. AND climb up the ladder on the back of the boat with no issues except anxiety, (hoping I was able to do it). But, I did it! Thank you to all of your staff! This branch of ATI is excellent!

Started here a few months ago with Jennifer Thompson to treat a frozen shoulder. At the time I was in constant pain and unable to lift my arm or do much of anything with it. With Jen's knowledge and expertise I was able to go back to a normal life without pain. I can't recommend ATI and Jen enough! Going here was the best decision I made!

What an awesome team at this location! Everyone was very personable and knowledgeable. After my initial evaluation, Joe customized my therapy to reach my end goals. I cannot say enough about my crew: Joe, Micah, Cathy, Ashlyn, Desh, and Gabby. The atmosphere was warm and fun. I looked forward to my therapy sessions. Conversations were great! I like ATI because they are thorough. They listen to the patient and from there they create a regiment that addresses the issues.

I highly recommend ATI at Branmar Plaza. The entire staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I came here initially for issues with TMJ and had a fantastic experience working with Joe. My symptoms greatly improved while working with him and he gave me the exercises and tools to help with any future issues I might have. I had such a great experience that I went back for lower back issues I have had for awhile. Again, I worked with Joe and also with Jon on one occasion. Such a positive atmosphere and they give you exercises to do that truly work. I had a big improvement with my lower back when I was done. I really appreciated them being very patient and understanding with my light sensitivity issues that cause migraines. As my luck would have it while I was there for my lower back I started experiencing some Vertigo issues and I was then treated for that as well. If I ever have to do PT again I will definitely be going back to them. They are the best in my opinion! Love that place!

My PT, Eileen, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After an evaluation, she knew exactly how to treat my sciatic pain; we made steady progress until it was completely gone. I actually looked forward to these sessions. And she left me with a printout of exercises to do at home to prevent a recurrence.

Wonderful staff and they are dedicated to making you walk out better than you came in. I highly recommend this place for rehabilitation.

ATI in my opinion is one of the best in the area, I have had to use their rehab service on several occasions I would definitely give them gold stars

Everyone is so friendly. Meredith focused on my issues and was very knowledgeable and professional. She is awesome!

This place is the reason my daughters thumb did not move for six months. In fact, a certified physical therapist here told my daughter that "There is no point in getting another surgery, her hand will never move again". When in actuality, the therapists here did not move her thumb enough allowing the scar tissue to build up around the tendons, preventing the thumb from moving. After getting another surgery and going to a different physical therapy, her thumb moves and is getting better everyday.

Jon knows his stuff. Did a complete eval and explained how connected my should pain is to surrounding area including my neck. All staff friendly and professional. I will recommend ATI always.

I have been to this clinic many times for various reasons the latest one was for my lower back. Unfortunately this last time visit some of the staff acted very unprofessional. My therapist Jon did not gear my therapy to my back and got offended when I told another therapist that he has not touch my back in the 5 weeks that I went there.

I saw the Physical therapists at ATI on Marsh Road after having total knee replacement surgery. I can't say enough positive things about the all the staff. They were kind, welcoming and had clear expertise in their fields. But in addition, not only did they attend to my physical recovery, they also supported me when I got frustrated, sad or discouraged. Although I hope to never need PT again, if I do, ATI on Marsh Road will be the only place I go.

Well organized and I like the fact that the PT works with you the whole time. You don’t get passed off to an assistant.
