First time ever I went into this Auto Zone and received this type of customer service. Employee, Salvatore needs more hours at this store. This young man has great customer service! I verbally let the Manager on duty know as well. Salvatore actually knows the product he’s selling.

Long lines and oil tank is always "full". I've been here shopping and it's always the same response. Doesn't matter who the person is. It's like they are to lazy to empty the containers for customers. They should just take the Oil Collection Center sign off the window. I was there to purchase some brake pads and rotors. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

I went to this store to purchase some rear brakes, the first set was missing a break pad, so I went back for a 2nd time and had to purchase a different set because they were out, so I left the store got back to get them put on and they had given me front brakes, so I had to return back to the store for a 3rd time. As a customer I should have not had to experience this type of customer service it was a waste of time I fill that everyone needs to be retrained in product knowledge

Marco came out n put in my batteries.he showed me stuff n was teachiin me more stuff about cars! If u go there ask for MARCO! REALLY NICE GUY

Wow this AutoZone is amazing. They have everything you need. Great customer service, very clean store, and they have about everything in that store.

A 1 1/2 year ago, I bought a serpentine belt. They gave me the wrong size. The sleeve was right but not the belt. They mess up in their inventory. Dont go here. I spend $31 or so on the belt and they gave me a $24 belt.
