Wow, how fast one declines, just from the workers, lazy no good people, came in at 5pm on a weekday and there was no hot food, I asked when it would be ready and the girl walks away with out answering me, very rude people, and when the card reader only works with out Tao, we know there's a skimmer in it, so please look into this issue

My husband came in last night and left out later the next morning The employees were super nice everywhere he went from the Wendy's all the way to the cashiers. The bathrooms were clean and everywhere I went was clean. The parking lot was easy to get in and get out alsp no pot holes.

Stopped on road trip Dec 11. Ummmmm, just not a clean facility. Should have went to the One9 across the road.

Pretty big truck stop with about 9 fuel islands and a Cat Scale.somewhat clean inside and out.they have a Wendy's on site.that's where I ate and they were kinda slow but they got my order right.most of the tables hadn't been cleaned and the employees were confused about which orders were whose.there's also Mexican take out food and Pizza near the registers.

Great stop on our 8 hour drive from Texas to Mississippi. Lots of selection for snacks, treats, and trinkets.

Clean bathrooms! So hard to find well maintained clean bathrooms on long road trips. Highly recommended for a mandatory or planned bathroom break.

Great food choices. Easy in and out. The only complaint i have is the staff seems to be more intetested in whatever their doing instead of checking customers out at the counter.

Here right now. Pump 1 doesn’t work w credit card. Staff knows but no sign up. We had to wait 5 min for CC info to clear. 1st stall ladies bathroom filled w TP. Told staff who already knew and called for repair. No sign up. Wendy’s had no pickles, no onions and no vinegarette dressing. They did have a sign about pickles and onions.

Everyone. So was nice place is awesome good place to be stopping has great showers and Wendy's to eat in when you get through

Personally I lo e this place great food, Wendy's Tejas Tacos has great fajitas 2 for 7.00. It does fill up fast if your not here by 1800 you probable won't get a spot. Friendly staff. GREAT PLACE.

Showed up to get fuel and placed was closed for cleaning! There were several semi’s at the fuel docks needing fuel including us. Eventually someone opened the door said he had to close to clean but did let us in to get fuel and use the restroom

The store and restroom where fine, nice staff.
Wendy's is slow and the people in production line/fryer did not wear hair nets. The boy making my sandwich had hair past his collarbone hanging free wallawalla.should he at least have it tied in a tail? No? Bon appétit.
The parking lot is a nightmare with all the trash flying around. Trash and broken glass bottles everywhere! This loudly screems "fall into glass and sue the he'll out of this company"! No? Yes it does!
Is it really to much to ask to put up more trash cans and have a grounds keeper clean the property on a regular base? Sure cheaper then a law suit.no?
Think about it. Yes?

Would I return? Yes.

As a professional driver, I stopped in for a 30 & quick lunch.

The facility is clean as are nearly all Rangers

I ordered a couple of street tacos with beans and rice.

I must remark that for nearly $14 for 2 tacos, these were some of the worst I have purchased!

It is unlikely that i would buy food from this location again unless maybe pizza.

Decent amount of parking and plenty of room to do so, but could see it filling up quick. Store was nice and clean inside, a good amount of selection for every day random grabs, i also tried the wendys, the man, who i believe was the manager, was nice and quick to help, but the actual lady they had on the register was very slow almost meandering really the food was wendys so it is what it is but other then that had a good enough time here to keep in mind for future trips.

Bathrooms were clean & stocked. Only issue was salsa bar was empty but we let manager know & they restocked right away, even offered to get us some from the back. Very friendly staff.

Clean place bathrooms and showers friendly servers friendly clean place to he Wendy's busy but needs fresher burgers.

Always easy in and easy out even when truck parking is over crowded and lining the curbs. Clean store and bathroom. Good place to take a break and get in a walk.

Being a female truck driver i have had to stop here few times and the ladies restroom is always dirty and nasty

Filled up RV in the truck lanes July 2022. Fast pumps, new facilities but the general housekeeping is needlessly poor. (Photo shows 50 or so cigarette butts at the diesel pump. That doesn’t happen overnight!)

Worst place to stop just for a coke long line at the register they don’t care about truck drivers other employees there are lazy bums excluding the lady actually working the register

Small and over-priced beer selection, poorly stocked, dirty and dingy and the manager was super rude when I told him (nicely and in an attempt to be helpful) that all of the iced coffee taps were empty. There's 3 gas stations in Brinkley. Don't go to this one.

Seriously need to get some staff with some personality, and enthusiasm. Every time I come through Noone really talks to you, doesn't respond when you ask how they are doing, and never seen a smile. The food looks pitiful, especially the pizza. Other than all that the place is clean, which is a plus, but still not enough to waste my time and money stopping where you don't feel welcome.

This place smells n look like a landfill, trash is beyond full it's even sittin on the ground everywhere. I know I won't stop or stay here again

They must be understaffed. There is no coffee, creamer, or cups out. Lines at the registers. Place is filthy as well.

This place is a joke. Asked for our fuel receipt off pump 18. Fuel desk cashier was the most incompetent, rude and disrespectful employee I have run into today.
If you don't want to work, then go home and let someone else that does want to work have the job.
Some people enjoy helping others and having interaction with customers on a daily basis. That woman was not one of them.

The lot stinks…. And the worst part is it’s not my 1st or 2nd encounter with their trash dump out here. It’s as if someone just quit and management decided not to step up in that dpmt. Smh.

All of the staff I have encountered are very friendly and helpful
Showers/bathrooms are clean and spacious.
There is a Wendy’s inside. They are 24 hrs.
There is also a hot box by the register.
The hot box mostly had fried food for dinner. For breakfast it was full of sandwiches and all the morning fixings.
They have beer
Many spots to walk dog?
It looks like no one has collected trash for a few days in the parking lot. All the cans are full and overflowing.

Place has went to the dogs. No paper towels at pump. Place is getting trashy. One employee running register. One sitting and watching. Employee couldn't count to 3 if she started at 2.

Good food and clean showers! A very special Thank you to the young lady named Ashley at the register tonight on 2/6/22. She was very kind and helpful. We need more customer friendly people just like her at the truck stops:)

Get here early for parking. Fills up quick and then it's creative parking. Food options are Wendy's and Tejas Taco. Went with Tejas Taco which I wasn't impressed. Very bland no flavor. Parking lot is one of the most dirtiest I've ever seen. Road Ranger is promoting bad behaviors by not having any trash cans available. Only plus to visit was that the staff was friendly and professional.

What a dive nasty bathrooms food that has been on the rollers looked like all day dryed up pizza was told not to eat that by cashier this was around 2am sat and told she would make some fresh i asked how long that would take and was told 10 minutes so i payed for my drink and payed for two slices $6 for the pizza on my card waited 20 min was told it would be another 5 min she waited on a few customers then went outside to smoke a cigarette with customers still in the store at that point i had it i walked out without a refund and no pizza the lot was full with nowhere to park i would recommend truckers take your money elsewhere they dont deserve the star i gave to post this!

Very clean store and restrooms the young lady that took care of me checking out believe her name was Ashley she was very polite and was juat so sweet to my wife and kids you need more employees like her

Would of been 5 stars but the filthy animals that throw their trash out in the parking lot spoiled it, I know it's not the stores fault for not picking up after the adult children who pretend to be professional drivers but at least make a attempt to send someone out, inside was clean, hot food, store staff nice, good coffee, and if you have extra time walk next door and try the Mexican food, you won't be disappointed. So I had to give the extra star, they had sent someone out later on to pick trash up. Like I said store staff very nice, multiple trash cans on site just saying

Last night place was nice. Went in at 630 am no coffee trash over flowing and no toilet paper in mens room. Asked about food sorry no one in kitchen but 3 girls behind counter playing on phones and 1 outside smoking

Was wanting chili at wendys. But apparently all the employees at wendys couldn't have counted to 3 if they asked for help. Didnt feel like waiting 30 minutes for food. Slow and not real smart people. What a waste of a business.

Katie is a very good employee. She's always very pleasant and she knows how to go the extra mile for the customer. Keep it up katie, we need more people like u in this industry. I hope your boss will understand how valuable is a worker like u for his business

I dropped my rating. The parking lot is trashy. Trash cans overflowing; the bathrooms are dirty, nasty, and trash all over the floor. At 4 a.m, all 4 of the coffee machines were empty. So, I will not be stopping back here anytime soon.

Bathrooms are a travesty. For a travel stop this is unacceptable. I did not even want to change my daughters diaper in here and had to wipe our shoes after coming out because of the condition of the floors. The Wendy’s drive thru operator asked us to come in to place our orders when there was no crowd or line in or out. This is one of the trashiest travel stops I’ve ever seen.

This place was really dirty bathroom and outside. Stopped for 10 break, Truck parking looks new.

Traveling thru. The experience wasn't great. Went at 830 am on a Friday. The coffee creamers were mostly empty and the station dirty. The trash inside was overflowing at the coffee station and outside trash was full. The breakfast food had a lot of options, but it all looked extremely dry and old and not very edible. I would have preferred stopping elsewhere.

I get that a lot of places are short staffed right now, but how lazy do you have to be to not clean a SELF CLEANING coffee machine?

It was a nice place when it opend now worse than a old truck stop really disappointed with this place
