My husband and I decided to move to Russellville AR from Kaysville UT.
Beverly Burris was most helpful. She sent me properties ahead of my July vacation visit and I was able to schedule showings ahead of time for 7/1. I viewed the properties and found the house we were looking for. She checked in with me frequently to see if I had any needs after I went back to UT. Beverly had the title companies coordinate the closings of our UT property and our property here so that we closed the sale of our UT property on 8/30 and we closed the purchase or our home in Russellville on 8/31. We are moving in today. Beverly helped things flow smoothly for us in this changing real estate market and we are very grateful for her expertise and assistance.

As a first time home buyer, finding the right questions to ask or even having the right expectations on buying a new home can be hard. This being said, it’s almost essential that you find a realtor that can not only explain the process in a way someone with no background in buying homes can understand, but also guide you through the expectations it may require.
