Dixon was such a huge help when dealing with our accident. He was on top of everything and did whatever he could to finally help us settle our accident. I feel we got a great compensation over an accident that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I’m also happy that we were able to get help to go see a doctor during this ordeal too that Dixon and his team were able to set up. If you’re ever in an accident go to this law firm and ask for Dixon.

Not a good experience. My child was hit in an auto pedestrian accident roughly 2 years ago. She has permanent scars and is very anxious and apprehensive about crossing the street or walking through parking lots when cars are driving around. She was seeing a doctor virtually who was either late to appointments or didn't show at all. This doctor reported back to the attorney that my daughter isn't suffering anything from this accident despite the issues I've just mentioned. I believe the doctor is looking for something more "serious" rather than treating her for the PTSD she is so obviously experiencing and that my daughter and myself have clearly reported to her. My child was accused of using drugs and I was spoken to very aggressively regarding this unfounded report by the doctor. It has been months since we have even spoken to the doctor herself. Very turned off by these people and this process. I wish I would've used a different law firm. I believe this case is a complete loss and my child will not receive the compensation she deserves for the scarring or trauma caused by the accident. Extremely unfortunate.

I 100% recommend them! I got hit at a red light. It was the first accident I had been involved in, so I had no idea what to do. I was debating if it was worth getting lawyers involved especially because I felt the accident wasn’t big enough to build a case … but I decided to call anyways.
The firm was super kind, helpful, and quick moving.
Dixon was in charge of my case.
He worked hard and was on top of these insurance companies! He kept me updated and made sure to check in on me throughout everything. He was firm when he needed to be in order to get everything straightened out.
To make a long story short I got a niceeee settlement check.

Was hit by another car turning across 4 lanes of hwy. Totaled my veh.
Was retailed at 18k. These guys got me 14k.both us in hosp. Told wife go to chiropractor. Then deducted charges on our claim for every visit.
Asked numerous times to speak to actual lawyer, never happened. Wife lost work, med bills, serious bruising injuries. She got 3k. I got half that.
Then they tell me if we went to court we'd be paying more than receiving.
Lousy, office guys negotiating our claim. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!
Youll be sorry you did. Stick to local, experienced, dedicated, legal.

Hiring Rich Hyde was a real win for this law firm. When he says he will fight for you, he fights for you. If you’re in Texas, CALL because Rich will take care if you! My case was a flop and he stepped in and turned it around.

I think 1 star is enough for them. They have good customer service and they know exactly how to show their bright teeth! But that should never end there, because I signed a form to get a service and it was never received! I was injured in a car accident, and in return, I lose my car and get nothing in return. The lawyer was not helpful and I don't even think she negotiated an amount. They care about their piece of pie and they're good to go!
When it comes to front desk service, yes they're up there, but when you get into serious stuff, they're amateurs and not helpful!

Research before choosing an attorney. If they will not charge you anything, they will take just about the same settlement amount you will. I don't think this is fair to you, You are the injured. If you sustained serious injuries, have someone help you choose an attorney. Talk to various about how much of the settlement amount they will keep in the end. Good service, the settlement amount they kept was not fair in my opinion.
