Good prices, good products counter help should learn more about their field, not all of them but some.

This is a great place to get my parts and what really impressed me was whenever I had spent almost $300 worth of parts one of the employees told me of a good fix from one of my parts I need to replace and save me a hundred bucks. That showed me that this AutoZone is more about customer satisfaction and customers getting what they need over them making a buck off of me

It's always an argument when I know what I want. Having counter people tell my customers I of 30+ year experience don't know what I'm talking about. Just a nightmare whenever I need something from there.

Stopped in and bought a battery for my car. The gentleman working was very polite. He even changed out my battery for me.

They did not have what I needed bit the staff went WAY above and beyond trying to help me.

Still the Best.sad they dont carry Mopar antifreeze, oul filters any more. Best Auto parts store in Harrison, Excellent employees and service

If you like going to the parts store several times in one day this is the place for you! I cant remember a time when they gave me the part I needed the first time. Its fantastic. I get home go to put on my part like this time with the brake pads and they're always the wrong ones! Don't you worry when you go back they'll say it was your fault and give you the wrong parts again! Almost like a scavenger hunt trying to get the right parts. If you want to get what you need on the first visit this isn't the place for you, but what's the joy in that anyways am I right? I love being blamed for their stupidity and going back 4 times a day.

Called to order a specific wrench set. Matt was too lazy to look it up so we found it elsewhere.

They had everything I went for and a very friendly and helpful counter man to find and fill my items.

Good auto parts store in Harrison. Check engine light came on and the salesperson was able to diagnose the problem and was able to give options on what needed to be repaired. Good store and salespeople

Manager was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to help my 73yr old dad get the A/C fixed.

I broke down in their parking lot and was stranded there for a few days. The workers there were patient with me and treated me with respect. They helped me out with tools and I will continue to shop at AutoZone due to my pleasant experience.

If only we could give them 100 stars! JB and his team are outstanding! My father and I drove to Harrison from Madison, WI. About 30” into the trip our air conditioning went out in his 1990 Chevy C1500. AutoZone had the part. The first unit was defective, but they promptly ordered a second and went above and beyond to help us remedy the problem. Thanks to JB, we will have a comfy ride home! Thanks JB!

I don't like going here. The few times I've gone, I was treated like I was keeping them from another task. Prefer NAPA!

Service was great employees went out their way to help me with anything I asked or needed their prices were extremely Fair and I would recommend them to anybody I know

Best customer service I have ever had from a auto store! The manager and employee went up and beyond for me and my sister, we can not thank them enough for helping us, on Saturday May 1st, 2021 we had major battery problems and was a long way from our hometown in Oklahoma and they made sure they could get us what we needed and up and running safe! They got what ails your car, it's not your mom and pop place but it's a nice place clean and organized

No matter the auto concerns and needs they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. It doesn't matter the question os situations they are there to help. My sweetie is my goffer (LOL) and goes there for parts for me and they are always helpful and polite. She actually likes going there for me.
