Pretty good.keep a good communication with your dispatcher. Make sure if you're a owner OPP, test drive before you agree. P and get a tire depth to check out your tires.get matching ones. I miss it. I had to leave because of meniere's disease. Wish I was there.

I've worked for and grown with PAM for over 8 years. It was a great place to get started in the transportation industry as a clerk in Safety, and because of the support I received from my managers I have advanced in the ranks and have earned a manager position. The people I work with are fantastic individuals who care about others and doing things the right way.

It is a fast-paced environment that can at times feel a bit overwhelming, but the challenge is what keeps me engaged and wanting to learn more. First time driver and within the first month I've already learned alot.with any job there will be ups and downs but my training OTR really helped the transition from trainee to first seat alot smoother. Huge shout out to my mentor Cody Reep who even now still helps me and answers any questions I may have any time of day.couldn't have asked for a better trainer!

Pam has helped launch my trucking career. They paid for me to go to a good school to attain my CDL. Then, they quickly got me in a truck to get hands on experience with a very knowledgeable mentor. The equipment is all very new & is in proper working order. I am satisfied so far with my experience at pam!

I have to say that this is the best place I have ever worked. I have been in the trucking industry since 1997 and have held various roles. I have been Recruiting since 2011. PAM is the most organized, most efficient and most charitable and friendly company. Drivers are treated with the utmost respect and that is what makes my job a pleasure. I don't get all of the driver complaints like I did at my previous company. We have had drivers here since the 80's and 90's and that in itself speaks volumes. As far as my personal experience I would not want to work anywhere else.best Management team ever. PAM!
