My wife and I have always taken our vehicle to the dealer for repairs, but were referred to Bays Auto and gave it a shot. We are sure pleased we did! Amazing customer service, all work done with quality and attention to detail, and our car was returned to us the very next day. We would highly recommend Bays Auto to anyone seeking quality auto service along with a super pleasant experience!

We had our wedding in Jan, 2024, and we had such a terrible experience with this company. First off, it took them awhile to get back to us to get a quote. Secondly, when the day came I was so sad about how dirty and destroyed the equipment was. We spent the majority of our wedding budget on this company and it was the thing I was most excited about.
The delivery guys went to the wrong house so they were late setting things up. When they got there, I noticed that the chairs were dirty and the paint was chipped on almost all of them. The seat covers were also VERY stained. We also got the white bar and it was so dusty and dirty, we had to wipe it down really well and we couldn’t even get it to be fully white. Lastly, the music speaker holder was broken, and so we had to put one of the speakers down on the ground. It looked really tacky. They didn’t even try to to fix it. They delivered everything a day early, so they could’ve replaced it with a new one if they tried. The speakers came with no adapters at all and required us to spend another $200 at Best Buy just to have the sound output work properly. There was very poor communication from both the delivery team and the office employees with us which made us feel out of the loop during the entire process and only added stress to our wedding day.

After this all happened, my in-laws called them to talk and see what they can do to make it right. The employees were doing nothing and didn’t apologize. We finally had to call our card company, and we only got about $400 back and we spent about $6,000. It wasn’t completely about the money, but I was mainly upset that all the equipment was NOT AT ALL what it looked like on the website.
